Between 0630 hours and 2000 hours, an unknown suspect entered room 228 and took 3 birth certificates, 3 Social Security Card copies, and 3 vaccination record copies belonging to the victim without her permission and to permanently or temporarily deprive her of said items. Grand Theft, Controlled Substance
Officers responded for the report of a contracted employee stealing products from the business and loading it into his work van. Officers contacted the suspect and found approximately $3,828.45 worth of tobacco products which were all recovered and returned to the business/victim. The suspect was also found to be in possession of xanax. The suspect was arrested and booked into the county jail.

Officers and Fire Personnel responded for the report of a subject in full arrest during a medical aid. Officers located a subject who was unresponsive and Fire Personnel began to render aid. Officers located a baggie of white rock-like and powdery substance near the subject. The subject was later transported by AMR to the hospital.

10/21/2022 Confidential Victim (5-year old) was the alleged victim of forcible sexual penetration with a foreign object by Confidential Person (5-year-old) and Confidential Person 2 (5-year-old). This occurred at the playground of the Brisbane Elementary School (BES). Child Protective Services (CPS) was notified of the situation and assigned to investigate the case.

On 10/14/2022 at approximately 1830 hours, while working with the San Mateo County Gang Task Force, I assisted Officer Huayllapuma, with the Colma Police Department, with the arrest of 3 subjects at northbound Highway 280 at Cunningham Way in the City of San Bruno. The 3 subjects were arrested and booked into the San Mateo County Jail for felony charges.

On 10/14/2022 at approximately 1236 hours, Confidential Suspect spat on Confidential victim during a sports game in physical education class at Lipman Middle School. This case was forwarded to the San Mateo County District Attorney’s Office Juvenile Division for prosecution of Confidential Suspect for violation of 240 CPC and 242 CPC.

On 10/13/2022, a male and female (in a dating relationship and have a child in common) were involved in a mutual verbal argument. At approximately 715 hours. The catalytic converter on her vehicle was stolen by two subjects in front of her residence. She had already fixed the damages and did not want police to investigate. She received video footage from a neighbor that captured the incident. She wanted police to be aware of the situation but did not want any report.

At approximately 1930 hours, an unidentified suspect entered the business with 6-7 suspected accomplices. The suspect forced entry into the upstairs office and rifled through the drawers while the accomplices distracted the store staff. The suspect did not take anything of value and left the store with the accomplices. Pending surveillance footage.
