The reporting party advised that between 11/30/2011 to 12/01/2011, an unknown subject entered the reporting party?s unlocked vehicle and took a work laptop and an Apple IPOD. The estimated loss is $950.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads. Report #11-1201-0002.
The reporting party advised that between 11/30/2011 to 12/01/2011, an unknown subject entered the reporting party?s vehicle and took an identification wallet. It is unknown at this time how the subject entered the victim?s vehicle. This case has been suspended pending further leads. Report #11-1201-0001.
The reporting party advised that between 11/29/2011 and 11/30/2011, an unknown subject took the reporting party?s 21 speed bicycle off of his front porch. The estimated loss is $1,200.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads. Report #11-1201-0004.
The reporting party advised that between 11/13/2011 and 11/14/2011, an unknown subject used a vehicle to tow away a towable light tower that was being staged to be picked up by the rental company. The estimated loss is $7,500.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads. Report #11-1201-0003.
An officer towed tan Lexus, than was parked over the white line. The vehicle protruded to the point that emergency vehicles were unable to access the rest of the homes on the street in an event of an emergency. Report #11-1228-0001.
While on routine patrol, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop. A system check revealed that the driver had three outstanding warrants for his arrest totaling $2,007,500.00 (2 X 1Million for Contempt of Court). The driver was taken into custody and booked into the jail. Report #11-1231-0001.
The reporting party advised that sometime between 02/2011 and 04/2011, an unknown person who had access to the inside of her residence took $1,600.00 worth of jewelry without her permission. The reporting party is the process of providing a list of employees (nanny) who may have taken the items. This case is on going. Report #12-1229-0002.
Driving Under the Influence
While on routine patrol, an officer conducted an investigative stop on a vehicle. The driver was contacted and was determined to have been driving under the influence of alcohol. The driver was subsequently arrested for Driving Under the Influence and transported to First Chance South in Belmont. Report #11-1225-0001.
The reporting party advised that between 12/18/2011 and 12/26/2011, an unknown subject took his vehicle without his permission. The vehicle was entered into the Stolen Vehicle System. Report #11-1226-0002.
The reporting party advised that she was notified by a major retailer that an unknown subject attempted to open an account in his/her name. The unknown subject was not successful in opening an account. This report was taken for information only and there are no other leads at this point. Report #11-1229-0001.
The reporting party advised that on 12/19/2011 between 1530 to 1540 hours, an unknown subject entered a warehouse and stole several commercial tools. The estimated replacement value for the tools is $2,700.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads. Report #11-1220-0001.
The reporting party advised that while attending a local sporting event, the reporting party?s vehicle was broken into. Once inside the vehicle the unknown subject took several items. There were three other vehicles in that area that were also broken into during the same time period. The estimated loss is in excess of $13,000.00. The investigation in on going. The reporting party advised that on 12/19/2011 between 1826 and 2129 hours, and unknown subject entered his/her locked vehicle and took several items. The estimated loss is $442.00. The investigation is on going. Report #11-1219-0004.
The reporting party advised that on 12/19/2011 between 1830 to 2230 hours, an unknown subject entered his/her vehicle via smashing out the passenger side window. The subject then took a gym bag containing $600.00 worth of work out attire. This case has been suspended pending further leads. Report #11-1219-0006.
Officers conducted a traffic stop on a driver who they knew was driving on a suspended driver?s license. A records check confirmed that the driver?s driving privileges were still suspended. The driver was cited at the scene and released. The driver?s vehicle was then towed. Report #11-1217-0001.
Driving Under the Influence
Officers received a report of solo vehicle accident with unknown injuries. When officers arrived they located a vehicle that had swerved off of the roadway and struck a tree. Officers located a witness who saw the driver flee the scene. Officers subsequently located the driver in a nearby shopping center and determined the driver to be under the influence of alcohol. The driver was arrested for DUI and booked into the county jail. Report #11-1215-0001.
The reporting party advised that on 12/15/2011 between 0830 to 1345 hours, an unknown subject took the front license plate off of the reporting party?s vehicle. The license plate was entered into the Stolen Vehicle System. Report #11-1215-0004.
The reporting party advised that she received fictitious USPS money orders in conjunction with a job offer he/she responded to on Craigslist.com. The money orders arrived via USPS. This case was taken as a courtesy report and has been forwarded to the United States Postal Service Law Enforcement division for further investigation and follow up. Report #11-1215-0003.
While on routine patrol, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle. A records check revealed that the driver was driving on a suspended license. The driver was cited and released at the scene. Report #11-1213-0001.
The reporting party advised that between 12/09/2011 and 12/12/2011, an unknown subject removed 200 feet of copper piping used for an active water line. The estimated loss is $2,000.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads. Report #11-1212-0001.
The reporting party advised that on 12/11/2011 at approximately 0900 hours, he/she was verbally threatened by a known subject. The reporting party feared for his/her safety and for the safety of his/her spouse. Based on the threats made, an Emergency Protective Order was requested and granted. This case has been forwarded to the San Mateo County District Attorney?s Office for prosecution. Report #11-1211-0001.
Officers were dispatched to a report of structure fire possibly caused by fireworks. Officers arrived and found that most of the fire had already been extinguished with garden hoses. Fireworks debris was located in the vicinity of the fire. The San Mateo County North Fire Authority has initiated an investigation to determine the source of the fire. While conducting a patrol check, officers located a subject near the railroad tracks. A warrants check was conducted and revealed the subject to have an outstanding warrant for $2,500.00 out of the South San Francisco Police Department. The subject was taken into custody and booked into jail. Report #11-1203-0001.
The reporting party advised that while attending a local sporting event, an unknown subject entered the reporting party?s vehicle by smashing out the driver side window. The unknown subject then took miscellaneous items. A total of four other vehicles were also victimized at this same time and location. This case has been suspended pending further leads. While on routine patrol, an officer located a subject who he knew had a warrant for his/her arrest in the amount of $10,000.00. The subject was contacted and taken into custody. Report #11-1206-0001.
The reporting party advised that on 12/08/2011 between 0000 to 1500 hours, an unknown subject took a license plate off the reporting party?s vehicle. The license plate has been entered into the Stolen Vehicle System. This case has been suspended pending further leads. Report #11-1209-0001.
The reporting party advised that on 11/08/11 at 0938 hours, he fell off a ladder while repairing equipment lighting. The fall caused him to sustain injures which required emergency medical attention. This report was taken for information only. Report #11-1108-0001.
