Report for November 1, 2009 - November 29, 2009
The reporting party advised that on 11/04/09 between 1456 hours and 1511 hours, her juvenile son received several obscene and harassing text messages. There is suspect information. This case has been forwarded to the School Resource Officer for follow up. Report #09-1104-001.
An officer towed red 2001 Chevy Venture for being parked in excess of 72 hours. The vehicle was entered into SVS. Report #09-1106-001.
Officers responded to a residential alarm activation. When officers arrived, they located two subjects leaving the area who were in possession of items belonging to the resident at the alarm activation. The subjects were taken into custody and booked into jail. Report #09-1101-001.
The reporting party advised that she and her husband were arguing over a fan and during the argument he shoved the fan into her cheek causing a bruise. The husband was arrested and booked into jail. Case closed. Report #09-1128-005.
The reporting party advised that on 11/12/09 an unauthorized subject used her credit card to make an online purchase. The value of the loss is $450.56. Subsequent investigation by the primary officer and the detective resulted in the arrest of the two suspects. Case closed. Report #09-1130-001.
The reporting party advised that on 11/28/09 between 0230 hours and 0930 hours his guest took his van, money and a cell phone. The vehicle was entered into SVS. This case has been forwarded to the detective division for follow up. Report #09-1128-003.
An officer observed a male subject selling marijuana to a minor. Both subjects were arrested, the adult for possession for sales and the minor for possession of marijuana. The adult was booked at the jail. The minor was released to his mother. Case closed. Report #09-1124-002.
Several reporting parties advised that on 11/28/09 between 0400 hours and 0500 hours, an unknown red vehicle broadsided seven parked cars. The suspect vehicle was possibly heard colliding with one of the vehicles shortly after 0430 hours. This case has been forwarded to the detective division for follow up in conjunction with case #09-1128-003. Report #09-1128-002.
An officer contacted a pedestrian he knew had a $10,000.00 warrant from Millbrae PD for sexual battery. The subject was arrested and booked into jail. Case closed. Report #09-1108-001.
The reporting party advised that between 11/23/09 and 11/24/09 an unknown subject smashed the rear window of his parked vehicle. The value of the loss is approximately $400.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Case #09-1124-001.
An officer responded on a report of a stolen vehicle parked in the area. The vehicle was located and removed from SVS. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #09-1123-001.
Deadly Weapon/Stolen Property/Burglary Tools
An officer was working a narcotics tip and stopped a suspect vehicle for a vehicle code violation. Subsequent investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of deadly weapon, stolen property, burglary tools, marijuana and a controlled substance. He was arrested and booked at the jail. An officer met with a subject who had come to the station to surrender on a $2,000.00 warrant from Chico PD for public intoxication. He was given a court date and released at the scene. Case closed. Report #09-1122-002.
The reporting party advised that between 11/04/09 and 11/05/09, an unknown subject took two plants from near the rear entrance to the building. The estimated loss is $60.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #09-1105-002.
The reporting party advised that on 11/20/09 at 1145 hours a delivery truck jumped the curb, collided with two sign posts and then fled the scene. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #09-1120-002.
The reporting party advised that between 11/18/09 and 11/19/09, an unknown vehicle struck their parked vehicle, leaving green paint transfer. The other vehicle fled the scene without leaving notification. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #09-1119-001.
Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated subject in the area. The subject was too intoxicated to care for his own safety and he was transported to First Chance. Case closed. Report #09-1117-001.
An officer responded to a reported abandoned vehicle. A records check revealed that the vehicle had been stolen in San Francisco. The vehicle was removed from the SVS. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #09-1114-001.
An officer contacted a subject for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed that the subject had a $7,500.00 warrant from Orange County SO for trespassing and another $7,500.00 warrant from Orange County SO for public intoxication. He was arrested and booked into jail. Case closed. Report #09-1116-001.
The reporting party advised that between 11/10/09 and 11/11/09, an unknown vehicle struck his parked vehicle and the driver fled the scene. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #09-1112-001.
Officers responded to a report of a suspicious male subject in the area. A records check revealed that the subject had a $2,500.00 warrant from Marin County SO for threats and assault. He was issued a court date and released at the scene. Case closed. Report #09-1102-002.
An officer contacted a pedestrian he knew had a $7,500.00 warrant from San Mateo County for battery. The subject was arrested and booked at the jail. Case closed. Report #09-1109-002.
The reporting party advised that an unknown subject attempted to open a credit line in his name. The subject was not successful and there is no loss at this time. This case has been forwarded to the detective for further follow up. Report #09-1109-001.
