On 10/31 at 0100 hours, a boyfriend and girlfriend of 6 years were involved in a physical altercation. The female was found to be the primary aggressor and was taken into custody. Case closed by arrest. Report #15-1031-003.

Between 10/29/15 at 1001 hours and 10/30/15 at 0226 hours, a stolen business gas credit card was used at multiple gas stations. An employee, four digit pin number is required to use the card. Random numbers were entered by the suspect and the card was declined in San Francisco and Oakland. This case is ongoing. Report #15-1031-002.

On 10/31 at 1039 hours, officers responded to a call of a female who was crying. Upon arrival it was determined that the female was the wife of the reporting party. The female was found to be a danger to herself and others. Case closed. Report #15-1031-001.

On 10/29/2015 at 2010 hours, a female was in her vehicle in San Francisco when a male subject came up to her and asked her for money. The subject followed her from San Francisco to Brisbane. The female became frightened and stopped at the Brisbane Fire Department to seek assistance. The male subject continued driving and was not seen again. Case taken for informational purposes. On 10/29 at 0807 hours, officers responded to a call of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival officers determined the suspect had sprayed “Bear spray” in the house while several people including children were in the home. On 10/25 sometime between 1645 and 1914 hours, an unknown suspect(s) smashed a window on a vehicle and took a cooler containing candy. On 10/22 a subject stated she had been receiving harassing phone calls from a former student of hers. The student began the behavior in 2008. On 10/20 at 2317 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle for failing to stop at flashing red lights. Upon contact it was determined the driver has been driving under the influence of alcohol. On 10/18 at 1600 hours, an off-leash dog attacked on on-leash dog. No dogs or humans were injured. A case was taken and forwarded to San Francisco Animal Control due to the owner being a SF resident. Case taken for information. Report #15-1018-002.

On 10/18 at 1000 hours, the victim reported being a physical altercation with another subject. The victim left the area but returned a short time later to confront the other subject. On 10/17 at 1730 hours, an officer contacted two subjects near a vehicle who had been in a verbal argument. Both subjects appeared to have been drinking alcohol and the male became belligerent while speaking with police. Cabs were called for both subjects who were transported to the local hotel. On 10/17 at 1400 hours, an officer contacted a subject known to be on probation. Upon contact the subject displayed signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance. An evaluation was conducted and the subject was found to be under the influence of a stimulant. A search of the subjects’ home was conducted and a usable amount of methamphetamine was found. On 10/16 at 1821 hours, an officer contacted a subject standing near his garage. During the contact the officer observed a small bag containing a white crystalline substance suspected to be methamphetamine. The subject who is also on parole was taken into custody and transported to the county jail and booked for possession of methamphetamine and placed on a parole hold. Case closed by arrest. On 10/16 at 2240 hours, officers responded to a report of a verbal argument. Upon arrival the subjects were contacted. An evaluation was conducted on the subject who was determined to be under the influence of a stimulant. The subject was taken into custody and subsequently charged for being under the influence, possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia, and possession of prescription drugs without a prescription. On 10/13 at 2155 hours, officers were on an unrelated call when they heard people yelling from another location. The officers were able to locate the home the yelling was coming. Upon contact with the residents, it was determined a husband and wife had been in a verbal argument. Case taken for information and domestic violence information given. Report #15-1013-006.

On 10/13 at 0736 hours, a vehicle was blocking a driveway. The vehicle was given a parking citation and later the owners of the vehicle stated the vehicle had been stolen but moved just a few houses down. It was later determined the vehicle had been stolen, but the electronic device in the vehicle did not allow the vehicle to be driven a long distance. On 10/12 at 1232 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle. Upon contact with the driver, a records check was conducted and the driver was found to have two warrants out of Redwood City. On 10/10 at 1528 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle. A consent search was conducted on the vehicle and methamphetamine and a pipe used to smoke was found. Sometime between 9/9 and 10/9 an unknown suspect(s) entered the victim’s bedroom and took items that included jewelry from the victim without permission. The victim had hired a day laborer as well as a roofer who had access to the bedroom. This case is currently under investigation. Report #15-1009-001.

Sometime between 10/7 and 10/8 an unknown suspect(s) took the victim’s bicycle without permission. There is no suspect information at this time. The value of the bicycle is approximately $300. Case suspended pending further investigative leads. Report #15-1008-005.

On 10/8 at 1100 hours, officers determined an elderly subject to gravely disabled and unable to care for himself. The subject was transported to the hospital for a mental health evaluation. Case closed. Report #15-1008-004.

On 10/8 at 1031 hours, Daly City Fire responded to a medical call and transported the subject. Police were advised that the subject had a gun in her purse which was later determined to be a BB gun. Between 10/05/15 at approximately 2100 hours and 10/06/15 at approximately 0900 hours, a vehicle was stolen via tow from 3800 Bayshore Boulevard. There is no further suspect description at this time. Case suspended pending further investigative leads. Report #15-1007-001.

On 10/05/2015 at approximately 2056 hours, an officer attempted to make a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle. The vehicle failed to yield and a pursuit ensued southbound US101 near the Sierra Point off ramp. The pursuit was terminated on the southbound US101 at South San Francisco exit. The vehicle failed to stop and a pursuit ensued but ended when the suspect vehicle reached speeds of 100 mph on US101.
