A subject was arrested for committing false imprisonment and domestic battery against another.

Officers responded to a call of subjects possibly involved in a verbal argument. Both subjects were contacted but one was arrested for an out-of-county warrant.

During a verbal argument, one subject threatened to commit great bodily injury to the other person and prevented that person from leaving.

While trying to serve a subject with a trespass notice, the subject responded by committing an assault / battery on the officer.

Subject was last seen between 11/18 and 11/21/2022. Subject was located on 12/16/2022 and found to be okay with no foul play suspected.

Subject was determined to be a danger to himself and others. Subject will be evaluated by mental health professionals.

Subjects were contacted in a legally parked vehicle and determined to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and drugs. One subject was cited and released at the scene.

At approximately 1232 hours, a vehicle that had been reported stolen was located. This vehicle was removed from the Stolen Vehicle System (SVS) and released to the owner.

Officers responded for the report of a missing person. The missing person later contacted officers and informed them he was going to commit himself to a mental health facility. The subject was entered into MUPS.

Sometime overnight, unknown suspect(s) stole the victim's vehicle without permission. All keys accounted for and the vehicle's tracking device is showing the vehicle in Oakland, CA.

Officers responded for the report of a hit and run vehicle collision. The suspect vehicle collided with and hit 4 parked vehicles. The suspect was picked up by somebody in a black Honda Civic. The suspect vehicle was left on scene. Pending further investigation.

Officers responded for the report of a domestic dispute involving a husband and wife. During the incident, the husband and wife were involved in a verbal argument and during the argument, the husband swung at the wife but missed. The husband left the apartment prior to officers arriving on scene. A CORA referral was submitted.

Officers responded for the report of a disturbance. Officers arrived on scene and determined that 2 brother had gotten into a physical altercation where one of the brothers attempted to stab the other brother with a knife, causing a lacerations to the victim's hand. The suspect was arrested and transported to the county jail.

Officers were patrolling Daly City and contacted a subject. A records check revealed the subject had multiple warrants for his arrest. The subject was arrested and booked into the county jail.

The victim's vehicle was stolen from the front of the residence and was located in South San Francisco. The vehicle appeared to have been rummaged through and the catalytic converter was missing. Unknown suspects at this time.

On 11/16/22 between the hours of 0100 and 0800 hours, unknown suspect(s) entered the victim's unlocked vehicle and stole the victim's wallet without permission. The victim's vehicle was parked in front of the address. The victim's credit cards were used at a nearby establishment. No suspect information at this time.

Between 11/5/22 and 11/7/22, unknown suspect(s) stole the victims bicycle without permission. The bicycle is worth approximately $500. No suspect information at this time.

At approximately 1036 hours, a resident came to the Brisbane Police Department to turn in some old ammunition that belonged to his father. I collected the ammunition and booked them into the Brisbane Police Department property room for destruction. Informational only.

Officers attempted a traffic stop on a vehicle for reckless driving.

Officers responded for the report of criminal threats involving a juvenile female and a juvenile male that used to be in a dating relationship. The juvenile male uploaded an instagram photograph of someone holding a gun with the caption, "Don't threaten me." The juvenile female was scared and believed the threat was towards her and believed the threat was credible. Case forwarded to SMCDA's office for review.

Officers responded for an outside assist for CHP regarding a mother and daughter involved in an altercation while driving on the freeway. Officers contacted the daughter who was throwing items at her mother. The daughter was placed on a medical hold and transferred to medical facility.

Officers located an unreported stolen vehicle being driven in the area. Officers initiated a vehicle pursuit for a non-violent felony, which is against BPD policy, pursued the vehicle into Santa Clara County until officers lost sight of the vehicle.

Officers responded for the report of a vehicle burglary. Unknown suspects(s) broke the rear driver side passenger window of the victim's vehicle to gain access. The suspect(s) stole approximately $3500 worth of items. Pending further investigative leads.

Officers contacted 2 subjects and determined that they each had a warrant for their arrests. Both subjects were cited and released for the warrants.

Sometime between 10/28/22 and 11/3/22, unknown suspect(s) stole and removed 2 catalytic converters from the victim's commercial vehicle without permission. No suspect information at this time. Estimated total loss was $2,000.

At approximately 1444 hours, an unknown suspect broke into a parked vehicle and stole property without permission from the owner/victim. The unknown suspect was last observed getting into a black Dodge Charger heading northbound on Bayshore Blvd into Daly City.

Officer received a CPS cross report. The Toxicology screen of the child is still pending and there is currently no evidence to suggest any child abuse. Based on subject’s history of depression, the recent stress of giving birth, and the lack of evidence to support exigency, a contact with the subject will be attempted for further investigation at a later date.

Sometime within the last couple of days, unknown suspect(s) caused a hit and run collision with the center divide and their vehicle(s). Unknown suspect(s) and vehicle(s) at this time.

Sometime between 1000-1800 hours, unknown suspect(s) broke into the victim's vehicle and stole miscellaneous property without the owner's permission. No suspect(s) information at this time.

Subject came to the BPD to complete his monthly 290 Sex Registration.

Between 10/31/22 at approximately 2030 hours and 11/1/22 at approximately 0900 hours, the victim’s vehicle was stolen from the street parking area in front of 3800 Bayshore Blvd. There is no suspect information at this time.
