Possession of a Narcotic and Controlled Substance
On 9/30 at 2000 hours, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. The driver was found to be on probation with search and seizure. While searching the vehicle and driver the officer located methamphetamine and heroin. The driver suffered a medical issue and was cited and released at the scene and taken to the hospital. On 9/289 at 1413 hours, the reporting stated he left his keys in his car and walked to the store a block away. WIthin 15 minutes the victim stated the vehicle was stolen from his driveway. There is no suspect information at this time. Report #17-0929-002

On 9/29 at 1634 hours, officer responded to a call of a disturbance. Officers were advised that a subject was breaking items outside the bar. Upon arrival the subject was seen by officers breaking what was later found to be a pipe used to smoke methamphetamine. The subject also has a number of outstanding warrants out of Colma. Resisting an Officer/Warrant
On 9/25 at 1121 hours, officers were called to assist CalTrain on a subject who threatened the conductor and staff. An officer located the subject who become argumentative. The subject fought with the officer and the subject was placed in the WRAP to restrain his movements. The subject was arrested and transported to the county jail and booked for resisting and a confirmed $30,000 warrant. Case closed. Report #17-0925-002

On 9/18 at 1754 hours, officers responded to a man with a gun call. Upon arrival it was determined that the subject had followed his ex girlfriend to work and a restraining order was on file protecting the girlfriend. It was also determined that the subject was carrying a pipe and not a gun. The suspect fled the scene prior to police arrival. Possession of Drugs, False Info to Officer
On 9/18 at 1326 hours an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop for expired registration. Upon investigation it was revealed that there were false tabs on the vehicle. Upon searching the vehicle methamphetamine was found and it was later determined that the subject who admitted the meth was it was later determined he gave the officer false identifying information. The subject was cited and released from the scene and this case will be forwarded tot he District Attorneys Office for charges to be filed. Case 17-0918-001

On 9/17 at 2104 hours an officer conducting a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle for driving with high beams on. A records check on the vehicle revealed a warrant for $35,000 of our San Mateo County. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was taken into custody and transported to the county jail.
