The reporting party advised that on 11/01/08 between 0001 hours and 0230 hours, his son took his company vehicle without permission. The vehicle was entered into SVS. US Park Police located the vehicle and the suspect in San Francisco. The vehicle was removed from SVS and the suspect taken into custody. Case closed. Report #08-1101-001.
The reporting party advised that on 11/28/08, his ex-wife failed to comply with a court ordered child custody exchange. This case has been forwarded to the San Mateo County District Attorney?s Office for review. Report #08-1130-002.

The reporting party advised that on 11/26/08 at 1900 hours, she accidentally left her purse at the restaurant. The purse was subsequently returned to the owner after another guest found it and turned it in to the front desk. The reporting party advised that all her cash and several pieces of jewelry were missing. The estimated loss is $470.00. This case is on-going. Report #08-1126-002.
The reporting party advised between 11/27/08 and 11/29/08, an unknown subject entered the reporting party?s unlocked vehicle and took several tools. The estimated loss is $51.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #08-1129-001.
The reporting party advised that between 11/25/08 and 11/26/08, an unknown subject damaged the utility water gauge. The damage to the cover appears to have been done by something heavy being dropped on it. The estimated damages are $6000.00. The reporting party advised that on 11/25/08 between 1400 hours and 2125 hours, an unknown subject smashed the rear window of his vehicle and removed his back pack. The estimated loss is $680.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #08-1125-003.
The reporting party advised that on 11/19/08 she was notified by Bank of America that an unknown subject had fraudulently open a credit card using her identity. She also discovered that two checks had been stolen from her checkbook, forged and cashed for a total of $7,500.00. This case is on-going. Report #08-1119-002.
An officer stopped a driver for a vehicle code violation. A records check revealed that the driver had a $50,000.00 warrant from San Mateo County for under the influence of a controlled substance, a $7,500.00 warrant from San Mateo County for driving under the influence, a no bail warrant from San Francisco PD for assault with a deadly weapon, a no bail warrant from San Francisco PD for juvenile criminal offenses, and a $5,000.00 warrant from San Francisco PD for vandalism and drunk in public. The reporting party advised that on 11/23/08 between 1100 hours and 1500 hours a tenant cut down several branches of her fruit trees. The estimated loss is $200.00. This case is on-going. Report # 08-1123-002.
Unauthorized Access of a Computer
The reporting party advised that an unknown suspect gained entry into their computer system and through an internet pay site transferred funds into a personal account totaling $4,820.82. This case has been forwarded to the Brisbane Detective Bureau and the San Mateo County REACT Task Force. This case is on- going. Report #08-1119-001.
While on foot patrol, officers saw a juvenile who they knew had been reported missing and also had a no bail juvenile misdemeanor warrant from San Francisco Sheriff?s Department for vehicle theft and violation of probation. The juvenile was arrested and booked at Hillcrest. Case closed. Report #08-1117-003.
Possession of Burglary Tools
An officer located and investigated a suspicious vehicle occupied by two subjects. The driver was on probation with a search and seizure stipulation. A search of the vehicle revealed a backpack belonging to the passenger containing household tools that could be used to burglarize vehicles. This case has been forwarded to the San Mateo County District Attorney?s Office for review and prosecution of both occupants for possession of burglary tools. Report #08-1117-001.
Driving Under the Influence
Officers responded to a report of a vehicle being driven erratically in the area. They located the vehicle pulled to the side of the roadway with the engine running and contacted the driver. Subsequent investigation revealed that the driver had been driving while under the influence of alcohol. The driver was arrested and booked at the main jail. Case closed. Report #08-1117-002.

The reporting party advised that at 0545 hours, an unknown male subject grabbed her from behind as she was getting into her vehicle. He threw her to the ground, took her purse and fled in a small light yellow pickup. She sustained minor injuries to her head and elbow. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #08-1113-001.
The reporting party advised that on 11/13/08 at approximately 0430 hours, an unknown subject entered her unlocked vehicle and took an Ipod mount, CDs, prescription sunglasses and miscellaneous paperwork. The value of the loss is $627.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #08-1113-003.
The reporting party advised that on 11/15/08 at approximately 1600 hours, his wife struck him several times with a wooden stick causing injuries. The wife was arrested and booked at the main jail. An officer saw a subject walking down the street that he recognized from previous police contacts. The subject was known to have a $5,000.00 warrant from San Mateo County for possession of marijuana. The subject was arrested and booked at the main jail. Case closed. Report #08-1102-003.
Officers responded on a report of a run-away juvenile. The juvenile was entered into the Missing Person System (MUPS) and a Trax flier was distributed. On 11/13/08 the juvenile returned home and was removed from MUPS. Case closed. Report #08-1112-003.
The reporting party advised that his son, who is currently on probation, ran away from his residence. The juvenile?s probation officer was advised and the juvenile was entered into MUPS. Report #08-1105-001.
The reporting party advised that the father of her child deposited a fraudulent check into her checking account and then later convinced her to withdraw most of the money and return it to him. This investigation is on-going. Report #08-1105-002.
The reporting party advised that on 11/05/08 between 0800 hours and 1630 hours, an unknown subject smashed the right front passenger window of his parked vehicle. The value of the loss is $200.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #08-1105-003.
Officers responded on a report of a possible overdose. Subsequent investigation revealed that the subject was a danger to himself. He was transported via ambulance to Peninsula Hospital for evaluation. Case closed. Report #08-1104-002.
