Grand Theft
Between 10/29/15 at 1001 hours and 10/30/15 at 0226 hours, a stolen business gas credit card was used at multiple gas stations. An employee, four digit pin number is required to use the card. Random numbers were entered by the suspect and the card was declined in San Francisco and Oakland. This case is ongoing. Report #15-1031-002.

On 10/31 at 1039 hours, officers responded to a call of a female who was crying. Upon arrival it was determined that the female was the wife of the reporting party. The female was found to be a danger to herself and others. Case closed. Report #15-1031-001.

Suspicious Circumstance
On 10/29/2015 at 2010 hours, a female was in her vehicle in San Francisco when a male subject came up to her and asked her for money. The subject followed her from San Francisco to Brisbane. The female became frightened and stopped at the Brisbane Fire Department to seek assistance. The male subject continued driving and was not seen again. Case taken for informational purposes. Domestic Violence
On 10/29 at 0807 hours, officers responded to a call of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival officers determined the suspect had sprayed “Bear spray” in the house while several people including children were in the home. The suspect was eventually taken into custody and charged with battery, use of pepper spray and child endangerment. Case closed by arrest. Report #15-1029-001.

On 10/25 sometime between 1645 and 1914 hours, an unknown suspect(s) smashed a window on a vehicle and took a cooler containing candy. On 10/22 a subject stated she had been receiving harassing phone calls from a former student of hers. The student began the behavior in 2008. On 10/17 at 1400 hours, an officer contacted a subject known to be on probation. Upon contact the subject displayed signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance. An evaluation was conducted and the subject was found to be under the influence of a stimulant. A search of the subjects’ home was conducted and a usable amount of methamphetamine was found. On 10/16 at 1821 hours, an officer contacted a subject standing near his garage. During the contact the officer observed a small bag containing a white crystalline substance suspected to be methamphetamine. The subject who is also on parole was taken into custody and transported to the county jail and booked for possession of methamphetamine and placed on a parole hold. Case closed by arrest. The vehicle was given a parking citation and later the owners of the vehicle stated the vehicle had been stolen but moved just a few houses down. It was later determined the vehicle had been stolen, but the electronic device in the vehicle did not allow the vehicle to be driven a long distance. On 10/4 at 1131 hours, an officer attempted to conduct a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle. The vehicle failed to stop and a pursuit ensued but ended when the suspect vehicle reached speeds of 100 mph on US101.
