Possession of a Controlled Substance
On 4/25 at 1315 hours, an officer initiated a traffic enforcement stop on a driver of a vehicle fro using his cell phone. A records check revealed the driver was on probation and the driver admitted to having methamphetamine in his pocket. The driver was cited and released from the scene. Report #18-0425-001

On 4/23 at 0341 hours, an officer contacted a subject in the Marina parking lot. A records check revealed a warrant for $2,500 out of Emeryville. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was issued a citation and new court date. Case closed. Report #18-0423-001

On 4/23 at 1911 hours, officers were called to a collision that had gone off the roadway. Upon arrival an officer contacted the driver who declined medical aid. The driver showed signs of being under the influence of alcohol. Tests were conducted and the driver was placed under arrest for DUI. Case closed by arrest. Report #18-0423-004

Possession of a Controlled Substance
On 4/21 at 2300 hours, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for not having headlights on. Upon contact the subject showed signs of being under the influence. A search was conducted and MDNA was located. The subject was cited and released from the scene. Case closed by arrest. Report #18-0421-001

On 4/20 at 1400 hours, officers responded to a call of a missing person. The missing person had call her mother and threatened to kill herself but would not say where she was. The subject was entered into the Missing Persons System and Be On the Lookout was issued. The subject later returned home. Report #18-0420-002

Resisting/Receiving Stolen Property
On 4/18 at 1619 hours, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. Upon contacted the subject gave the officer a false name. It was later determined that the subject was also in possession of stolen property and was a felon in possession of tear gas. The subject was arrested and transported to the county jail. On 4/18 at 0900 hours, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. A records check revealed a $6,000 warrant out of San Mateo County. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was cited and given a new court date. case closed. Report #18-0418-001

On 4/17 at 2237 hours, officers were called to conduct a welfare check of a subject revving the engine of a vehicle. When officers arrived they saw a subject slumped forward and drooling with his foot on the gas pedal. The officer suspected the subject was suffering from a medical condition and smashed the window to gain access to the subject. Medics arrived on scene and were able to give medical aid and rush the subject to the hospital for treatment. Report #18-0417-003

On 4/15 at 0558 hours, an officer conducted a welfare check on a subject sleeping on a bench near the roadway. A records check revealed the subject had a $50,000 warrant out of Hermosa Beach. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was issued a citation and new court date. Report #18-0415-002

On 4/15 at 0127 hours, a officer located a stolen vehicle using the Automated License Plate Reader. The officer followed the vehicle and when the emergency lights were activated the suspect vehicle took off at a high rate of speed. Due to the nature of the suspect driving the officers terminated the pursuit to the dangerous situation. Case taken. Report #18-0415-001

On 4/14 at 1651 hours, officer were dispatched to a disturbance. Upon arrival the associated vehicle was found to be stolen out of San Francisco. On 4/14 at 2015 hours, Officer were called to a disturbance at the bar where a subject was using offense words towards the bartender. Upon contact the subject was found to be under the influence of alcohol and unable to care for himself. The subject was also found to have a $1,500.
