Officers responded for the report of a violation of a court order. Officers determined that a neighbor did in fact violate a court order by intimidating the victim and protected party of the court order. Report was forwarded to the DA's office for review.

Officers contacted 2 subjects after learning they both had warrants for their arrests. One of the subjects was cited for their warrant as well as being in possession of a controlled substance. The second subject was cited for possession of controlled substances and narcotics and was also arrested and booked into the county jail for his warrant.

Officers contacted a subject during a traffic enforcement stop for having suspended registration. During the stop, the driver admitted to being in possession of paraphernalia. The driver was cited and released.

Officers responded for the report of a hit and run vehicle collision. Officer determined a vehicle was driving recklessly and hit a parked vehicle causing property damage. No injuries were reported.

Officers responded for the report of a collision involving 2 vehicles. Officers arrived on scene and determined there were no injuries. Report was taken.

On 02/23/2022 at approximately 1851 hours, an unknown suspect(s) entered an open United Parcel Service (UPS) delivery truck. The unknown suspect(s) stole a black backpack, approximately four packages, and fled the scene in an early 2000's Gray Ford Mustang. The total value for the stolen packages is unknown. The stolen backpack, along with its contents, was valued at $55. Video surveillance was located on scene. This case has been suspended pending further investigative leads.

Officers responded to assist San Bruno PD officers who were in pursuit of a wanted vehicle on northbound 101/ Third Avenue in San Francisco. San Bruno PD officers stopped the vehicle and BPD officers assisted in providing cover.

Between 02/22/2022 at approximately 1700 hours and 02/23/2022 at approximately 1330 hours, an unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle. The victim did not give anyone permission to take the vehicle. No video surveillance captured the crime. The vehicle was entered into the Stolen Vehicle System (SVS). This case has been suspended pending further investigative leads.

Officers contacted a subject in the area and during a records check of the subject, officers determined the subject had a warrant for his arrest. The subject was cited and released for the warrant.

Officers responded for the report of a vandalism to multiple vehicles. During the investigation, Officers determined that 4 vehicles had been vandalized. Possible suspect information and the investigation is ongoing.

On 02/19/2022 Offciers met with an employee at the business to escort a female out of the hotel that did not pay for the room. Officers then met with the female and escorted her out of the room and off the property. The female had a glass pipe with bulbous end in one of her pant pockets which which was collected and later booked for destruction. Officers later collected a Capitol One Card that she had and booked it for safekeeping. This case was taken for informational purposes only.

On 02/19/2022, at approximately 1212 hours, a recovered stolen vehicle was returned to its registered owner and was located on the Unit Block of Thomas Ave. The vehicle was a white 1995 Honda Civic Del Sol coupe. The vehicle was confirmed stolen out of the Brisbane Police Department and removed from the Stolen Vehicle System (SVS). A report was taken for informational purposes only.

Officers responded for the report of a possible auto burglary and theft. Officers determined that the victim placed his backpack containing clothing and miscellaneous items into the trunk of his vehicle and left the trunk door open while he waited inside his car for his friends to put their luggage in the trunk. During this time, an unknown suspect got out of a vehicle in the parking lot and grabbed the victim's backpack. The suspect ran back to his vehicle and had a driver drive north out of the parking lot onto Shoreline Court.

A resident came to the Brisbane Police Department to dispose of some hazardous material. Due to the nature of the material, Officers contacted the bomb squad to dispose of the property and material.

Officers responded for the report of found property. The found property (methamphetamine) was given to the officers. The property was booked for destruction.

Officers responded for the report of threats. Officers contacted the victims and determined that the victim's son that made a credible threat to harm his mother and sister. Officers located the suspect. The suspect was arrested and booked into the county jail.

Officers contacted a vehicle with 2 subjects. Officers conducted a search and located crack cocaine and paraphernalia. Both subjects were cited and released.

Officers contacted a subject during a consensual contact. During the contact, Officer determined the subject was on probation. The subject was found to be in possession of a methamphetamine pipe and was cited and released.

A confidential victim reported an alleged sexual assault. Officers spoke with the victim and she declined to cooperate or speak to Officers.

Between 02/11/2022 at 2000 hours and 02/12/2022 at 0630 hours, a guest at the hotel was the victim of theft from his rental vehicle. The vehicle was parked in the parking lot. The take was $1,500 worth of clothing and luggage with the estimated cost of repairs at $500. This case was taken for informational purposes due to the lack of suspect information.

Officers contacted a subject and determined the subject had a warrant for his arrest. The subject was arrested and booked into the county jail.

Officers contacted a subject during a traffic stop. During the investigation, a records check was conducted and officers determined that the subject had a warrant for his arrest. The subject was cited and released.

Officers responded to a residence after an anonymous call of a person unloading marijuana plants into this residence. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the home owner who admitted to having over 50 mature marijuana plants. The owner gave me consent to look through his residence and officers located 6 separate rooms containing over 400 marijuana plants. Narcotics Task Force was notified and responded to the scene. Officers advised the owner of the multiple code violations. Officers advised the owner that he will receive an Administration Citation pending an inspection of his residence.

On February 9, 2022, a Brisbane Officer was conducting speed enforcement at the 3200 block of Bayshore Blvd. While monitoring traffic, the officer noticed a vehicle traveling southbound Bayshore Blvd. at a high rate of speed approaching where the officer was parked. As the vehicle passed where the officer was parked, the officer pulled out of the driveway to get behind the vehicle and initiate a traffic stop. Before the officer could initiate the stop, the vehicle had run through a red light, broadsiding a vehicle making a left turn onto westbound Guadalupe Canyon Pkwy. The other driver was transported to a local hospital with major injuries. The occupants of the suspect vehicle, including a minor passenger, only had minor injuries. The suspect driver was arrested for reckless driving and child endangerment and booked at the San Mateo County Jail. The investigation is still ongoing.

Unknown suspect(s) gained access to the victims vehicle and stole the vehicle's owner's manual.

Officers responded for the report of a theft and determined that unknown suspect(s) stole and removed the catalytic converter from the victim's vehicle without the owners permission.

Officers contacted the subject during a traffic stop. During the stop, a records check revealed the subject had a warrant for their arrest. During the investigation, Officers also located methamphetamine and cocaine. The subject cited and released for the warrant, methamphetamine, and cocaine.

On 2/6/2022 at approximately 1010 hours, a 13-year-old stated she wanted to kill herself and used a kitchen knife to cut her wrist. The juvenile had two marks on her left wrist. The juvenile was subsequently placed on a psychiatric hold for being a danger to herself.

Officers responded for the report of a disturbance between neighbors. Officers determined one of the subject to be in possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia. Subject was cited and released.

Between the hours of 0030 and 0110 On 2/5/2022, unknown subject(s) stole the victim's vehicle from the rear parking lot of 60 Park Place. At this time there are no suspect(s) leads or information.

Officers responded for the report of a dead body. Officers determined the subject was deceased the the coroner responded and took custody of the deceased.

Officers attempted to stop 2 vehicles for running stops signs in the area. Both vehicles fled from officers as they attempted to stop the vehicles. Both vehicles fled and evaded in different directions.

Officers contacted a subject during an investigation. During the investigation officers determined the subject had a warrant for his arrest. The subject was arrested and booked into the county jail.

US Parks Service Police Department contacted the Brisbane Police Department to help search for a vehicle that was wanted for a criminal investigation that was registered in Brisbane. Officers located the vehicle and notified US Parks Service Police. The vehicle was towed per USPSP.
