An officer towed a 1973 Chevrolet Nova due to the vehicle having been parked on the public roadway with expired registration in excess of six (6) months. Case closed. Report # 12-0126-0002.
An officer towed a 1994 Ford Ranger due to the vehicle having been parked on the public roadway with expired registration in excess of six (6) months. Case closed. Report # 12-0130-0003.
The reporting party advised that between 01/30/2012 and 01/31/2012, an unknown subject entered his/her vehicle and took miscellaneous items totaling $28.00. The reporting party also stated that the vehicle had been rummaged through. This case has been suspended pending further leads. Report #12-0131-0002.
The reporting party advised between 12/15/2011 and 01/03/2012, an unknown subject entered unit #250 and took computer equipment with an estimated value of $3,616.04. The serial numbers to the items taken were entered into the Automated Property System. This case is on going. Report #12-0103-0001.

An officer responded to a report of a juvenile who unintentionally damaged property belonging to the City of Brisbane. The juvenile stated that he did not intend to damage city property but his actions caused damage to a window pane. The juvenile?s parents were contacted and stated they would provide restitution to the city. Report #12-0130-0005.
The reporting party advised between 12/22/2011 and 01/02/2012, an unknown subject entered his/her vehicle without permission but did not take anything. This case has been suspended pending further information leading to a suspect. Report #12-0105-0001.
The reporting party advised that sometime between 12/25/2011 and 01/25/2012, an unknown subject entered his garage and took two construction power tools valuing $300.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads. Report #12-0126-0001.
The reporting party advised that between 01/28/2012 and 01/29/2012, his 1997 Honda Civic was taken from where he parked it without his permission. The reporting party was in possession of his vehicle?s keys at the time. The vehicle was entered into SVS. This case has been suspended pending the vehicle being located and ant further leads. The reporting party advised that between 01/29/2012 and 01/30/2012, his 2006 Acura TL was taken from where he parked it without his permission. The reporting party was in possession of his vehicle?s keys at the time. The vehicle was entered into SVS. This case has been suspended pending the vehicle being located and any further leads. The reporting party advised that between 01/28/2012 and 01/30/2012, an unknown subject damaged several pieces of a retail display item in front of his business. The estimated loss of the display units are $280.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads. Report #12-0130-0002.
While officers were working a traffic detail for a local sporting event, they were flagged down by a passing motorist advising them of a physical altercation that was in progress. Officers arrived and discovered a male subject who had been assaulted by another driver. The suspect had fled the scene prior to officers arriving. There are no leads to develope a suspect at this time. The victim was provided medical attention but subsequently denied any treatment. This case has been suspended pending further. Report #12-0122-0005.
Officers responded to a report of a male and female that got into a physical altercation. The male and female have a dating relationship. Officers determined that the female party was the primary aggressor. The female was taken into custody and booked into jail for charges of domestic violence. Report #12-0122-0003.
Officers were dispatched to three vehicles that were broken into. The vehicle?s owners stated that on 01/22/2012 between 1400 to 2000 hours, they parked their vehicles in this area while attending a local sporting event. When all three owners returned they discovered that an unknown subject entered the three vehicles by smashing their window panels. The estimated loss between the three cars is $6,385.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads. Report #12-0122-0004.
The reporting party advised that on 01/21/2012 between 2245 and 2315 hours, an unknown subject entered his/her locked vehicle and took personal belongings. The estimated loss is $270.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads. Report #12-0121-0001.
While on routine patrol, officers were requested to remove an intoxicated subject from the establishment. As the officers escorted the subject, the subject displayed subjective signs that he was unable to care for his own safety. The subject became resistive and combative. The subject was subsequently placed under arrest and booked into the San Mateo County Jail. Report #12-0122-0002.
The reporting party advised that between 10/25/2011 and 01/19/2012, he/she had been receiving annoying, unwanted and repeated phone calls from an employee that had been separated from the company. The ex employee was contacted after this report was taken and the annoying phone calls have ceased. This case has been suspended pending any further phone calls. Report #12-0119-0002.
The reporting party advised that between 01/07/2012 and 01/17/2012, her/his neighbor has been intentionally conducting activities during a specific period of the day in an attempt to annoy the reporting party. This case has been forwarded to the San Mateo County District Attorney?s Office for prosecution. Report #12-0117-0001.
The reporting party advised that on 01/17/2012 between 1230 to 1500 hours, an unknown subject used a felt tip permanent marker to write the victim?s number address on the steps of his/her home. This case has been suspended pending further leads. Report #12-0117-0002.
The reporting party advised that on 01/12/2012 at 1530, a company employee had recovered one of their company?s vehicles that they had reported stolen earlier in the week. The vehicle was stolen and recovered in Oakland. The vehicle was removed from the Stolen Vehicle System. This courtesy report was taken by the Brisbane Police Department and will be subsequently forwarded to the Oakland Police Department for any further follow ups needed. Report #12-0119-0001.
On 01/15/2012 at approximately 0210 hours, officers were dispatched to a report of two individuals who got into a physical altercation. When officers arrived they discovered both parties involved had been drinking prior to the fight. Both parties refused any criminal charges being pressed against one another. This case was taken for information only. Report #12-0115-0002.
The reporting party advised that on 01/14/2012 between 1200 to 1900 hours, and unknown subject entered the rear cargo area of his vehicle and took several computer items and other miscellaneous items of value. It is unknown at this time how the unknown subject made entry into the vehicle as there were no signs of force. The estimated loss is $2,000.00. This case is ongoing. Report #12-0115-0003.
The reporting party advised that between 01/15/2012 and 01/16/2012, an unknown subject used a permanent felt tip marker to draw pictures on a wall to his/her residence. This case has been suspended pending further leads. Report #12-0116-0001.
Suspended Driver?s License
While conducting a traffic stop, the officer discovered the driver to be driving under a suspended driver?s license. The driver was cited and released at the scene for driving on a suspended California driver?s license. Report #12-0115-0001.
While speaking to a witness on the above fight call, a male subject was discovered to have a warrant for his arrest out of San Mateo County in the amount of $10,000.00. The subject was taken into custody and booked into jail. Report #12-0114-0003.
The reporting party advised that there were 15 subjects actively involved in a fight. When officers arrived they saw no active fight but several people attempting to leave the establishment. Officers interviewed customers and discovered the fight was between two females. None of the involved parties wanted to press charges. This case was taken for information only. Report #12-0114-0002.
The reporting party claimed that on 01/11/2012 at approximately 0635 hours, he observed a semi trailer and tractor collide with a city of Brisbane light pole. After striking the light pole the involved truck and tractor proceeded to park at a nearby business. Due to the inconsistent damage to the pole and the alleged vehicle involved, this case has been suspended pending further leads. Report #12-0111-0001.
While on a traffic detail, Officers were advised of a subject who was staggering and appeared to be intoxicated. Officers contacted the subject and discovered that he was intoxicated to a level that he was unable to care for his safety. The subject was taken into custody and was booked into jail. A warrants check revealed the subject to have two outstanding $15,000.00 warrants out of Alameda County. Report #12-0114-0001.
While on routine patrol, an officer located a red U-Haul car carrier that had been reported stolen. The trailer was reported out of Riverside, CA. The trailer was removed from the Stolen Vehicle System. Report #12-0109-0001.
Officers responded to a tree on fire. While at the scene, officers located a 1992 Saturn parked in a carport that had been reported stolen out of South San Francisco. The vehicle did not show any recent signs of having been driven. The vehicle was removed from the Stolen Vehicle System. The vehicle was towed away from the scene. Report #12-1110-0003.
The reporting part advised that sometime before 01/04/2012, an unknown subject got a hold of his personal information and opened an AT&T mobility account. The fraudulent activity occurred in Texas. This case was taken for information only. Report #12-0104-0001.
The reporting party advised that between 12/30/2011 and 01/08/2012, an unknown subject took a 1993 teal Saturn Coupe belonging to the reporting party. The reporting party did not give anyone person to take his/her vehicle. The vehicle was entered into the Stolen Vehicle System. Report #12-0108-0002.
While conducting a routine patrol check, an officer discovered that a window panel to an SUV had recently been broken. It is unsure at this time if anyone got into the vehicle. The officer is waiting on the vehicle owner to advise the police department if anything was taken. The estimated damage is less than $400.00. This case has been suspended pending any further losses discovered. Report #12-0108-0001.
While on routine patrol, officers located a vehicle which had its right rear passenger window smashed out. It was determined that this burglary occurred between 2325 hours to 2330 hours. The unknown subject took a wristlet that contained a retail department credit card. The estimated loss is under $400.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads. Report #12-0107-0002.
The reporting party advised that on 01/07/2012 at approximately 2145 hours, he was invited to attend a neighbors party. Sometime during the party he was assaulted by someone at the party. The victim only knows the suspect by his first name of Jose. This case is on going. Report #12-0107-0001.
