On 09/29/2022, the victim's rental vehicle was broken into by an unknown subject and a backpack containing approximately $500 worth of items stolen from the back seat. This occurred either at 2000 Shoreline court in Brisbane or in the area of Pier 33 in the city of San Francisco at an unknown time. This case is suspended pending further suspect information.

Officers contacted a subject who was on private property. Officers determined the subject had a warrant for his arrest. Officers arrested him and booked him into county jail.

Officers responded for the report of a disturbance where witnesses observed a man chasing a woman in the street. The female ran into a public bus for safety and the man prevented the bus from leaving. The man then threatened the woman and the bus driver. The man then punched and broke the bus door's window shattering the glass. The woman had 2 black eyes and scratches on her neck. The woman then fled the area and the man chased after her. The woman refused to speak to officers regarding the incident and did not want to provide any information to officers. The woman also denied all medical attention.

At approximately 1510 hours, two juveniles (confidential persons) were involved in argument which led to mutual pushing and resulted in one of the juveniles striking the others left rib with a closed fist. The juveniles’ parents were contacted and informed of the incident.

Officer contacted a subject during a bike stop and subsequently arrested him for a warrant and for possession of methamphetamine and a methamphetamine pipe. The subject was booked into county jail.

Officers responded for the report of a trespass of property. Officers determined there was a custody dispute involving the former couple's dog. Officer advised both parties to take the matter to civil court and to keep their distance with one another.

At approximately 1431 hours, a recovered stolen vehicle was on Tunnel Avenue at Lathop Avenue in San Francisco. The vehicle was a white 2017 Ford Econoline with no plates. The vehicle was occupied by driver, employee of U-Haul. The Ford was confirmed stolen out of the San Francisco Police Department. The vehicle as removed from the Stolen Vehicle System (SVS) and the driver/agent was released from the scene.

Between 1945 hours on 09/12/2022 and 0650 hours on 09/13/2022, an unknown subject(s) cut the catalytic converter off of a vehicle. The estimated cost of replacement is approximately $1,000. This case is suspended pending further suspect information.

At an unknown time, an unknown suspect(s) obtained a package that belonged to the victim. The package contained approximately 4 to 5 shirts and sports bras from JC Penny worth approximately $120. This case is suspended pending further investigative leads.

Between 0415 and 0423 hours, an unknown subject(s) forcibly removed a catalytic converter from 2 vehicles. The estimated value of the theft has yet to be determined. This case is suspended pending further investigative leads.

At approximately 2328 hours, a subject was reported as a missing person by his mother. The missing person was last seen leaving a facility in Pacifica on 09/10/2022 at approximately 1200 hours. The missing person was entered into the Missing Persons System (MUPS) and a County Wide Be On the Lookout (BOL) was sent to surrounding agencies.

Officers responded for the report of an argument involving multiple juveniles where one sustained a black eye. All parents were contacted and informed of the incident.

A resident said that her sliding door may have been damaged by whoever responded to repair the ruptured pipe. She did not want to pursue charges and only needed a report for insurance purposes.

At approximately 0234 hours, a resident was the victim of vandalism and tampering to his vehicle by unknown suspects. Victim’s vehicle sustained damage to its catalytic converter resulting in approximately $500 in damages. The victim stated he had surveillance cameras on his home and a follow up will be conducted to obtain the footage to attempt to identify the unknown suspect(s).

On 9/2/2022 I spoke with reporting party, who is a mandatory reporter for Kaiser Hospital. She informed me that a victim called to have a consultation after being struck in her abdomen by a child while being pregnant. I contacted victim who stated the hit was accidental while she was watching a child at school. She did not want to provide any information of the incident.
