On 3/31 at 0520 hours, an officer contacted a subject who was refusing to leave a business. A records check revealed a $10,000 warrant out of San Francisco. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was transported to the county jail. Report #18-0331-001

On 3/30 at 1607 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle. Upon contact the driver showed objective signs of being under the influence of a narcotic. The driver was also found to have cocaine in his pocket. The driver was cited and released from the scene. Report #18-0330-004

On 3/30 at 2305 hours, an officer contacted a subject on a bicycle. It was determined that the subject gave the officer a false name. Between 3/28 and 3/29 an unknown suspect entered the victim's unlocked vehicle and took items. The victim stated items were taken but could not state exactly what had been taken. There is no suspect information at this time. Report #18-0330-001

On 3/27 between 1150 and 1237 hours, an unknown suspect(s) smashed the window of the victim's vehicle and took a purse. The victim's credit cards were then used in Oakland. There is no suspect information at this time. Report #18-0327-001

On 3/26 at 2319 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle. Upon contact the driver displayed signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance. On 3/26 a business was the victim of fraud when a suspect called the company and told the employee he was the owner. The suspect told the employee to buy $1500 worth of iTunes gift cards and give him the numbers over the phone. It was alter determined that this was a scam. Case taken for information. On 3/26 at 1426 hours, an officer located a vehicle with expired registration from May 2017. The vehicle was also parked over the white lines in violation of a BMC. The vehicle was towed from the scene. Report #18-0326-001

On 3/25 at 1630 hours, an officer responded to a dog off leash. The dog was located out of the home with no owner around. The dog was secured and the officer mailed the owner a administrative citation. Report #18-0325-003

Sometime between 3/24 and 3/25 an unknown suspect(s) vandalized the victim's vehicle by keying it. A note was left for the vehicle owner about how it was parked. The estimated cost of the damage is $1000. There is no suspect information at this time. Case suspended. Report #18-0325-001

On 3/23 at 1738 hours, an officer contacted a subject in a vehicle who was incapacitated. It was determined that the subject was in the vehicle but it could not be determined that the subject had driven. The subject was taken into custody for being drunk in public and transported to the county jail. Report #18-0323-001

The victim wanted to report that sometime between 5/22/17 and 6/12/17 his son forged his name and sold 4 of his vehicles without permission. This case has been forwarded to DMV investigations for further investigation. Report #18-0322-004

On 3/21 a subject called the police report an assault that took place on 9/28/17. The subject wanted to report it to police now because he wanted his medical bills paid they he was told to obtain a police report. Case taken. Report #18-0321-002

On 3/21 at 1533 hours, an officer spoke with a driver of a vehicle parked in a no parking zone. A consensual search was conducted and the officer located several needles with heroin in them. On 3/20 at 1053 hours, a vehicle was struck by another vehicle in an intersection. The driver of the suspect vehicle left the area without exchanging information. There is no suspect information at this time. Report #18-0321-001

On 3/19 between 0950 and 1020 hours, a known suspect was working as a temporary employee at ta place of business when a customer gave him a wallet he had found. The suspect took the $4,000 in the wallet and left the business and did not return. An officer later contacted the suspect and was able to get a confession from the suspect that he did take the money and leave the business. The suspect was taken into custody and transported tot he county jail. Report #18-0319-001

On 3/18 at 1203 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle. An investigation revealed that the passenger was in possession of methamphetamine, prescription drugs, paraphernalia and $600 in counterfeit currency. It was confirmed that the subject cashed some of the fake currency in SF. The subject was arrested and transported to the county jail. Case closed by arrest. Report #18-0318-001

On 3/17 at 1800 hours, officers responded to a woman having a allergic reaction. Upon arrival the officer helped the family by administering CPR while waiting for medics to arrive. The woman was transported to the hospital and survived the episode. Report #18-0317-004

On 3/14 at 1610 hours, an unknown suspect approached a female juvenile and asked her if she wanted a ride. The juvenile stated no and ran from the scene. There is no further information at this time. Case suspended pending further information. Report #18-0314-002

On 1151 hours, an officer observed two subjects in a verbal argument in a vehicle. The officer checked on their welfare and determined they were a couple with a child in the car. On 3/12 at 1954 hours, officers responded to a call of a disturbance with yelling and screaming. Upon arrival it was determined nothing physical had taken place and that the verbal argument was about food. Case taken and domestic violence counselors were contacted. Report #18-0312-003

On 3/12 at 1638 hours, an officer contacted two subjects in a suspicious vehicle. A records check revealed one subject had a $50,000 warrant out of San Francisco and the other was in possession of methamphetamine and a pipe to smoke it. The subject with the warrant was transported to the county jail and the subject with the methamphetamine and pipe was cited and released from the scene. Case 18-0312-002

On 3/11 at 1318 hours, officers responded with South San Francisco officers on a possible occupied stolen vehicle. A subject was taken into custody without incident. Case taken for information. Report #18-0311-001

On 3/10 at 1425 hours, officers responded to a call of a male subject making threats to another male subject. During the investigation the weapon in question was not located. The victim stated he wanted no further police action. Case taken for information at this time. Case #18-0310-002

On 3/10 at 0022 hours, officers responded to a call of a disturbance at the bar. Upon arrival it was determined that the subjects had left the bar but were stopped a short time later on a traffic enforcement stop. A records check revealed numerous warrants for the subject. On 3/8 at 0035 an officer located a suspicious parked vehicle. During contact with the occupant the officer saw a pipe used to smoke controlled substances and an open container of alcohol.
