Possession of Controlled Substance and Destruction of Evidence
On 12/31 at 0151 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle. When the officer approached the vehicle he could see a pipe used to smoke methamphetamine in plain sight. A search of the vehicle revealed several containers of methamphetamine and some heroin. During this time, one subject swallowed one of the substances and an ambulance was called. Case forwarded to the District Attorney's Office for review and charges to be filed. Report #17-1231-001

On 12/30 at 1650 hours, an officer responded to a call of a disturbance. A records check of one of the subjects revealed a $5,000 warrant out of South San Francisco. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was cited and released from the scene. Report #17-1230-001

On 12/29, a subject walked into the Brisbane Police Department to obtain a vehicle release. Upon confirming the subject had a valid driver's license, a $50,000 warrant was revealed. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was transported to the county jail. Report #17-1229-002

Domestic Violence
On 12/29a t 0000 hours, officers responded to a call of a woman yelling for help on the side of the road. Upon arrival and investigation, the female had been physically beaten by her boyfriend who left the area prior to police arrival. The boyfriend also vandalized the females vehicle. Numerous attempts to locate the boyfriend have been met with negative results. A request for a warrant has been submitted to the District Attorney's Office. Report #17-1229-001

On 12/27 between 1000 and 1400 hours, an unknown suspect(s) smashed the window of a vehicle and took a backpack containing a laptop computer. The computer was entered into the stolen property system. On 12/25 at 0510 hours, an officer conducted a welfare check of a subject in a vehicle with a puddle of vomit near the door. A records chek revealed a $7,500 warrant out of San Mateo County. On 12/24 at 0018 hours, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling at an unsafe speed. On 12/22 at 0911 hours, an officer was writing a parking ticket on a vehicle for blocking 3 handicap spots. The owner of the vehicle connected the officer and a records check of the subject revealed a $15,000 warrant out of San Mateo County. On 12/20, between the hours of 0856 to 1225, unknown suspect(s) broke the right rear passenger window of the victim’s locked vehicle. Upon breaking the rear window, the suspect(s) reached inside and removed the victim’s black backpack containing two marionettes valued at $500 apiece. On 12/19 at 0432 hours, an officer contacted two subjects in a vehicle parked in the marina parking lot. The driver was on probation and a subsequent search of the vehicle revealed a pipe to smoke methamphetamine and methamphetamine. Both subjects were cited and released from the scene. On 12/02 at 1803 hours, two unknown suspects contacted an Uber driver who was sitting in his parked vehicle looking at his cell phone. One of the suspects pulled the driver out and put an unknown weapon to his ribs while the other suspect rummaged through the vehicle and took a cell phone and $20 in cash.
