On 7/30 at 2201 hours, an officer conducted a welfare check of a driver who was pulled to the side of the road. Upon contact the officer had reason to believe the driver was under the influence. After a series of tests, the driver was found to be under the influence and in possession of methamphetamine and a pipe used to smoke it. On 7/18 at 1207 hours, officers responded to a call of a male subject who believed he was being followed. Officers attempted to communicate with the subject but were unsuccessful.
