An officer towed a 1988 blue Honda Accord for illegally blocking a roadway. The vehicle was entered into SVS. Report #09-0523-001.
Officers responded on a report of a male subject wandering in the area. Officers contacted the subject and determined that he was a danger to himself. He was placed on a 72 hour hold and transported to Peninsula Hospital. Case closed. Report #09-0505-003.
An officer towed a 1979 Silver Mercedes for being parked in excess of 72 hours. The vehicle was entered into SVS. Report #09-0518-001.
An officer towed a 1990 GMC Blazer for being parked in excess of 72 hours. The vehicle was entered into SVS. Report #09-0508-002.

Conspiracy/Vehicle Tampering
Officers responded to a report of three subjects attempting to break into a vehicle. Officers arrived and detained one subject. The others fled upon the officers? arrival. Subsequent investigation revealed that a total of four subjects had been in the process of removing a catalytic converter from one vehicle and siphoning gas from a truck. The detained subject was arrested and booked at the jail. The other subjects were identified and arrest warrants have been requested from the DA?s office. Report #09-0513-004.
The reporting party advised that between 05/08/09 and 05/09/09, an unknown subject gained entry into an Isuzu box truck by forcing open a small wing window on the driver?s door. After gaining entry into the truck, the subject attempted to defeat the ignition lock but was unsuccessful. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. The reporting party advised that between 05/08/09 and 05/12/09, she received 30 annoying phone calls from an unknown subject. The victim will be requesting a TRAP from her telephone carrier. This case has been suspended pending the result of the TRAP. Report #09-0512-001.

Driving Under the Influence
An officer stopped a driver for a vehicle code violation. Subsequent investigation revealed that the driver had been driving while under the influence of alcohol. He was also in possession of methamphetamines and had a $1,500.00 warrant from Broadmoor PD for driving with a suspended license. The driver was arrested and transported to jail. Case closed. Driving Under the Influence
An officer contacted the occupants of a vehicle stopped on the shoulder of the roadway with its hazard lights flashing. Subsequent investigation revealed that the driver had been driving while under the influence of alcohol. The driver was arrested and transported to First Chance. Case closed. Report #09-0509-001.
While on patrol, an officer stopped a bicyclist for having inadequate lighting. Subsequent investigation revealed that the rider was in possession of less than one ounce of Marijuana. The subject was cited and released at the scene. Case closed. Report #09-0507-005.
The reporting party advised that his ex-wife was in violation of a court order prohibiting her from being intoxicated while their daughter was with her. Officers responded and verified the violation. This case has been forwarded to the District Attorney?s Office for review. Report #09-0503-001.
The reporting party advised that between 05/06/09 and 05/07/09, unknown subject broke the locks of two company trucks and took several tools. The value of the loss is unknown at this time. This case is on-going. Report #09-0507-002.
