Under the Influence of a Narcotic
On 3/30 at 1607 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle. Upon contact the driver showed objective signs of being under the influence of a narcotic. The driver was also found to have cocaine in his pocket. The driver was cited and released from the scene. Report #18-0330-004

Warrant/False Identification
On 3/30 at 2305 hours, an officer contacted a subject on a bicycle. It was determined that the subject gave the officer a false name. After her real name was discovered a records check revealed a warrant out of San Francisco. The subject was taken into custody and transported to the county jail. Report #18-0330-006

Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance
On 3/26 at 2319 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle. Upon contact the driver displayed signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance. The driver was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine. The driver was cited and released to the staff at First Chance. Report #18-0326-003

On 3/26 a business was the victim of fraud when a suspect called the company and told the employee he was the owner. The suspect told the employee to buy $1500 worth of iTunes gift cards and give him the numbers over the phone. It was alter determined that this was a scam. Case taken for information. On 3/26 at 1426 hours, an officer located a vehicle with expired registration from May 2017. The vehicle was also parked over the white lines in violation of a BMC. The vehicle was towed from the scene. Report #18-0326-001

On 3/23 at 1738 hours, an officer contacted a subject in a vehicle who was incapacitated. It was determined that the subject was in the vehicle but it could not be determined that the subject had driven. Warrant/Possession of a Narcotic
On 3/21 at 1533 hours, an officer spoke with a driver of a vehicle parked in a no parking zone. A consensual search was conducted and the officer located several needles with heroin in them. There was also a confirmed $5,000 warrant for the subject. The subject was cited and released from the scene. Report #18-0321-001

On 3/19 between 0950 and 1020 hours, a known suspect was working as a temporary employee at ta place of business when a customer gave him a wallet he had found. The suspect took the $4,000 in the wallet and left the business and did not return. An officer later contacted the suspect and was able to get a confession from the suspect that he did take the money and leave the business. The suspect was taken into custody and transported tot he county jail. Report #18-0319-001

Possession of a Controlled Substance/Pass Fake Currency
On 3/18 at 1203 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle. An investigation revealed that the passenger was in possession of methamphetamine, prescription drugs, paraphernalia and $600 in counterfeit currency. It was confirmed that the subject cashed some of the fake currency in SF. The subject was arrested and transported to the county jail. Case closed by arrest. Report #18-0318-001

On 3/17 at 1800 hours, officers responded to a woman having a allergic reaction. Upon arrival the officer helped the family by administering CPR while waiting for medics to arrive. The woman was transported to the hospital and survived the episode. Report #18-0317-004

Domestic Related Incident
On 3/12 at 1954 hours, officers responded to a call of a disturbance with yelling and screaming. Upon arrival it was determined nothing physical had taken place and that the verbal argument was about food. Case taken and domestic violence counselors were contacted. Report #18-0312-003

Warrants/Possession of Methamphetamine
On 3/12 at 1638 hours, an officer contacted two subjects in a suspicious vehicle. A records check revealed one subject had a $50,000 warrant out of San Francisco and the other was in possession of methamphetamine and a pipe to smoke it. The subject with the warrant was transported to the county jail and the subject with the methamphetamine and pipe was cited and released from the scene. Case 18-0312-002

Upon arrival it was determined that the subjects had left the bar but were stopped a short time later on a traffic enforcement stop. A records check revealed numerous warrants for the subject. Possession of Paraphernalia and Open Container
On 3/8 at 0035 an officer located a suspicious parked vehicle. During contact with the occupant the officer saw a pipe used to smoke controlled substances and an open container of alcohol.
