A group of approximately 100 motorcycles went westbound on Guadalupe Canyon Parkway from Bayshore Boulevard. The motorcycles failed to stop at red light. A traffic stop was attempted on a motorcycle that was at the rear of the pack. The motorcycle failed to stop for my emergency lights and siren and continued fleeing westbound on Guadalupe Canyon Parkway towards Daly City. I turned my emergency lights and siren off and turned around. Daly City Police Department was notified of the group.

Officers responded to the area for the report of a victim that recovered his stolen vehicle in Oakland and had the vehicle towed back to Brisbane. Officer then removed the vehicle from SVS.

The suspect and victim engaged in sex in exchange for money. After the suspect finished, he wanted more but the victim resisted and kicked the suspect. The suspect then strangled and held the victim against her will until she lost consciousness. Case was forwarded to the District Attorney's Office for review.

Two unknown suspects in a white SUV with unknown plates stole the victim's mail. The suspects fled towards the 200 block of Humboldt and an unknown direction. There is no suspect information at this time. The loss was an unknown letter.

On 06/15/2023 at approximately 1450 hours, 2 individuals were involved in a verbal argument inside their residence. At no point did the verbal argument become physical and both parties did not have injuries, and no medication attention was needed. This report is for Informational purposes only.

On sometime in April 2023, an unknown subject(s) opened a credit card with American Express under the victim's name. Life Lock notified the victim on 06/14/2023 that an unknown subject(s) spent $1,153 on unknown items on an American Express credit card that was opened in April. There is no suspect(s) information or leads at this time. The victim was advised to make a report with the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI). Life Lock advised the victim that they would resolve the issue.

Sometime between the hours of 0230 and 1730, an unknown subject(s) entered the victim's vehicle and stole approximately $15,000 - $20,000 worth of tools that was locked and secured at the time of the incident. At this time there are no suspect leads or information.

Civil issue regarding property.

A physical altercation occurred between 2 individuals who have a restraining order against one another. The subject who violated the restraining order was arrested and booked into county jail.

Sometime between 03/15/2023 to 06/08/2023, an unknown subject(s) entered a Boat and stole approximately $5,100 worth of items. At this time there are no suspect leads or information.

Officers initiated a traffic stop on a motorcycle for reckless driving and the driver of the motorcycle failed to yield and led officers on a vehicle pursuit. The pursuit was later terminated for safety concerns.

Officers responded to assist San Mateo County Gang Task Force who were in pursuit of a vehicle which later crashed into the Brisbane Fire Department building.

Officers contacted a subject who was determined to be a missing person. The subject was then removed from MUPS.

A hit and run collision occurred causing property damage to the victim's vehicle.

Officers contacted a subject who was found to be in possession of controlled substances and paraphernalia. The subject was cited and released.

Sometime around November of 2022, unknown subject(s) stole a pressure washer from the back lot of the business. At a later time, San Carlos Police Department located the Pressure washer and advised the victim to get a report from the BPD so they could return the property to the victim.

Officers contacted a subject and he was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia. He was cited and released.

Neighbor accused another neighbor of causing damage to a vehicle. No merit or evidence to any vandalism.
