Report for July 1, 2017 - July 30, 2017
Under the Influence and in Possession of a Controlled Substance
On 7/30 at 2201 hours, an officer conducted a welfare check of a driver who was pulled to the side of the road. Upon contact the officer had reason to believe the driver was under the influence. After a series of tests, the driver was found to be under the influence and in possession of methamphetamine and a pipe used to smoke it. The subject was taken into custody and transported to the county jail. Report #17-0730-001

Warrant Arrest/Possession of a Heroin
On 7/29 1638 hours, an officer was dispatched to a cal of a suspicious subject with what appeared to be drugs in his hands. A short time later officers contacted the subject. A records check revealed numerous warrants for the subject and upon a search of the subject heroin was located. Reports 17-0729-002 and 004

On 7/29 at 1613 hours, officers responded to a suspicious person call at the marina. Upon contact a records check revealed several warrants for the female who was contacted. The warrants were confirmed and the subject was transported to the county jail. Report #17-0729-003

Possession of a Controlled Substance
On 7/27 at 1310 hours, an officer contacted a subject in a vehicle in an area known for dumping complaints. A DMV records check revealed the subject was on search and seizure. A search located a large amount of US currency, cocaine and prescription medication. The subject was taken into custody and transported to the county jail. Report #17-0727-001

On 7/26 at 2110 hours, an officer contacted a group of subject in a suspicious vehicle. A records check revealed two warrants out of Alameda County and Pleasonton. The warrants were confirmed and the subject was cited and released from the scene. Report #17-0726-004

On 7/24 at 2214 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle. Upon contact with the driver it was determined that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. On 7/24a t 1614 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a bicyclist. The subject was alter found to be in possession of methamphetamine and a pipe to smoke it. The subject was cited and released from the scene. Report #17-0724-001

On 7/21 at 2017 hours, officers were called to a male subject who was nude at the community park during concert in the park. Once the subject was contacted he was determined to be intoxicated tot he point he was unable to care for himself. The subject was taken into custody and also charged with indecent exposure. On 7/18 at 1207 hours, officers responded to a call of a male subject who believed he was being followed. Officers attempted to communicate with the subject but were unsuccessful. On 7/17 at 1621 hours, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. Upon contact the officer could smell marijuana. A search of the vehicle located large quantities of marijuana and some cocaine were found. Both subjects in the vehicle were arrested and transported to the county jail. Case closed. Warrant Arrest Possession of a Controlled Substance
On 7/13 at 1241 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle. a DMV records check of the driver revealed a $15,000 warrant out of San Mateo County. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was transported to the county jail. During the same traffic stop, an occupant in the vehicle was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
