On 12/29 at 2347 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle. During that stop it was revealed that the driver was in possession of methamphetamine, and a stolen hand gun. The driver stated the person who he had been following was driving a stolen vehicle. The driver was able to get the other driver to come back to Brisbane and that subject was later detained after a brief pursuit. Case closed by arrest and subjects charged for numerous crimes. On 12/27 at 1356 hours, an officer contacted a subject working on his vehicle on city right of way. A records check revealed that the subject had a $10,000 warrant out of Pacifica. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was taken into custody. Case closed by arrest. Report #16-1227-001

On 12/24 at 1418 hours, officers were called to a hit and run collision. The victim vehicle was left with front end damage and the driver of the vehicle who hit it failed to leave an informational note. Case suspended pending further investigative leads. Report #16-1224-004

On 12/24 at 0756 hours, officers responded to a call of a person holding a knife to their throat. Upon contact the person was found to be a danger to himself and was placed on a 72 psychiatric hold and transported to the hospital. Case closed. Report #16-1224-002

On 12/22 0715 hours, a witness called to report hearing yelling in the area. Upon arrival officers determined it was a boyfriend and girlfriend in a physical fight. On 12/16 at 0819 hours, an officer received a complaint of a vehicle left abandoned on the roadway. The vehicle was marked for abandonment and towed from the area on 12/21. Case closed. Report #16-1221-001

On 12/20 at 1528 hours, officer contacted a subject with a warrant. The $15,000 warrant out of South San Francisco was confirmed and the subject was transported to the county hospital. Report #16-1220-001

On 12/19 between 1900 and 2030 hours, two vehicles were burglarized by an unknown suspect(s). The unknwon susepct(s) smashed the windows of the vehicles and took a bag and computer bag. A credit card that was used a short time later. This case has been forwarded to the detective for further investigation. Report #16-1219-001

On 12/18 at 1958 hours, officers were called to suspicious circumstance call. Upon arrival the officer met with a 15 year old girl who stated a known male subject approximately 24 years old.This case is to be forwarded to the detective for further investigation. Report #16-1218-002

On 12/16 at 0826 hours, officers responded to a disturbance. Upon arrival it was determined that one subject had a knife in their hand and the other subject felt threatened but did not want the subject arrested. Sometime between 10/19/16 and 12/15/16 and unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked boat and took a laptop and charger. There is no suspect information at this time. Case suspended. Report #16-1215-002

On 12/15 at 0500 hours, a female came to the police department to report that she and her boyfriend had been drinking alcohol. Later while she was sleeping he woke her up yelling at her telling her to leave. He threw her keys out the door and pulled on her shirt to get her out. The female was given information on how to obtain a restraining order as well as given domestic violence info. The female declined talking to a counselor. On 12/14 at 1425 hours, a resident called to state a package had been stolen from his front porch. It was later determined that the package had been delivered to a neighbors house instead. Case closed. Report #16-1214-004

On 12/14 at 1603 hours, an officer contacted a subject at a homeless encampment. It was revealed that the subject had a $5,000 warrant out of Brisbane and was in possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia. On 12/12 at 1800 hours, officers were called to a disturbance. Upon arrival they contacted an agitated subject who was under the influence of alcohol. On 12/12 at 1242 hours, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. Upon contact the driver was found to be under the influence of methamphetamine. The driver was cited and released to the staff at First Chance. Case closed. Report #16-1212-001

On 12/9 at 0222 hours, officers responded to a suspicious person call of a subject sleeping in a vehicle. Upon arrival the subject was agitated and when he left the scene, he struck a shed and left at a high rate of speed. The subject was contacted the next and interviewed. Sometime between 12/5 and 12/6, a vehicle in the parking lot of 2000 Shoreline Court had the truck bed area accessed and items taken. The incident occurred while the owner was staying at the hotel. The items taken were a large Pelican case containing fishing reels and multiple US Marine uniforms amounting to approximately $7500.00. There is no suspect information at this time.
