On 1/15, an officer located a boat trailer with no marina parking pass, no plates and no identifying information. The vehicle was towed for having no license plates or other evidence of registration. Case# 14-00107-0001.
An officer located a Toyota pick up at the 700 block of San Bruno Ave. with registration tabs indicating the vehicle was expired as of 7/13. The registration was confirmed as expired and the vehicle was towed for being parked on a public roadway and expired over 6 months. Report taken. Report #14-0114-0001.
On 1/30 between 1920-1930 hours, and unknown suspect(s) pried open a fuse box and turned off the power at the Community Park. This case has been suspended pending further suspect info. Report # 14-0130-0002.
Sometime between 1/5-1/21, and unknown suspect(s) attempted to gain access to the men?s restroom via breaking the vents to the metal door. The cost the repair the door is estimated to be $2000. This case has been suspended pending further suspect info. Report # 14-0131-0001.
On 1/3, the victim notified police that he was the victim of a vehicle burglary between 0400 and 0600 hours. The suspect(s) gained entry into the vehicle by breaking the door handle and took a laptop computer, calculator, shirt and $27.00 in change. Case suspended pending further leads. On 1/5, an officer located a suspicious vehicle in a business lot. The subject located inside provided paperwork that did not match the vehicle. After further investigation, it was determined the subject had purchased a stolen vehicle out of Vallejo. The subject was arrested for possession of stolen property and booked into San Mateo County Jail. Case closed by arrest. Report # 14-0105-0001.
On 1/3, an officer located a stolen vehicle blocking the roadway on Monarch Dr. at North Hill Dr. The vehicle was unoccupied and later confirmed as stolen out of Richmond. The vehicle was returned to the owner. Report filed for the recovery of the vehicle. Case suspended due to lack of suspect information. Report # 14-0103-0001
On 1/1, an officer noticed a suspicious vehicle and subject near an area where trash is frequently illegally dumped. The driver was contacted and found to have an arrest warrant. The warrant was confirmed, the driver was arrested and booked at the San Mateo County Jail. Case closed by arrest. Report # 14-0101-0001.
Officers conducted a search of a subject on parole. The subject was not home, but paraphernalia, a controlled substance and metal knuckles were found. This case has been forwarded to the District Attorney?s Office for charges to be filed and also to the subjects Parole Officer. Report # 14-0129-0003.
The victim reported to police that sometime between 1/24 and 1/27, unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked company vehicle. Upon entry, the suspect(s) took miscellaneous keys and a cell phone. This case is still under investigation. Report #14-0129-0001.
The reporting party stated he was missing 10-15 watches and believed his landlord had taken them. The reporting party later found the watches. There was no crime and this case was taken for information only. Report # 14-0128-0003.
On 1/28 at 0144 hours, an officer contacted to suspicious subjects who were dumpster diving. A records check revealed one subject had an outstanding warrant and was taken into custody and transported to San Mateo County Jail. At the jail, it was found the subject brought in a controlled substance and was also charged with bringing narcotics into the jail. Case closed by arrest. Report 3 14-0128-0001.
An officer responded to a call of an anonymous reporting party who stated a father let his 10 year old son serve alcohol at a party and drugs were also seen. After an investigation was conducted, there was found to be no merit to this claim. Case taken for information only and will be forwarded to Child Protective Services for review. On 1/24 the victim notified police that she was the victim of a vehicle burglary between 2030-2140 hours. The suspect(s) gained entry by smashing the rear passenger window and took a purse and wallet. This case has been suspended pending further suspect information. Report # 14-0124-0001.
On 1/25 the victim notified police that an unknown suspect was found in his van without permission. The victim chased the suspect who fled the scene in a vehicle. Nothing was taken from the van and surrounding agencies were advised. This case has been suspended pending further suspect information. Report 3 14-0125-0001.
While part of the San Mateo County Gang Task Force a Brisbane officer searched a subject on probation. The subject was found to be in possession of a concealed homemade knife. The subject was taken into custody and transported to the San Mateo County Jail. Case closed by arrest. Report #14-0118-002.
The victim reported that between 1/16 and 1/17her license plate was taken from her vehicle without permission. The license plate was entered into the stolen vehicle system. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #14-0118-0004.
On 1/19, an officer responded to a suspicious vehicle call. The vehicle was unoccupied and partially stripped of parts. It was later confirmed that the vehicle had been stolen out of San Francisco. The victim reported she purchased 49ers tickets though Craigslist using a payment service. The victim never received her tickets and the Craigslist ad has since been deleted. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #14-0118-0001.
The victim reported to police that sometime between 1/16 and 1/17, unknown suspect(s) entered the victim?s unlocked vehicle. Upon entry, the suspect(s) took clothing from the victims business. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #14-0117-0001.
An officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a driver who drove the wrong way on a divided highway. The driver was cited and released from the scene. A case was taken and forwarded to the District Attorney?s Office for review. Report #14-0117-0002.
A subject reported that she had been pushed by a subject she works with. The other party stated he just motioned that she leave his office. A witness stated no one was touched. This investigation is ongoing. Report #14-0117-0003.
The suspect came to the Brisbane to pick up property. Through investigation performed earlier, it was found the subject had falsely identified himself to police and was in possession of counterfeit driver?s license. The subject was also in possession of debit and health cards under the same false name. The subject was booked into the San Mateo County Jail. Case closed by arrest. Report #14-0116-0002.
The victim reported to police that sometime between 0015-0615 hours, an unknown person entered her home through a door left ajar and took a purse located near the door. The total loss of property is estimated to be $40. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #14-0115-0003.

On 1/15, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle that ran a red light. The driver was contacted and was found to have driven under the influence of alcohol. The driver was arrested, cited and turned over to the staff at First Chance North. Case closed by arrest. Report #14-0115-0001.
On 1/13, an officer was told about the above stolen vehicle. The officer remembered seeing the described vehicle on 1/12. The officer responded to the 200 block of San Clara and recovered the stolen vehicle from report #14-0112-0003. The responsible party stated plumbing tools had been taken from the vehicle. The victim reported to police that sometime between 1/12 and 1/13 an unknown suspect(s) entered the victim?s unlocked vehicle. Upon entry, the suspect(s) took several expired credit cards and used them at a store in San Francisco. Investigation ongoing. Report #14-0113-0002.
The victim reported their work van was stolen sometime between 1600-1745 hours. The van was taken from in front of his home and no one had permission to take the van. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #14-0112-0003.

On 1/11, a resident?s dog found what appeared to be a suspicious bone. The bone was brought to the police department. This bone and one other bone found at the scene were brought to the San Mateo County Coroner?s Office for a Pathologist?s determination of what species the bones belong to. This case is ongoing. The victim reported to police that on 1/11, someone had taken her laundry from a dryer at the Laundromat without permission. The items are valued at approximately $325. There is no suspect information at this time. This case is ongoing. Report #14-0111-0003.

On 1/5, officers were called to a business were staff had received a counterfeit $100 bill. The subject who attempted to pass the bill was unaware the bill was fake. The subject paid his bill with another bill and handed over the counterfeit bill to police. Case taken for information. Case also forwarded to Secret Service for investigation. Report #14-0105-0002.
