An Officer towed a 1987 black Mercedes for registration expired in excess of six months. Case closed. Report #11-0329-0001.
An officer towed a 1991 tan Toyota Camry for registration expired in excess of six months. Case closed. Report #11-0324-0001.
The reporting party advised that on 03/30/11 at approximately 2230 hours, they discovered that an unknown subject had thrown used motor oil at the City of Brisbane sign board. A subsequent check of several other city property locations revealed that other sites had been vandalized with used motor oil. The estimated cost to clean up the sites is in excess of $400.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report 11-0330-0003.
An officer towed a cargo trailer that displayed no proof of registration. Case closed. Report #11-0303-0002.
An officer contacted a subject known by the officer to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The officer confirmed the warrant and placed the subject under arrest without incident. The subject was transported to the San Mateo County Jail. Case closed. Report #11-0302-0001.
An officer located a subject dumping scrap material from his pickup truck onto the shoulder of the roadway. The subject agreed to remove the debris that he had dumped. The subject was cited and released. Case closed. Report #11-0301-0001.
While on routine patrol an officer noticed a vehicle parked in a no parking zone. A records check revealed that the vehicle was stolen out of San Francisco. The vehicle was recovered and towed from the scene. Report #11-0330-0001.
The reporting party advised that on 03/27/11 between 1930 and 2030 hours, she was struck by her husband. Officers contacted the involved parties and subsequently arrested the husband for domestic battery. The husband was transported to the San Mateo County Jail. This report has been forwarded to the San Mateo County District Attorney for prosecution. Report #11-0327-0002.
On 03/27/11 at approximately 1903 hours, officers responded to the report of a woman down. Officers located an unresponsive female adult and administered CPR. The officers were unable to resuscitate the victim and she was later pronounced dead. There was an injury located on the victim?s head. In addition, a male that was seen with the female at the time of the incident left the scene upon officer?s arrival. Due to these circumstances the incident was investigated as a suspicious death. The county homicide protocol was enacted. A detailed investigation (which included identifying and interviewing the associated male subject) and the Autopsy determined that the death was due to natural causes. Case closed. The reporting party advised that between 03/28/11 at 0500 hours and 03/29/11 at 0830 hours, unknown subject(s) burglarized her home. The subject(s) entered the home via an unsecured sliding door and took personal property valued at approximately $1300. The reporting party advised that between 03/25/11 and 03/26/11, an unknown subject entered his unlocked vehicle and took his Fastrak unit. This case has been suspended pending further leads. Report #11-0326-0001.
The reporting party advised that on 03/25/11 at 2028 hours, a male subject made threats to harm his life. Officers responded to the area and located the male subject who had made the threat. The subject was taken into custody and booked into jail. Report #11-0325-0003.
The reporting party advised that on 03/24/11 between 0730 to 1415 hours, an unknown subject gained unlawful entry into the residence and took an ATM Bank of America debit card. This case has been suspended pending further leads. Report #11-0324-0003.
The reporting party advised that on 03/22/11 at 1330 hours, she and her roommate became involved in an argument regarding his use of appliances during the day. The reporting party advised that her roommate assaulted her during the argument. This case has been forwarded to the San Mateo County District Attorney for prosecution. Report #11-0322-0001.
The reporting party advised that she and her husband became involved in an argument. During the argument her husband assaulted her. Officers arrived and after speaking with both parties, arrested the husband for domestic battery. The investigating officer obtained an Emergency Protective Order and transported the husband to jail. The reporting party advised that on 03/22/11 at 0505 hours, he observed an ex-coworker vandalize his vehicle parked in front of his residence. Officers interviewed both parties involved. This report has been forwarded to the San Mateo County District Attorney for prosecution. Report #11-0322-0002.
Possess Drug Paraphernalia
An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that had committed a vehicle code violation. A subsequent investigation revealed that one of the passengers was in possession of drug paraphernalia. The subject was cited and released. Case closed. Report #11-0302-0004.
The reporting party advised that between 03/20/11 and 03/21/2011, an unknown subject had stolen his vehicle. The reporting party advised that he left the vehicle doors unlocked and the keys to the vehicle were under the front driver seat. The vehicle was entered into SVS. Report #11-0321-0003.
Driving Under the Influence
An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that had committed a vehicle code violation. A subsequent investigation revealed that the driver had been operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. The subject was arrested and transported to the San Mateo County Jail. Case closed. Report # 11-0321-0001.
The reporting party advised that on 03/21/11, an unknown subject forced entry into several tool storage units on the property and at an adjacent property. The estimated loss at the time of the report was approximately $4002.50. This case has been suspended pending further leads. Report #11-0321-0002.
While on routine patrol, Officers located graffiti on the north wall of the Tunnel bridge overpass. An unknown subject wrote ?HAHAHAHA,? in green colored paint. The time frame of when this vandalism occurred is unknown. This case has been suspended pending further leads. Report #11-0319-0001.
Domestic Related Incident
The reporting party advised that her boyfriend struck her in the head. Officers responded and contacted both parties. The reporting party was unable to provide a consistent statement in order for officers to develop probable cause that an actual physical assault occurred. However, there was enough evidence to substantiate that a verbal domestic argument occurred. A report was taken for information only documenting a domestic related incident. Report #11-0320-0001.
The reporting party advised that on 03/17/11 at 1730 hours, he was walking his dog in an isolated field. The reporting party encountered a male subject he had seen there before and the subject indicated that he did not like his dog. On this date, the male subject approached the reporting party and displayed a knife threatening to harm the reporting party and his dog. The reporting party immediately called the police and the unknown male subject fled the area. This case has been suspended due to lack of leads in locating the identity of the male suspect. Officers will attempt to locate the male subject by conducting passing checks in the area. Report #11-0317-0003.
The reporting party advised that on 03/17/11, she discovered that an unknown subject made several attempts to open credit cards in her name at several different retail stores. The subject was successful in making charges at two stores; one being in Emeryville. A courtesy report was taken and this case has been forwarded to the Emeryville Police Department for follow up. Officers responded to the report of a loose dog. When officers arrived, they located a loose dog that became aggressive as officers attempted to contain it. The San Mateo County SPCA responded and aided in getting the dog back into his home. Several neighbors have complained of this dog frequently becoming loose and becoming aggressive. This case has been forwarded to the city attorney and San Mateo County SPCA. Report #11-0316-0004.
The reporting party advised that on 03/16/11 between 0100 to 0500 hours, an unknown subject broke into an vehicle?s trunk and took several items. The estimated loss is $280.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads. Report #11-0316-0001.
An anonymous reporting party advised that an unknown vehicle knocked down the stop sign located at San Bruno Ave and Bayshore Boulevard. Officers responded to the scene and did not locate any evidence belonging to the suspect vehicle. This report has been forwarded to Brisbane Public Works. Report #11-0315-0002.
An officer responded to the report of an adult female who had entered school property while intoxicated. The subject was found to be intoxicated to the point where she was unable to care for her own safety. The subject was arrested and booked into the San Mateo County Jail. Case closed. At 2152 hours, Officers responded to a hit and run collision. Officers located the suspect driver who stated he was involved in two separate accidents. The first accident occurred in South San Francisco on Airport Boulevard. The driver stated he hit another vehicle while in Brisbane but left the scene of the accident. The driver was transported to the hospital by AMR. Sometime between the two accidents, a pedestrian was sideswiped by a vehicle, which matches the description of the vehicle involved in the two accidents. The pedestrian stated that the driver involved in the two above accidents was not the vehicle that struck her. Despite the pedestrian?s statement all physical descriptions match the above vehicle. This case has been forwarded to the San Mateo County District Attorney?s Office for review and prosecution. Report #11-0313-0002.
The reporting party advised that sometime between 02/01/11 at 2000 hours and 02/02/11 at 0800 hours, unknown subject(s) vandalized property in the value of $40. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #11-0202-0001.
The reporting party advised that sometime between 03/05/11 at 1500 hours, and 03/06/11 at 1500 hours, unknown subject(s) removed the registration sticker and spray painted the rear license plate of her vehicle. The reporting party advised that between 02/23/11 and 03/09/11, an unknown subject siphoned approximately 45 gallons of diesel fuel from the reporting party?s motor home. The estimated loss is $200.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #11-0309-0001.
Public Intox./Possess Paraph.
Officers responded to an outside assist call for Daly City PD (DCPD did not have any available officers). A subject was located passed out on the ground and she was found to be intoxicated to the point where she was unable to care for her own safety. During a search a glass pipe used to smoke methamphetamine was found in her possession. The subject was arrested and booked into the San Mateo County Jail. Case closed. Report #11-0205-0001.
Officers responded to the report of a commercial burglary alarm. Once on scene the officers discovered that the front window of the business had been shattered and it appeared that the business had been entered. The officers conducted a search and discovered that the suspect(s) had fled the scene prior to PD arrival. A responsible party arrived and stated that nothing had been taken from the business.
