An officer towed a 1992 Acura for having registration expired in excess of 6 months. The vehicle was entered into SVS. Report #10-0224-002.
An officer towed a 2003 LandRover for being parked in excess of 72 hours. The vehicle was entered into SVS. Report #10-0224-001.
The reporting party advised that between August 2009 and 01/28/10 an unknown subject took her duffel bag containing overalls, a jacket, two life vests and boots from her locker. An officer contacted a suspicious subject in the area. A records check revealed that he had a no bail warrant from Santa Clara County SO for vehicle theft. He was arrested and booked at the jail. Report #10-0226-002.
An officer checked on a suspicious vehicle in the area. A records check revealed that it had been reported stolen in San Bruno on 02/19/10. The vehicle was recovered and removed from SVS. This case has been forwarded to the detective for follow up. Case #10-0221-001.
The reporting party advised that between 02/16/10 and 02/22/10 an unknown subject took her kayak. The value of the loss is $1,500.00. This case is on-going. Report #10-0223-001.
Officers responded on a report of theft. The reporting party was loading merchandise into his vehicle when an unknown subject approached and took a box of cigarettes. The value of the loss is $868.19. This case has been forwarded to the detective for follow up. Report #10-0225-001.
The reporting party advised that on 02/20/10 between 1110 hours and 1400 hours, an unknown subject took his parked and locked vehicle from the parking lot. The vehicle was entered into SVS. This case has been forwarded to the detective for additional follow up. Report #10-0220-001.
Officers contacted five subjects loitering in the area, with no lawful business. One was a juvenile. All five subjects were issued citations for violating the Municipal Code and released. Case closed. Report #10-0219-003.

Collision/Driving Under the Influence
Officers responded to a report of a vehicle collision. Subsequent investigation revealed that the driver had been driving while under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and transported to jail. Case closed. Report #10-0212-001.
Officers responded to a report of a disturbance and contacted the two subjects involved. A records check of both revealed that one of the subjects had a no bail warrant from Contra Costa County SO for failure to appear. He was arrested and booked at the jail. Report #10-0210-001.
The reporting party advised of a hit and run collision that had occurred sometime overnight. Subsequent investigation led to suspect information. This report has been forwarded to the District Attorney?s office for prosecution. Report #10-0208-001.
An officer saw a subject walking down the street. The officer recognized the subject and knew that he had a no bail warrant from San Mateo County SO for possession of a controlled substance. The subject was contacted, arrested and booked at the jail. Case closed. Report #10-0207-002.
