On 9/30 at 1135 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle that was driving under the posted speed limit. On 9/25 at 2252 hours, a Brisbane officer assisted Daly City police in translating a call for a woman down. A male subject on scene with the woman was found to be under the influence of controlled substance, in possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia. On 9/25 sometime between 1745 and 1835 hours, an unknown suspect(s) broke a window on the victim’s vehicle and took a backpack containing numerous items. Also found at the scene was property from a vehicle burglary that occurred at business in San Francisco. This case is currently under investigation. Report #15-0925-003.

On 9/22, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle. Upon contact the officer recognized the driver from prior contacts. The driver who is on probation was cited for driving on a suspended license and later had his residence searched. Methamphetamine was found during the search. The subject was taken into custody and a probation hold was added to the charges. Case closed by arrest. Report #15-0922-002.

On 9/20 at 1912 hours, officers responded to a medical call. Upon arrival it was determined the subject was in full cardiac arrest and was pronounced deceased at the scene. Nothing suspicious was noted at the scene. The body was turned over the coroner’s office. Case closed. Report #15-0920-004.

On 9/20 at 0943 hours, Brisbane officers responded to assist Daly City officers on a suspicious person call. Upon arrival, Brisbane officers contacted the subject found sleeping on a mattress on the sidewalk. The subject was found to have a warrant and was transported to the county jail. Case closed. On 9/19 at 2111 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle. Upon contact the driver consented to a search of the vehicle and paraphernalia, hypodermic needles and prescribed drugs were found. The driver was taken into custody and transported to the county jail. While at the county jail, methamphetamine, and fictitious bills and a warrant were located on the subject. Case closed by arrest. On 9/19 at 1704 hours, officers responded to a disturbance call between roommates. It was later determined one of the roommates had broken an object belonging to the other roommate. Suspicious Package
On 9/17 at 1435 hours, workers at the recycling center received a package that contained suspicious materials. Brisbane PD and FD along with SFFD, SFPD, and SF Bomb Squad all responded and deemed the package a nonhazardous. The USPS was called and the package was turned over to them for further investigation. On 9/17 Child Protective Services contacted Brisbane Police to advise that two siblings stated their parent threatened to hurt themselves. The parent stated they were frustrated and had no intention of hurting anyone. This case was taken for information and forwarded to CPS. Report #15-0917-002.

On 9/14 a subject lost their cell phone while hiking. The phone was traced to a cell phone business in San Bruno. The worker stated a female came in with the phone, but he would not unlock it for her. There is video surveillance, but the worker was unable to retrieve it. On 9/2 at 2205 hours, officers responded to the BofA for an alarm power outage call. Officers conducted an exterior building check and found nothing suspicious. Bank of America Corporate Security was contacted and advised Brisbane Police they would not be responding and no further assistance was needed. On 9/3 at 0900 hours, Brisbane officers conducted a walk through prior to opening and determined the bank had been burglarized from an employee door located inaccessible to police.
