On 12/14/2021 at approximately 1557 hours, Officers attempted to conduct a suspected child sexual assault investigation after receiving a Suspected Child Abuse Report (SCAR). The report indicated that the Confidential Victim (CV), 15-year-old, had disclosed being sexually assaulted by multiple people when CV was in the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade. CV confirmed that the incident(s) happened somewhere in Brisbane. Further investigation pending.

On 12/13/2021 at approximately 1120 hours, Officers contacted a married couple regarding a domestic related incident. It was determined that the couple were in a verbal altercation and were not engaged in any physical contact. The couple was separated and released from the scene.

Officers responded for the report of a hit and run involving a vehicle that collided into a tree and sign causing property damage. Officers arrived on scene and located a vehicle with no occupants. Officers were able to locate the owner of the vehicle and determined the owner/driver fled the scene after the collision and failed to notify the police or property of the collision. Case was forwarded to the DA's Office for review.

On 12/09/2021, at approximately 1040 hours, an unknown subject in a black Chevrolet pickup truck, stole 1 ton of Class II base rock worth approximately $15, from a business. The vehicle was last seen traveling westbound on Beatty Road towards Tunnel Avenue. This case is suspended pending further suspect information.

On 12/07/2021 at approximately 2347 hours, Officers noticed a white Audi Q5, appeared to have been broken into. The glove compartment appeared to have been opened and items taken out. Officers were unable to make contact with the registered owner of the vehicle, but left them a voicemail informing them of the incident. It is unknown whether or not if items were stolen from the vehicle.
