Report for October 1, 2013 - October 30, 2013
Domestic Related Incident
The reporting party advised that he has been separated from his wife for 2 months and no longer lives with her. The reporting party does comeback to their former common home to pick up his mail from time to time. During this incident the reporting party said that his wife pushed him several times to get him out of the house when he walked in. The wife and son of the reporting party stated that she never pushed the reporting party but only held him in an attempt to stop him from coming in. The reporting party sustained injuries and only wanted the incident documented. Report #13-1003-0001.
The reporting party advised that another vehicle rear ended her vehicle causing minor damage and then sped off with out exchanging information or contacting the police. This case has been suspended pending further leads. Report #13-1002-0001.
A citizen reported to police of an abandoned vehicle. The vehicle was marked by police on 10/22. As of 10/25 the vehicle was still parked at the same location and had not moved in violation of 22651(k) CVC. The vehicle was towed. Report taken. Case # 13-1025-0001
The reporting party advised that a vehicle was blocking his driveway. The vehicle was blocking the entire driveway in a way that the home owner could not exit. All attempts to contact the registered owner met with negative results. The vehicle was towed from the location. Report #13-1008-0001.
While on routine patrol, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop for excessive speed and straddling lanes. Upon contact the driver displayed objective symptoms of alcohol consumption. After further investigation it was determined that the driver was driving under the influence of alcohol. The driver was arrested and booked into county jail. Report #13-1001-0001.
A vehicle stolen out of Pacifica was located. There was no one in the area and there is no suspect information at this time. The owner of the vehicle was notified. Report #13-1028-0001.
A subject was contacted subsequent to a call of a suspicious circumstance. The subject was determined to be on parole and searched. The subject was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics and paraphernalia. The subject was arrested and transported to San Mateo County jail where he was booked Report #13-1027-0002.
Subsequent to a welfare check, a records check revealed that the person had an outstanding no-bail warrant for her arrest from the San Francisco Police Department. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was taken into custody and booked into jail. Report #13-1005-001.
Unknown suspect(s) broke into two locked vehicles via front passenger window smash and took miscellaneous items. The total estimated value of damage and taken items was $1450. This case is still actively being investigated. Report #13-1012-0001
Several witnesses observed a vehicle unsuccessfully attempt a turn and struck a parked vehicle causing moderate damage to both vehicles. The driver then fled the scene. Through police investigation the suspect vehicle was located parked and unoccupied. The driver was consequently identified and contacted and determined to be unlicensed. This case has been forwarded to the District Attorney?s Office for charges to be filed against the driver. Report #13-1026-0001
A bicyclist caused a collision with a vehicle by failing to yield to oncoming traffic. The bicyclist sustained moderate injuries and was transported to the. Report #13-1024-0001.
The reporting party advised that an unknown driver and vehicle caused damage to his parked vehicle and fled the scene without leaving a note or contacting the police. He discovered the damage after he came out of his work place. There is no suspect information at this time. Report #13-1022-0001.
Subsequent to information from an adjoining agency a missing adult person was located. The subject was taken out of the Missing Unidentified Person System. Report #13-1023-0001
Unknown subject(s) wrote graffiti using green paint on the front door of the Brisbane Elementary School. Damage was minimal as the paint was easily removed by rubbing on it. Report #13-1021-0001.
A vehicle stolen out of San Francisco was dumped and set on fire. There was no one in the area and there is no suspect information at this time. The owner of the vehicle was notified. Report #13-1020-0001.
Officers contacted the driver of a vehicle after it was observed striking the curb while parking. The driver showed objective symptoms of being under the influence of alcohol. After further investigation it was determined that the driver was driving under the influence of alcohol. The driver was arrested and transported to First Chance where he was turned over to the staff after being issued a promise to appear. Report #13-1019-0002.
Mental Evaluation/ 72 Hour
A subject was placed on a 72 hour Mental Evaluation/Hold after she made statements to officer?s that she wanted to die. Report #13-1017-0001.
Subsequent to an investigation of a suspicious vehicle Officers discovered a vehicle that struck a chain link fence, drove down an embankment and came to rest on a mound of rocks next to the train tracks. The driver showed objective symptoms of being under the influence of alcohol. After further investigation it was determined that the driver was driving under the influence of alcohol. The driver was arrested and transported to the hospital where he was turned over to the staff to be treated after being issued a promise to appear. Report #13-1019-0001.
Suspended Drivers License
Subsequent to a traffic stop, the driver of a motorcycle admitted to having a suspended license. A records check confirmed that the driver had a suspended driver?s license. The driver was cited and released and his motorcycle was towed for expired registration. Report #13-1015-0002.
Unknown suspect(s) took the reporting party?s unlocked bicycle that was leaning onto a telephone pole. The estimated cost of the vehicle is $60.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads. Report #13-1016-0001.
Unknown suspect(s) detonated an unknown explosive device in the parking lot that caused damage to a parked vehicle. There is no evidence indicating that the vehicle was targeted. Unknown suspect(s) broke into the reporting parties locked vehicle via front passenger window smash and took a lunch bag. The estimated value of the bag was $25.00. The estimated cost to repair the window was $500.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads. Report #13-1012-0001.
Unknown suspect(s) broke into the reporting party?s locked rental vehicle via rear passenger window smash. It appeared that no entry was made as the vehicle was still locked and nothing appeared disturbed. The estimated cost to repair the window was $400.00. The reporting party claimed that an unknown subject might have pushed on her door once. She believed it was a person she waved to earlier when she arrived home. No one was seen or heard upon checking the area and neighbors reported nothing unusual. A report was taken for information only. Report #13-1013-0002

Possession of Methamphetamines
Subsequent to a traffic stop a passenger in the vehicle consented to a search and methamphetamine was found on his person. The subject was also out on bail for a prior offense and was additionally charged for committing an offense while out on bail. The subject was arrested and booked into jail. Report #13-1010-0004.
Domestic Related Incident
A couple in a dating relationship got into a verbal argument. There was no physical altercation and no injuries seen or reported. Both parties had been drinking. A report was taken for information only. Report #13-1010-0002.
The reporting party advised that an unknown suspect(s) opened a credit card account in his name via the internet and charged over $6427.00 without his permission. There is no suspect information at this time. Report #13-1010-0003.
Mental Evaluation/ 72 Hour
A subject was contacted after allegedly running in the middle of the roadway and yelling at vehicles. The subject was determined to be a danger to himself and others and wanted to speak with a mental health professional. The subject was transported to a hospital for evaluation. Report #13-1010-0001.
The reporting party claimed that his wife threw a beer bottle at him. His wife claimed that he placed his hands around her neck. There was no physical evidence, visible injuries, or witnesses to support either claim. Both parties were separated for the evening. Report #13-1006-0002.
The reporting party advised that subsequent to a near collision/road rage incident he was punched in the face by the other party. The other party left the scene. The reporting party was unable to identify the other party in a photo line-up. Due to insufficient evidence and lack of independent witnesses the case was suspended. Report #13-1008-0003.
The reporting party advised that an unknown suspect(s) entered her apartment via window pry and took her flat screen TV. The suspect(s) then left through the front door. The estimated loss is $400.00. Report #13-1006-001.
