On 3/31 at 1436 hours, officers received a cross report from CPS that stated a child was having a sleep over and no parents would be home. There was also mention of guys in the house. Officers responded to the residence and spoke with the child and an older brother who stated he was going to be home with the younger brother. He also denied there were guns in the house. Another attempt was made to speak with the parents, but he parents refused to answer the door. This case has been referred back to CPS for follow up. Report #17-0331-001

On 3/29 at 2340 hours, an officer contacted a suspicious vehicle in a parking lot. Upon investigation it was determined that the subjects were in possession of a large quantity of marijuana, a large knife in a sheath, and a pipe to smoke methamphetamine. On 3/29 at 1408 hours, officers were called to a homeless encampment complaint. Upon contact a records check revealed a $10,000 and $7,500 warrant out of san Mateo County. The warrants were confirmed and the subject was transported to the county jail. Case closed by arrest. Report #17-0329-002

On 3/26 a city worker found two license plates in the bushes and gave them to an officer. A records check revealed that the plates were taken from a stolen vehicle out of San Francisco. The plates have been returned to the DMV. Case closed. report #17-0327-004

On 3/27 a victim reported that her husband had been verbally and physically abusing her. A temporary restraining order was issued by a judge and served. On 4/3, the restrained male half was taken into custody for violating the order by coming back to the ouse. Case to be forwarded to the District Attorney's Office for review. On 3/27 at 0148 hours, an officer conducted a enforcement stop on a vehicle. Upon contact with the driver it was determined that the driver was under the influence and in possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia. On 3/26 at 0056 hours, an officer contacted a subject and upon a records check a $15,000 warrant was revealed. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was transported to the county jail. Case closed by arrest. Report #17-0326-001

On 3/25 at 1955 hours, officers were dispatched to a call of an out of control subject. Upon arrival the subject was determined to be a danger to others and was placed on a 72 hour psychiatric hold and transported to the hospital. Case closed. report #17-0325-002

On 3/25 at 1754 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle. The driver was found to driving on a suspended drivers license for DUI. The driver was cited and released and the vehicle was driven from the scene by a licensed driver. Case closed. Report #17-0325-001

On 3/24 at 0205 hours, an officer contacted the occupants of a vehicle parked in a No Parking zone. After a records check and further investigation it was revealed that one occupant had several warrants for his arrest, was violating a restraining order and was later found to have a pipe used to smoke methamphetamine while at the jail. On 3/23 at 1727 hours, officer responded to a call of a woman yelling. Upon arrival officer met with a woman who had grabbed another woman and would not let go. The woman seemed to be yelling something about her iPad hypnotizing her. The woman was determined to be a danger to herself and others and was placed on a 72 hour psychiatric hold and transported to the hospital. Case closed. Report #17-0323-006

On 3/23 while investigating a separate case, an officer believed the home was uninhabitable for a child and contacted CPS. CPS later responded and is investigating this case. Report #17-0323-005

The victim alleged that on 3/11 her husband of 6 years pulled her out of bed and broken her cell phone. After further investigation it was determined that a restraining order should be obtained for the female. This case has been forwarded to the district attorney's office for review. On 3/22 at 1700 hours, a female juvenile ended up in Daly City and could not say how she got there. She was transported to the hospital for observation. It was later determined that there was a oy involved and no criminal activity had occurred and Child Protective Services stated they would not be getting involved. Case closed. Report #17-0322-002

On 3/22 at 1054 hours, an officer responded to a call of a "hacked" bank account. The victim stated she had hired someone to help her organize her office. The worker stopped coming and the victim stated there were fraudulent charges on her credit card. This case has been forwarded to the detective unit for further investigation. report #17-0322-001

On 3/21 at 0945 hours, officers responded to a call of 5 people fighting and using a baseball bat. Two people were injured. Upon further investigation it was revealed that the fight was actually mutual and instigated. This case has been forwarded to the District Attorney's Office for review. Report #17-0321-001

On 3/19/2017 at 1755 hours, officers responded to a call of a person bitten by a dog. It was determined that a diner brought their dog to the restaurant and when a piece of food fell to the ground near the dog, the server bent over to pick it up. The dog quickly bit the server and let go. The server was taken to the hospital and SPCA was contacted. Report taken. Report #17-0319-002

On 3/19/2017 at 1343 hours, officer responded to a report of a female yelling and crying. It was later determined that the female had a knife and was a danger to herself. She was transported to the hospital and placed on a 72 Psychiatric Hold. Case closed. Report #17-0319-001

Sometime between 3/17 and 3/18, an unknown suspect(s) gained entry into the victim's vehicle by smashing a window. while inside the vehicle the suspect took approximately $1420 worth of property which included a laptop computer. Sometime between 3/16 and 3/18, an unknown suspect(s) attempted to gain entry into a gated area and into a locked shed by removing parts. The suspect was unable to gain entry and no items were taken. Case suspended pending further investigative leads. Report #17-0318-002

On 3/18 at 0016 hours, an officer located a suspicious vehicle with an expired Virginia license plate. The officer contacted the driver who was found to have a $10,000 warrant out of Pasadena. The driver was cited and released for his warrant. Case closed. Report #17-0318-001

On 3/16 at 2026 hours, an officer conducted a welfare check on a suspicious vehicle. Upon contact with the driver a records check revealed a no bail warrant out of San Joaquin. The driver was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Report #17-0316-002

On 3/12 at 2151 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle. During the contact, the officer could smell marijuana coming from the vehicle. On 3/11 at 1543 hours, officers responded to a call of a fight in the area. Upon arrival it was determined that the son had grab the father and then the father pepper sprayed the son. On 3/2/17, between the hours of 0016 to 0525 hours, three vehicles were stolen from the City of Brisbane. At least one unlocked vehicle was also rummaged through and several items, including credit cards, were stolen. The subjects were identified by video surveillance after using a stolen credit card.
