On 07/22/2021, at an unknown time, a vehicle was being driven across multiple states under the instruction of the employer. At some point in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Ohio the front license plate fell off of the vehicle. On 07/29/21, the vehicle's owner was informed of the lost plate. The owner arrived at the Brisbane Police Department to report the plate lost. A CHP 180 was filed out and the plate entered into SVS.

Between 07/23/21 and 07/26/21, unknown suspect removed the catalytic converter from the victim's vehicle, without permission. Cost to replace the stolen catalytic converter was estimated to be $2,000.

A subject was contacted for walking in the middle of the roadway. The subject appeared disoriented. During a records check, the subject was determined to be a missing person out of San Francisco. The subject was placed on a 72 hour hold and was removed from the missing persons database. The subject was transported to the hospital for a medical evaluation.

Assault and Battery, Recovered Stolen Vehicle
The victim followed the suspect who stole his vehicle from San Francisco into Brisbane. The suspect eventually exited the vehicle and kicked the victim before fleeing the area. The victim was not injured and refused medical aid. The vehicle was eventually entered into SVS by SFPD and we later conducted the recovery.

The driver was cited for violations of 23152 (a) CVC – Driving Under The Influence Of Alcohol and 23152 (b) CVC – Driving Under The Influence Of Alcohol Greater Than 0.08. Officers responded for the report of a female bicyclist that was hit by a vehicle. The female suffered major injuries and was transported to the hospital for fractures to her tibia, fibula, and femur. The driver of the suspect vehicle was located and charges are pending.

Between 7/8/2021 and 7/9/2021, unknown suspect accessed the victim’s unlocked vehicle without permission and stole a bra and the spare key to a second victim’s vehicle. The suspect then took the second victim’s vehicle without permission. The stolen vehicle was entered into the Stolen Vehicle System. There is no suspect information at this time.
