Between 7/29/21 and 7/30/21, unknown suspect smashed the front passenger windows to two victims’ vehicles. The suspect then stole property from inside each vehicle. There is no suspect information at this time.

On 07/22/2021, at an unknown time, a vehicle was being driven across multiple states under the instruction of the employer. At some point in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Ohio the front license plate fell off of the vehicle. On 07/29/21, the vehicle's owner was informed of the lost plate. The owner arrived at the Brisbane Police Department to report the plate lost. A CHP 180 was filed out and the plate entered into SVS.

Between 07/26/21 and 07/27/21, the victim's vehicle was tampered with and the vehicle's catalytic converter was stolen without the owner's permission. Total loss valued at $5000. No suspect information.

Officer contacted subject during a welfare check. The subject had 2 warrants for his arrest. The subject was arrested and booked into the county jail.

Officers responded for the report of an accident. Upon arrival, officers located a vehicle which appeared to have been in an accident and a subject walking nearby. Officers contacted the subject and it was determined he was the driver of the vehicle during the collision. The driver was arrested and booked into the county jail for violations of CVC 23152(A).

Unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle without permission. The vehicle's keys were left inside the vehicle. The vehicle was entered into the Stolen Vehicle database. No suspect information.

Between 07/23/21 and 07/26/21, unknown suspect removed the catalytic converter from the victim's vehicle, without permission. Cost to replace the stolen catalytic converter was estimated to be $2,000.

Subject was contacted and requested mental health intervention and voluntary sought assistance. He was transported to the hospital to be seen by a mental health professional. During this time, the subject surrendered a razor and knife for destruction. The property to booked for destruction.

A subject was contacted for walking in the middle of the roadway. The subject appeared disoriented. During a records check, the subject was determined to be a missing person out of San Francisco. The subject was placed on a 72 hour hold and was removed from the missing persons database. The subject was transported to the hospital for a medical evaluation.

Subject was contacted in a suspicious vehicle. The occupant admitted to being in possession of methamphetamine and a glass pipe. He was cited and released for violations of HS 11377 and HS 11364.

Officers contacted a subject in a suspicious vehicle. The occupant had warrants for his arrest. He was cited for the warrants and released from the scene.

The victim followed the suspect who stole his vehicle from San Francisco into Brisbane. The suspect eventually exited the vehicle and kicked the victim before fleeing the area. The victim was not injured and refused medical aid. The vehicle was eventually entered into SVS by SFPD and we later conducted the recovery.

Officers responded for a possible collision with a subject asleep behind the wheel. Officers contacted the driver and determined the driver to be under the influence of alcohol. The driver was cited for violations of 23152 (a) CVC – Driving Under The Influence Of Alcohol and 23152 (b) CVC – Driving Under The Influence Of Alcohol Greater Than 0.08. He was then released to First Chance.

He was cited and released to First Chance.

An unknown male subject driving a Ford F-150 Pick up Truck was observed "Spinning Donuts" creating a large plume of smoke and kicking up rocks.

Between 07/08/21 and 07/15/21, a resident was the victim of fraud by suspect unknown. The approximate loss is $12,050 by credit card. There is no suspect information at this time.

Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop. During the investigation, officers discovered the driver had a suspended license for DUI and the vehicle's registration was expired over 6 months. The driver was cited for VC 14601.2(A) and the vehicle was towed for expired registration.

Officers contacted a subject following a call for loud music. The subject had a warrant for his arrest. The subject was arrested and booked into the county jail.

During a check of the property, officers located 2 subjects behind an opened gate. Officers contacted the 2 subjects who were not supposed to be at the property. Both subjects were cited for violations of PC 647(h) and HS 11377(a).

Officers located an open chain link gate and found multiple company vehicles' compartment doors left open. The owner informed me the gate is never locked and the last time employees were on the property was the previous day.

Officers responded for the report of a female bicyclist that was hit by a vehicle. The female suffered major injuries and was transported to the hospital for fractures to her tibia, fibula, and femur. The driver of the suspect vehicle was located and charges are pending.

Between 7/8/2021 and 7/9/2021, unknown suspect accessed the victim’s unlocked vehicle without permission and stole a bra and the spare key to a second victim’s vehicle. The suspect then took the second victim’s vehicle without permission. The stolen vehicle was entered into the Stolen Vehicle System. There is no suspect information at this time.

Between 7/8/21 to 7/9/21, an unknown suspect stole the victim’s vehicle. No one had permission to be in possession of the victim’s vehicle. The vehicle was entered into the stolen vehicle database. The vehicle was found unoccupied not far from where it was stolen from. The vehicle was released to the victim.

A resident was bit by her neighbor's dog while she was talking with the neighbor. The resident suffered a dog bite with puncture wounds. SPCA was advised and a dog bite report was completed.

Officers responded for the report of a single vehicle collision. Officer determined the vehicle drove over the curb and collided into a light pole and knocked it down. No injuries were sustained.

Male and Female were involved in verbal argument and have been dating for 4 years. Female alleged that the male had hit in the face with an open hand. As a result, she sustained what appeared to be a cut on her nose. Case for forwarded to the DA's Office for charges.

Officer received a CPS report and assisted by interviewing the suspect for an alleged abuse that occurred 10 years ago. Based on the suspect's statement and a witness's statement, CPS advised it did not meet the criteria to further investigate.

Officers responded for the report of a male in cardiac arrest. Officers arrived an located an unresponsive male inside a van. Officers and BFD personnel performed CPR but the male was pronounced deceased. The remains were taken by the deputy coroner.

Officers responded for the report of 2 female family members who had gotten into a physical fight. Both females struck each other on their heads and faces during an argument. Neither sustained injuries. One fled the scene and the other refused medical attention.

Officers responded for the report of a suicidal subject that was going to drown himself in the bay. The subject was located by SSF Harbor Patrol in the bay and was brought back to the docks. Subject was evaluated for 5150 but he was found to not be a danger to himself. Subject was released.
