Brisbane Officers assigned to the County's Gang Task Force contacted a subject during a traffic stop. During the investigation officer located 16 pounds of marijuana. The subject was cited and released.

A Suspected Child Abuse Report (SCAR), was sent to the Brisbane Police Department from Child Protective Services (CPS). The report indicated that the child, 2 years old, placed her mouth on the genitals of her toy rabbit. The child had never displayed any sexual behavior prior to this incident. The SCAR report indicated that the criteria was not met for sexual abuse. Upon further investigation it was determined that there was no merit to any crime.This case was taken for informational purposes only.

Vehicle Burglary / Vandalism / Pursuit
Officers responded for the report of a vehicle burglary and attempted to stop a possible suspect vehicle. The vehicle took off from officer leading officers in a vehicle pursuit into San Francisco County. Officers terminated the pursuit and responded back to the victim vehicle and determined that the suspects stole the vehicle's catalytic converter.

The suspect evaded police with willful and wanton disregard for public safety in the are of Bayshore Boulevard and Tunnel Avenue. The suspect was operating a stolen vehicle and was apprehended in San Francisco. He was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
