Corporal Injury on a Spouse
Officers responded to a report of verbal argument that became physical. Both parties suffered minor injuries and the male subject was taken into custody and transported to the San Mateo County Jail. Case closed by arrest. Report #14-0331-0002
The victim reported that sometime overnight an unknown suspect(s) opened a cabinet on his property, found his vehicle keys and took numerous pieces of clothing, an iPad and iPod Touch without permission. Possession of Methamphetamine
Officers responded to a report of a suspect vandalizing property with graffiti. Upon arrival, officers made contact and while searching the subject incident to arrest the subject was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and a glass pipe. A subject willfully disobeyed the terms of a court order by not returning his son to the mother. This case is to be forwarded to the District Attorneys Officer for review of the violation. Report #14-0325-0003
Domestic Related Incident
Officers responded to a report of a male and female in an argument. It was determined that the female subject did not want the male in the home any longer, however the male is still living there. Determined to be verbal only. Both parties advised on restraining orders and eviction process. Report taken for information. Report #14-0326-0001
While on patrol, an officer contacted subjects in a suspicious vehicle. A passenger in the vehicle gave the officer a false name. When this was discovered, the subject fled the scene on foot. The subject was found by responding officers and it was determined the subject had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Case closed by arrest. Report #14-0322-0001
The victim located her stolen vehicle that was taken from South San Francisco. The victim called Brisbane Police and the vehicle was taken out of the Stolen Vehicle System and turned over to the owner. Case suspended pending further suspect information. Report #14-0322-0002

Officers responded to a call of disturbance involving a man and a woman. Upon arrival it was determined the subjects were in a verbal argument only about changing diapers. Driving Under the Influence
While on patrol, an officer noticed a vehicle driving at an unsafe speed. The officer attempted to conduct an enforcement stop and the driver of the vehicle failed to yield. Officers responded to a call of a drunk subject. Upon arrival the victim stated her husband was heavily intoxicated and he had shoved her. When officers spoke with the male subject, the subject resisted the officers by pulling away from them and not complying with repeated commands to cooperate. The subject was taken into custody. Juvenile Probation Violation
An officer contacted a juvenile who is on probation. The juvenile was found to be In possession of items that violate his probation. The juvenile was transported and released to Hillcrest Youth Service Center. Case closed by arrest. Report #14-0312-0001
Reporting party stated her teenage daughter was being harassed by other teenagers on Twitter. All involved parties were interviewed and the harassment was determined to be mutual. Upon arrival officers determined that a male and female subject who are currently dating and living together had been involved in an argument. During the argument the male subject took the female?s phone so she could not contact the police. The female also stated that the male had struck her in the head several times the night before.
