From 6/19 to 6/22, a female subject used a credit card without the consent of the cardholder. Over the course of four days, the subject obtained services and goods from the Hotel that totaled $2,359.38. After these charges were issued to the credit card, the cardholder reported these charges to his bank as fraudulent and closed his account. This case is suspended pending further investigative leads. On 6/28 at 1629 hours, an officer noticed a male jaywalk and urinate on the roadway. The subject was found to be under the influence of alcohol to a point where he was unable to care for himself. On 6/27 at 1000 hours, an officer observed a suspicious vehicle with two occupants. One subject had a bench warrant for $2500 dollars. A search of the subject revealed a small bag of suspected methamphetamine on his person. A vehicle search revealed the first subject had suspected heroin in his possession and the second subject was in possession of suspected heroin, a needle used for heroin, and a cocaine pipe with suspected cocaine inside. Both subjects were cited and released from the scene. Report #15-0627-001.

On 6/26 at 1607 hours, a subject made comments about wanting to kill herself. Police contacted the subject and placed her on a 72 hour psychiatric hold. Case closed. Report #15-0626-001.

On 6/25 at 0241 hours, a subject came to the police department and stated he had information for an officer. A record's check of the subject revealed he had an outstanding $15,000 warrant. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was taken into custody. Case closed by arrest. Report #15-0625-001.

Between 06/24/15 at 1900 hours and 06/25/15 at 0930 hours, multiple vehicles within a close vicinity in the hills of Brisbane were entered by an unknown suspect(s). The unknown suspect(s) took numerous items ranging from electronics, to a copy of someone's vehicle registration. There is no suspect information at this time. Between 6/22 at 1700 hours and 6/23 at 0615 hours, an unknown suspect(s) used an unknown method of entry to enter a mobile trailer office, a storage trailer, and a storage container. On 6/21 at 1942 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle. Upon contact the officer smelled marijuana and a search of the vehicle was conducted. A large amount of marijuana and a scale were found in a backpack in the vehicle. The registered owner of the vehicle stated that the backpack was hers. A search of her person was conducted and a plastic baggie containing cocaine was found. The subject was arrested and transported to the San Mateo County Jail. Closed by arrest. Report #15-0621-002.

On 6/2 at 2045 hours, officers responded to the report of a female who chased her boyfriend with a knife. There was no merit to the accusation. The argument was verbal only and no threats were made. Case documented for information only. Report #15-0621-003.

On 6/20 at 1256 hours, an officer conducted a subject outside his residence. A records check of the subject revealed that the subject had three outstanding warrants, each warrant was for $15,000 out of the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office. On 6/20 at 2149 hours, an officer contacted two subjects sitting next to their vehicle. The officer conducted a search of the vehicle after smelling an odor of marijuana on their person. During the vehicle search, metal knuckles were found. The male subject and registered owner of the vehicle claimed the metal knuckles were his belt buckle. The subject was taken into custody for possession of metal knuckles. The subject was transported to the San Mateo County Jail. Closed by arrest. Report #15-0620-002.

On 6/19 at 2207 hours, officers contacted two subjects smoking marijuana inside a vehicle. A records check of the subjects in the vehicle were conducted, and revealed that one of the subjects had a $7,500 warrant out of the city of San Bruno. On 6/18 at 2017 hours, an officer consensually contacted a subject walking in the middle of the road. A consent search of the person was conducted, and a methamphetamine pipe and billy club were found on his person. The subject was transported to the Brisbane Police Department where he was cited and released. On 6/16 at 2205 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle for speeding and swerving in their lane. On 6/14 at 0256 hours, an officer observed a vehicle speeding and run a stop sign. When the officer tried to make a traffic stop, the vehicle failed to yield. A brief pursuit was initiated and a subject in the vehicle was arrested. The subject was combative and placed in a restraint device. The subject stated she had trouble breathing and was transported to multiple hospitals before she was transported to the San Mateo County Jail. Case closed by arrest. Report #15-0614-001.

On 6/13 at 2358 hours, an officer contacted a subject passed out in the driver seat of her vehicle. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the subject had been driving under the influence of alcohol. The subject was taken into custody and transported to the San Mateo County Jail. On 6/10, an officer conducted a pedestrian stop on a subject. During a consent search of the subject, officers located methamphetamine and a glass pipe commonly used to smoke methamphetamine. The subject also displayed symptoms of a subject under the influence of methamphetamine. The subject was taken into custody and transported to First Chance, a sobering facility in Burlingame where he was cited and released. Case closed. Report #15-0610-003.

On 6/7 at 2310 hours, officers responded to a disturbance call. Upon investigation, it was revealed that a woman was kicked by her boyfriend when she tried to leave her boyfriend's van. The woman also reported numerous past incidents of domestic violence where her boyfriend was the aggressor. The woman's boyfriend was contacted and taken into custody. The boyfriend was then transported to the San Mateo County Jail. A protective restraining order was obtained and served. Case closed by arrest. Report #15-0608-002.

On 6/7 between 1900 hours and 2200 hours, two subjects were involved in a physical fight in their vehicle while enroute from San Francisco to South San Francisco. The subjects pulled off the freeway in Brisbane. Both parties sustained injuries and officers were unable to determine who the primary aggressor was. As a result, no arrests were made and both parties were separated. This case will be suspended until the primary aggressor can be determined. Report #15-0608-003.
