The wife was determined to be the primary aggressor and was arrested and booked for a violation of PC 243(e)(1).

Officers contacted a suspicious vehicle parked under the overpass. As Officers approached the vehicle, the driver sped away and fled the scene leading officers on a short pursuit. The pursuit was terminated.

Officers responded to a residence to conduct a welfare check due to the fact the reporting party had not been able to contact his parents for 3 weeks. Upon arrival, officers located one of the residents deceased. A Deputy Coroner arrived and took possession of the body.

On 3/28/2021, an unknown suspect accessed the victim’s unemployment bank account information to make a $400.00 purchase at a gas station in Fremont, California without the victim’s permission or knowledge. There is no suspect information at this time.
