Sometime between 10/30/22 and 10/31/22, a vehicle was stolen that was parked in front of the business. No suspect leads at this time.

Officers contacted a subject and he was subsequently cited and released for having unlawful paraphernalia.

Between 0630 hours and 2000 hours, an unknown suspect entered room 228 and took 3 birth certificates, 3 Social Security Card copies, and 3 vaccination record copies belonging to the victim without her permission and to permanently or temporarily deprive her of said items. This case is suspended pending further investigative leads.

Officers responded for the report of a vehicle collision involving 1 vehicle. No injuries were reported.

At approximately 0850 hours, Officers contacted a subject who had multiple warrants for his arrest. The warrants were confirmed by dispatch. Officers issued the subject five promises to appear for the warrants and released him from the scene.

Between 0439 hours and 0444 hours, an unknown suspect(s) tampered/removed the catalytic converter from the victim’s vehicle without permission. The total loss is approximately $3,000.00. There is no suspect information at this time.

Officers responded for the report of a contracted employee stealing products from the business and loading it into his work van. Officers contacted the suspect and found approximately $3,828.45 worth of tobacco products which were all recovered and returned to the business/victim. The suspect was also found to be in possession of xanax. The suspect was arrested and booked into the county jail.

On 10/24/2022 at approximately 0457 hours, an unknown suspect(s) tampered/removed the catalytic converter from the victim’s vehicle without permission. The total loss is approximately $3,000.00. There is no suspect information at this time.

Between 10/11/2022 and 10/21/2022, an unknown subject removed the catalytic converter from the victim's vehicle. This case has been suspended pending further investigative leads.

Officers and Fire Personnel responded for the report of a subject in full arrest during a medical aid. Officers located a subject who was unresponsive and Fire Personnel began to render aid. Officers located a baggie of white rock-like and powdery substance near the subject. The subject was later transported by AMR to the hospital.

10/21/2022 Confidential Victim (5-year old) was the alleged victim of forcible sexual penetration with a foreign object by Confidential Person (5-year-old) and Confidential Person 2 (5-year-old). This occurred at the playground of the Brisbane Elementary School (BES). Child Protective Services (CPS) was notified of the situation and assigned to investigate the case.

On 10/19/2022 at approximately 1725 hours, a vehicle that had been reported stolen was located. This vehicle was removed from the Stolen Vehicle System (SVS) and released at the scene.

On 10/18/2022 between 0650 hours and 0830 hours, an unknown suspect(s) stole a grinder with battery from a pushcart that was inside the construction site. There is no suspect information at this time.

Officers responded for the report of a verbal argument and determined the incident was a domestic related incident with no physical altercation, verbal only. The CORA referral was completed.

Sometime between 10/17/22 and 10/18/2022, an unknown suspect(s) tampered and removed the catalytic converter from the victim’s vehicle without knowledge or permission. There is no suspect information at this time.

Officers contacted a subject and subsequently arrested the subject for 2 warrants. The subject was then booked into county jail.

Officers contacted a subject during a traffic stop. The subject was cited for 2 warrants and paraphernalia and was later released from the scene.

On 10/14/2022 at approximately 1830 hours, while working with the San Mateo County Gang Task Force, I assisted Officer Huayllapuma, with the Colma Police Department, with the arrest of 3 subjects at northbound Highway 280 at Cunningham Way in the City of San Bruno. The 3 subjects were arrested and booked into the San Mateo County Jail for felony charges.

On 10/14/2022 at approximately 1236 hours, Confidential Suspect spat on Confidential victim during a sports game in physical education class at Lipman Middle School. This case was forwarded to the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office Juvenile Division for prosecution of Confidential Suspect for violation of 240 CPC and 242 CPC.

On 10/13/2022, a male and female (in a dating relationship and have a child in common) were involved in a mutual verbal argument. The argument did not become physical and there were no signs or complaints of injuries. I later completed an online referral to CORA #221013003. This case was taken for informational purposes only.

Officer contacted a subject who resisted arrest. The subject was arrested for narcotics, controlled substances, and resisting arrest.

At approximately 715 hours. The catalytic converter on her vehicle was stolen by two subjects in front of her residence. She had already fixed the damages and did not want police to investigate. She received video footage from a neighbor that captured the incident. She wanted police to be aware of the situation but did not want any report.

At approximately 1930 hours, an unidentified suspect entered the business with 6-7 suspected accomplices. The suspect forced entry into the upstairs office and rifled through the drawers while the accomplices distracted the store staff. The suspect did not take anything of value and left the store with the accomplices. Pending surveillance footage.

Found property was turned into the BPD. Property was entered into the evidence room as found property.

Officers contacted a subject during a traffic stop in Daly City and subsequently cited and released the driver for a warrant.

Vehicle was towed per CVC 22651(b).

Subject was reported missing by his mother. The missing person was last seen leaving a facility in Brisbane in September 2022. The subject was entered into MUPS and a BOL was sent to surrounding agencies.

Officers responded for the report of a female and male screaming at one another. During the investigation officer determined the argument to be verbal only. No signs of physical violence.

Officers located a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was recovered and removed from SVS and returned to the owner.

Officers were dispatched for the report of a collision involving 2 vehicles. Injuries were reported.

Officers placed an elderly female subject on a mental health hold due to her high risk of leaving her home and wandering the streets without being to properly care for her own safety. Her elderly husband is also unable to care for his wife any longer.
