Possession of a Controlled Substance
On 5/29 at 0853 hours, an officer contacted a subject in a parking lot. It was later revealed that the subject was in possession of methamphetamine. The subject was taken into custody and also charged with possession with intent to sell. Case closed by arrest. Report #17-0529-001

Veh Towed-Public Health/Safety
On 5/26 an officer responded to a call of a parked vehicle leaking fluids on the road. Upon arrival it was confirmed that the vehicle was leaking oil and gasoline. The vehicle was towed from the area for being a public health and safety issue. Report #17-0526-003

Burglary, Vandalism and Trespassing
On 5/26 a suspect was arrested for entering an apartment unlawfully and without permission. The landlord had advised the suspect he was no longer welcome on the property. The subject was arrested on two separate occasions for the same crime. Reports#17-0526-006 & 17-0601-002

Between 5/25 and 5/26 an unknown suspect(s) vandalized the victim's vehicle when they attempted to siphon gas from the vehicle. There is no suspect information at this time. Case suspended. Report #17-0526-004

On 05/25 between the hours of 2020 hours 2135 hours, a vehicle was broken into. The vehicle had been broken into by breaking out the rear trunk hatch window. Stolen property from the vehicle totaled $4,450. Damaged property from the vehicle totaled $500. Case suspended pending suspect information. Report #17-0525-002

On 5/17 between 1630 and 1830 hours, an unknown suspect(s) broke into a parked and locked vehicle by shattering a window. The suspect(s) did not take anything but rummaged through a bag that was inside. The damage was estimated at $285. Case suspended pending further suspect information. Report #17-0524-001

Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance
On 5/23 at 1849 hours, officers responded to a call of a male subject passed out with a needle in his arm. Upon arrival the subject was found to have a warrant, a pipe to smoke methamphetamine and a usable amount of heroin. The subject was cleared by the hospital and then transported to the jail. The reporting party stated between 4/1 and 5/14 an unknown suspect took her without permission and a case was taken. On 5/24 the reporting party stated that there had been a mistake and her mechanic had the vehicle. The vehicle was then removed from the stolen vehicle system. Report #17-0522-001

On 5/20 at 2248 hours, officers responded to a call of a person slumped over the wheel of a parked car. Upon arrival it was determined that the subject was under the influence of alcohol. The subject did not cooperate with officers and was transported to the county jail for processing. Case closed by arrest. Report #17-0520-003

On 5/20 at 2248 hours, an officer noticed a vehicle blocking a fire hydrant. The officer noticed someone sitting in the vehicle with an open can of beer and more inside. The subject was found to be a juvenile. The subjects father was called and released to him. This case has been forwarded to the juvenile detective. Report #17-0520-002

Domestic Related Incident
On 5/18 at 2317 hours, an officer was flagged down by a subject stating he and his girlfriend got into an arguement and she had kicked him out. It was later determined that the male was an ex-boyfriend who was no longer welcome at the home. Case taken for information only at this time. Report #17-0518-005

Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Mayhem
On 5/18 at 1052 hours, officers responded to a report of a collision with a physical fight. When officers arrived on scene it was determined that after the collision the suspect stabbed the victim repeatedly with a key he had between his fingers. The victim suffered injuries and was transported to SF General. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the county jail. Case closed by arrest. Report #

On 5/18 at 0309 hours, officers responded to a disturbance with a possible weapon. A short time later an officer was able to locate the suspect vehicle. No weapon was found, but it was determined that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. While being detained the subject was uncooperative and was later transported to the county jail. On 5/17 at 0756 hours, an officer contacted a suspicous vehciel parked next to the train tracks. A records check revealed a $5000 warrant out of San Francisco. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was transported to the county jail. Case closed. Report #17-0517-001

On 05/13/17 at approximately 1700 hours, an assault and battery occurred on the Quarry Rd trail between San Francisco Ave and Quarry Rd. The juvenile victim was attached by two unknown juvenile males. The attack was unprovoked and victim has never had contact with the two unknown suspects. The two suspects took off in different directions after the attack. No suspects were located. The victim sustained minor injuries as a result of the attack. On 5/13 at 1116 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle for expired registration. Upon contact, the driver admitted to being in possession of methamphetamine and a hypodermic needle. The subject was cited and released from the scene. Report #17-0531-001

On 5/13 at 1900 hours, officers responded to a call of possible fraudulent activity. Upon arrival it was determined that a hotel occupant had used a fraudulent credit card, It was also determined that the subject was under the influence of a controlled substance. Sometime between 4/19 and 5/8 an unknown suspect(s) burglarized a vehicle by smashing a window. While in the vehicle, the suspect took a set of golf clubs with an estimated value of $2000. There is no suspect information at this time. Report #17-0512-001

Drunk in Public and Warrant
On 5/11 at 1913 hours, officers repsonded to a call of a subejct throwing objects. Upon arrival officers met with a familiar subject who was found to be intoxicated to the point she could not take care of herself. The subject was also found to have a $5000 warrant. The reporting party stated that she was intoxicated and had gotten into a rideshare and as others exited she vomited inside the vehicle. The driver would not let her leave, drove her to the bank and made her withdraw money. The driver decided it was not enough and drive her to his home in the east bay. Here, the driver asked his wife to deal with her. The wife got the subject another ride home. This case is currently under investigation. Report #17-0509-001

On 5/8 at 1515 hours, an officer contacted the subject who was urinating in the road and whose vehicle was blocking the roadway. Upon contact the subject was found to be under the influence of alcohol and over the legal limit. The subject was cited and released to the staff at First Chance. Report #17-0508-002

On 5/8 at 1033 hours, officers responded to a call of female subject who was crying. Upon contact it was determined that the female subject was under the influence of a controlled substance. The female was taken into custody and transported to the county jail. Report #17-0508-001

On 5/7 at 2233 hours, officers were dispatched to a call of a male subject yelling for help. Upon arrival they located the subject who was under the influence of alcohol to the point that he was able to care for himself. On 5/2 at 1927 hours, an officer was called to a disturbance. Upon arrival the officer noticed the described vehicle. Upon investigation determined that the subjects in the vehicle had been involved in a verbal argument only. Domestic violence info was given and a referral was submitted. Case taken for information. Possession of a Controlled Substance
On 5/2 at approximately 0040 hours, an officer made contact with a vehicle parked in a handicap spot without a placard. An open container of alcohol was observed and upon searching the vehicle cocaine was found. The subject was cited and released from the scene. Case closed. Report #17-0502-001

Sometime between 4/28 and 4/29 a bicycle was stolen from Brisbane Middle School. On 5/5, the bicycle was found by a passerby. The bicycle was later returned to the owner. Report #17-0501-001
