The reporting party advised that on 02/01/09 between 0200 hours and 1100 hours, an unknown subject smashed the passenger side window of his vehicle and took a pair of boots. Driving Under the Influence
An officer stopped a driver for a vehicle code violation. Subsequent investigation revealed that the driver had been driving while under the influence of alcohol and was in possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested and booked into jail. Case closed. Report #09-0201-001.
