On 1/1, an officer noticed a suspicious vehicle and subject near an area where trash is frequently illegally dumped. The driver was contacted and found to have an arrest warrant. Officers conducted a search of a subject on parole. The subject was not home, but paraphernalia, a controlled substance and metal knuckles were found. An officer responded to a call of an anonymous reporting party who stated a father let his 10 year old son serve alcohol at a party and drugs were also seen.
