Officers contacted a driver of a vehicle that was possible stolen. During the investigation, officers determined that the vehicle was not stolen but the front and rear license plates were from a stolen vehicle. Officers confiscated the plates and entered them into SVS. The driver was released.

Officers contacted a subject during a welfare check. During the investigation, the subject was determined to be gravely disabled/self neglect, so she was placed under a 72-hour evaluation hold. Aton was transported to Mills-Peninsula Hospital for a mental health evaluation. A report with Adult Protective Services completed.

Sometime between 01/10/2024 and 02/09/2024 at an unknown time, an unknown subject(s) entered a work lot that is located just north/east of 2800 Bayshore Boulevard in Brisbane CA. The lot was secured by a chain linked fence and locked but there was a slit in the fence that was already there prior to the burglary. The Unknown subject(s) used a lug wrench to pry open a hasp that was attached to a conex box. While the subject(s) were inside the conex box they left the lug wrench that was used to pry open the hasp. The unknown subject(s) took the lock and hasp that was attached to the conex box. At this time there are no suspect leads or information.

Officers contacted a driver who was subsequently cited for driving on a suspended license.

Officers were notified of a hit and run collision that occurred involving a parked vehicle that was hit by another vehicle that was being operated. No injuries were reported but the driver of the other vehicle fled the scene after the collision.

Officers contacted an illegally parked vehicle and subsequently arrested an individual for possession of a controlled substance.

Vehicle was towed per CVC 22651(k).

Officers contacted a subject who was subsequently arrested following a consent search of his person. The subject was found to be in possession of approximately 13 grams of crystal methamphetamine and a glass pipe. The subject was cited and released.

Officers reponded for the report of disturbance at a business between an employee and the owner. The owner spat in the face of the employee and the employee wanted the incident documented. The employee did not wish to press charges. Info only.

A Suspected Child Abuse Report (SCAR), was sent to the Brisbane Police Department from Child Protective Services (CPS). The report indicated that a 9 year old and 5 year old (Confidential Persons), were in close proximity of a physical fight between the mother and grandmother in Los Angeles while visiting relatives. The accusations were unfounded after speaking with both Confidential Person’s and the parents.
