At approximately 1304 hours, a welfare check was conducted on a male who swam approximately 40-50 minutes in the lagoon. The male did not exit the lagoon after several requests, did not respond to simple questions, and appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance. The male was subsequently placed on a psychiatric hold for being a danger to himself.

Sometime between 7/25/2022 and 7/28/2022, an unknown suspect knowingly and falsely represented himself as a lawyer representing the victim's friend/customer and defrauded the victim out of $40,000 in cash. There is no suspect information at this time.

Officers responded to the area for the report of a collision. Officers determined the collision involved 2 bicyclists and injuries were reported.

At approximately 2223 hours, an unknown suspect entered the victim's residence without the consent of the owner. The suspect stole approximately $9,060 worth of jewelry, electronics, cash, and other miscellaneous items. The suspect stole credit cards and purchased food and other items at stores and restaurants in two different cities in the East Bay Area. This is an ongoing investigation and I recommend this case be suspended pending further investigative leads.

Officers contacted a male during a traffic stop. A records check revealed the male was reported missing out of San Francisco. The male was removed from MUPS.

Officers contacted a subject and a records check determined he had 2 warrants for his arrest. The subject was cited and released for the warrants.

Officers responded to and contacted a male subject who seemed to be lost. Officers determined the subject was unable to care for himself and placed him on a medical hold for mental health evaluation. He was transported to a mental health facility.

Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. The driver did not have a valid driver's license. The vehicle was towed.

At approximately 1447 hours, a resident was the victim of theft by unknown suspects. The loss was a golf club, children’s toy, and food valued at approximately $344.57. Surveillance video shows the unknown suspect taking the packages from the front door then leaving in the suspect vehicle towards Silverspot Drive. Due to lack of identifiable information of the suspect vehicle, this case will be suspended pending further investigative leads to help identify the suspect vehicle/suspects.

A black Chevrolet key fob, car key, and tile tracker on a key chain were turned into the Brisbane Police Department by a citizen as found property. The items were located on the baseball field at the Mission Blue Rec center baseball field. Officers attempted to locate a Chevrolet near the baseball field but was unable to locate any. The items were booked into the Brisbane Police Department lockers as found property.

Officers located a single vehicle collision that caused damaged to a bike lane sign and a no parking sign. No injuries were reported.

Between Tuesday 07/26/2022 at 1830 hours and Wednesday 07/27/2022 at 0630 hours, a resident was the victim of vandalism to his vehicle by unknown suspects. The victim's vehicle was parked in his driveway and sustained damages to the wire mesh surrounding his catalytic converter resulting in approximately $100 in damages. I located surveillance cameras in the area and will conduct follow up to obtain the footage to attempt to identify the unknown suspect(s).

Officers located a subject in a parked vehicle. During the contact, the subject admitted to being in possession of one glass pipe and suspected methamphetamine. He was cited and released.

Officers contacted a subject who was sitting in a parked vehicle. The subject was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. The subject was cited and released.

On 07/26/2022, at approximately 1211 hours, Officers were dispatched for the report of a hit and run collision. After the collision the suspect vehicle fled the scene without providing the owner of the victim vehicle with information. The suspect vehicle was last seen driving northbound on Park Lane then towards an unknown direction after the collision occurred.

Officers contacted a suspicious person who was in possession of a stolen vehicle which displayed false registration. The subject was also in possession of cocaine. The subject was arrested and booked into the county jail.

Officers were dispatched for the report of a domestic violence incident. Officers contacted a male and female and determined that the male struck the female multiple times with a closed fist and broke the female's vehicle's side view mirror. The male was arrested and booked into the county jail. While at the jail, the suspect was found to be in possession of cocaine.

Officers located a stolen vehicle in Daly City. Officers then recovered and removed the vehicle from SVS. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Sometime between 03/08/2022 and 07/22/2022, a theft of a Garmen Chartplotter was stolen from the victim's boat. This incident occurred at an unknown location, but possibly in Alameda or Brisbane. The estimated value of the Garmen Chartplotter was approximately $3,000.00. There is no suspect(s) lead or information at this time.

Brisbane Library reported they had a pair of aidpods in the lost and found for a couple of months and asked if they could turn them into the police department. Officers claimed the property and booked them into evidence as found property.

Officers contacted a subject and later determined the subject had a warrant for his arrest. The subject was cited and released.

Sometime between 08/21/2021 and 03/30/2022, the suspect was employed by a company in Brisbane. During this time, suspect direct deposited money from the company’s bank account into her personal account totaling $3,449.02. The suspect also opened a company credit card in her name making personal charges of $29,790.83. The deposits and credit card charges were completed without the company’s permission. Case was forwarded to the DA's Office for review.

Officers responded for the report of a verbal argument. Officer determined no physical altercation occurred and that the argument was verbal only. Informational only.

On 7/21/22 at approximately 0115 hours, a male adult siphoned the gas and then attempted to steal the catalytic converter from the victim's vehicle. The suspects cut into the metal of the catalytic converter but did not remove the catalytic converter because the victim interrupted the suspect. The suspect drove away in a silver 2-door Mercedes (unknown license plate number).

A hit and run collision occurred between 2 vehicles. After the collision and causing damage to the victim vehicle, the suspect vehicle fled the scene without exchanging information with the victim vehicle.

Officers were flagged down by a resident that advised that he lost his Mexican Consular Passport. Informational only.

Officers responded for the report of a juvenile victim who had money stolen from his wallet while at the skate park. The victim advised that the suspects fled the scene. Case closed due to lack of suspect information.

Officers contacted a subject during a traffic stop. The subject was found to have a warrant for his arrest and was subsequently cited and released.

On 07/17/2022, between 1330 hours and 1518 hours, a guest was the victim of burglary of his tool bag from his rental car and Ean Holdings LLC was the victim of vandalism to their vehicle. The vehicle was parked in the southern lot. The take was approximately $630 with an estimated cost of repairs of $400. This case will remain open to obtain surveillance footage to identify the unknown suspect(s).

Officers responded for the report of possible elder abuse. Officer determined that no crime had occurred.

Officers contacted a male and female during a traffic enforcement stop. During the contact, officers determined that the female had a protection order from the male. The male knew that he should not be with the female due to the order. The male was arrested and booked into county jail.

Officers located a stolen vehicle parked in San Francisco. The vehicle was recovered and towed from the scene. The vehicle was then removed from SVS.

On 07/10/2022 at approximately 0130 hours two unknown suspects entered the rear carport area of the residence. Video surveillance captured the suspects stealing the victim's red Peugot Sport Bike, which was not secured. The victim mentioned his daughter's bicycle was also stolen and his Chevrolet Camaro was rummaged through. This case was suspended pending further investigative leads.

Officers responded for the report of a burglary that had occurred earlier during the morning. Officers observed surveillance footage of the suspect entering the business who damaged property and stole approximately $50. Officers conducted an area check of the suspect and located him nearby. During a records check, the suspect was found to have warrants for his arrest. The suspect was arrest for burglary and warrants and was booked into the county jail.

At approximately 0116 hours, officers contacted a driver during a traffic enforcement stop. The driver was placed under arrest for being in possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, and a warrant. The driver was cited and released from the scene.

Officers were notified of a hit and run collision and that the vehicle involved had fled the scene without leaving any information for law enforcement. All vehicles involved were no longer on scene. Report was taken.

Officers responded for the report of ongoing issues between roommates. No crimes were committed. Advice was given to the roommates. The incident was documental as informational.

Between Monday 07/11/2022 at 1800 hours and Tuesday 07/12/2022 at 0800 hours, the Homewood suites, 7 people were the victims of theft of their tools from locked rooms at the Homewood Suites at 2000 Shoreline Court. The estimated value to replace the tools was approximately $24,847.58. This case is suspended pending further investigative leads to identify the unknown suspect(s).

At approximately 0434 hours, an unknown subject using the name Steve Clever Vought, attempted to extort $1,500 from the victim. This case is suspended pending further investigative leads.

At 0034 hours, Officers were dispatched to a suspicious vehicle that appeared to be involved in a collision. I arrived on scene at approximately 0053 hours. The driver of the vehicle involved in the collision was later arrested for DUI. All times, speeds, and measurements in this investigation Are approximate. Measurements were obtained by roll meter and laser Lidar XS.

Officers responded for the report of a verbal argument between a male and female who are in a dating relationship. A CORA referral was submitted. The altercation was verbal only, nothing physical.

At approximately 1630 hours, the victim was bit on her left pointer finger and middle finger by an unknown dog. The incident occurred in the parking lot at 500 Sierra Point Parkway. The bite broke through the victim’s skin, and she later lost consciousness for approximately 15-30 seconds. The victim was taken inside the Yacht Club where paramedics later treated her wound. The victim later went to the hospital on her own for treatment. This case was taken for informational purposes only.

At approximately 0515 hours, two unknown subjects entered two unlocked vehicles that were parked at the residence. The only take was a black Ridge wallet containing two credit cards, a Driver License, business cards, and two 100-dollar bills belonging to the victim. This case is suspended pending further investigative leads.

On 07/10/2022 at approximately 1030 hours, Hertz Vehicles LLC was the victim of theft of their vehicle in the parking lot of the Homewood Suites. The vehicle was rented by a female who said her friend took the vehicle without her permission and had not yet returned the vehicle. The vehicle was entered into the Stolen Vehicle System (SVS) as stolen. This case will be left open for a photographic line up to positively identify the suspect.

Officers were dispatched for a report of a physical altercation between 2 subjects. Neither party wanted prosecution and officers determined mutual combat.

Officers were dispatched to a collision where the vehicle had driven into the lagoon. The driver was transported to SF General Hospital in critical condition. Due to the driver's medical condition, he was unable to perform SFST's, or provide a breath sample. Officers obtained the driver's blood sample from a blood draw. The driver will be cited for DUI.

Between 0900 and 1716 hours, a white 2015 Toyota sedan in front of 161 Industrial Way had its window broken by a gardener who was using a weed whacker which caused a rock to fly up and break the window. The estimated cost to repair was approximately $500.

Between 2035 hours and 2130 hours, Recology was the victim of vandalism to their garbage truck via graffiti in the area of Dolores Street and 18th Street in the City of San Francisco. The estimated cost to repair the damages was approximately $2,000. This case was taken as a courtesy report for the San Francisco Police Department and will be suspended pending further information to identify the unknown suspects.

Between 0600 hours and 0843 hours, a vehicle that was parked on San Bruno Avenue just north of Thomas Avenue was burglarized. The suspect(s) smashed the rear passenger window of the vehicle and took a toolbox containing tools as well as a backpack containing work clothes, work boots, and a speaker from the vehicle without the owner’s consent. There is no suspect information at this time.

Officers responded for the report of a burglary in progress. Officers located a female inside the gated property and force was used to take her into custody. the homeowner did not know the subject and declined to press charges. The female was placed on a mental evaluation hold per WI 5150.

On 07/08/2022, at approximately 0338 hours, a resident was the victim of theft of her catalytic converter and vandalism to the ignition of her vehicle. The vehicle was originally parked in front of 300 Alvarado Street, taken by the unknown suspects, then located in front of 68 Alvarado Street. The estimated value to replace the catalytic converter was $1800. The estimated value to replace the ignition was $600 for a total loss of $2,400. This case will remain open pending surveillance footage to help identify the unknown suspect(s).

Officers responded to the residence for an outside assist for county. Upon my arrival officers observed an individual slumped forward on the sofa, and non-responsive. Brisbane Fire Department responded and performed life saving measures, however the individual was pronounced deceased.

Officers conducted a Suspected Child Abuse Report for a minor involved in "underground street fights." Officers provided their findings to CPS and SFPD.

Officers served an Emergency Protective Order to a resident. Proof of service was completed.

Sometime between 7/5/22 at 1200 hours and 7/6/22 at 1000 hours, an unknown suspect(s) went into the victim’s vehicle through an unlocked door and rummaged through the glove box and trunk without her permission. The vehicle was parked in front of 224 Monterey St. I conducted a neighborhood canvass and did not locate any surveillance cameras that would have captured the incident. There is no suspect information at this time.

Sometime between 7/5/2022 and 7/6/2022, an unknown suspect(s) took the victim’s vehicle without permission. The vehicle was entered into the Stolen Vehicle System (SVS). There is no suspect information at this time.

On 07/06/2022, the victim's vehicle was stolen from the corner of San Bruno Avenue and Mendocino Street. The vehicle was later located in San Jose on 07/11/2022 with no suspects in custody. There is currently no suspect leads at this time.

Sometime between 6/26/22 and 7/5/22, an unknown suspect took the rear license plate from the victim's vehicle while it was parked in the area of Humboldt Rd and San Mateo Ln. There is no suspect information at this time.

At an unknown time on an unknown date, an unknown subject(s) defaced two signs belonging to the City of Brisbane. The estimated cost of damages is approximately $400. There is no suspect information at the time of this report. This case has been suspended pending further investigative leads.
