Report for October 2, 2008 - October 30, 2008
An officer towed a 1977 Datsun pick up for having expired registration in excess of 6 months. The vehicle was entered into SVS. Case closed. Report #08-1015-001.
The reporting party advised of a suspicious male subject in the area asking for money. Officers contacted the subject. A records check revealed that he had a $5,000.00 warrant from San Mateo County for a vehicle code violation. The subject was arrested and booked into the jail. Case closed. Report #08-1004-004.
An officer towed a 1999 Ford Econoline van for having expired registration in excess of 6 months. The vehicle was entered into SVS. Case closed. Report #08-1009-003.
Driving Under the Influence
An officer stopped a driver for vehicle code violations. Subsequent investigation revealed that the driver had been driving while under the influence of alcohol. The driver was arrested and transported to First Chance. Case closed. Report #08-1002-001.
An officer towed a 1993 red Ford Probe for having expired registration in excess of 6 months. The vehicle was entered into SVS. Case closed. Report #08-1003-002.
The reporting party advised that between 10/03/08 and 10/24/08 an unknown subject took a cast iron park bench from the walking trail valued at $700.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #08-1027-001.
An officer stopped a driver for a vehicle code violation. A records check on the driver revealed she had a $20,000.00 warrant from the Alameda County Sheriff for reckless driving. She was arrested and booked at the jail. Case closed. Report #08-1027-002.
An officer stopped a driver for a vehicle code violation. Subsequent investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of several access cards which did not belong to him. This case is on-going. Report #08-1029-005.
Officers responded to a report of two subjects fighting in the area. Both parties were contacted, refused any medical attention and declined any further action. Case closed. Report #08-1030-001.
Dumping Refuse on Private Property
While on patrol, officers located a male subject who dumped approximately 1.5 cubic yards of remodeling garbage into a dumpster on private property without the permission of the owner. The male subject was arrested, issued a citation and released. Case closed. Report #08-1026-004.
While on patrol, an officer saw a female subject fall down. Subsequent investigation revealed that she was too intoxicated to care for her own safety. She was transported to First Chance. Case closed. Report #08-1026-002.
The reporting party advised that on 10/05/08 between 1130 hours and 1630 hours, an unknown subject took his parked vehicle. The vehicle was entered into the Stolen Vehicle System. The vehicle was later recovered in San Francisco, partially stripped. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #08-1005-002.
Domestic Violence/Vandalism
Officers responded to a commercial fire alarm and met with the reporting party. He advised that his girlfriend had assaulted him, vandalized his vehicles and falsely activated the fire alarm. Officers located the intoxicated female subject walking onto northbound Hwy 101. She was arrested and booked at the jail. Case closed. Report #08-1026-001.
The reporting party advised that on 10/26/08 between 0945 hours and 1730 hours, an unknown subject smashed the passenger side window of his vehicle and took a CD/radio, DVD player and CD carrier containing over 100 CD?s. The value of the loss is $1,930.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #08-1026-003.
Possession of Stolen Property
An officer stopped a driver for a vehicle code violation. Subsequent investigation revealed that the vehicle had 2009 registration tabs. The driver admitted to taking the tab from his neighbor and affixing it onto his vehicle. The driver was arrested on charges of unlawful display of registration, possession of stolen property and booked into jail. Case closed. Report #08-1004-005.
The reporting party advised that she had returned home to find that her husband had passed away. Based upon the subject?s medical history, the San Mateo County Coroner released the deceased to the family. Case closed. Report #08-1024-002.
Sexual Acts w/Child under 10
The reporting party filed allegations of her husband engaging in sexual acts with their child. This case is on-going. Report #08-1021-002.
The reporting party advised that on 10/21/08 her daughter did not attend school and refused to come home. The juvenile was entered into MUPS. The juvenile later returned home and was removed from MUPS. Case closed. Report #08-1021-003.
The reporting party advised of a suspicious individual walking in and out of traffic. Officers responded and located the subject. Subsequent investigation revealed the subject to be in possession of less than an ounce of Marijuana. He was issued a citation for possession of marijuana and released. Case closed. Report #08-1023-001.
The reporting party advised that on 10/20/08 between 1800 hours and 2150 hours, an unknown subject smashed the rear window and entered his vehicle but did not take anything. The value of the loss is $200.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #08-1020-002.
Officers responded on a report of a man brandishing a sword. Subsequent investigation revealed that the subject had attempted to carjack the victim and vandalized her vehicle. The subject was also found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. He was arrested and booked at the jail. Case closed. Report #08-1016-004.
Officers responded to a report of collision. A records check of the parties involved revealed that one of the drivers had a $10,000.00 warrant from Emeryville PD for violation of a court order. He was arrested and booked at the jail. Case closed. Report #08-1016-002.
The reporting party advised that between 10/09/08 and 10/16/08, an unknown subject took an outdoor light fixture and kicked a hole in the water heater box. The value of the loss is $50.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #08-1016-003.
An officer towed a 1992 Chevy Camaro for having expired registration in excess of 6 months. The vehicle was entered into SVS. Case closed. Report #08-1007- 001.
Brisbane officers with members of CPS and Environmental Health conducted a home inspection regarding unsafe living conditions for a child. The home was found to be unsafe and the child was temporarily removed. This case has been forwarded to the DA?s office for review. Case closed. Report #08-1015-002.
An officer towed a silver 2000 Honda motorcycle for being parked in excess of 72 hours. The vehicle was entered into SVS. Case closed. Report #08-1029-003.
An officer stopped a driver for a vehicle code violation. Subsequent investigation revealed that the passenger was in possession of marijuana and had a $1,500.00 warrant from San Mateo County for possession of marijuana. The driver was cited for the possession of the marijuana and booked for the warrant. Case closed. Report #08-1011-004.
The reporting party advised that in June of 2008, her ex-husband took her passport, clothing and jewelry. The value of the loss is $500.00. This case has been forwarded to the Detectives for further investigation. Report #08-1014-001.
Fraudulently Use Access Card
The reporting party advised that between 10/08/08 and 10/11/08, two unauthorized subjects made several fraudulent transactions using his credit card. The value of the loss is $2,205.24. There is suspect information and this case has been forwarded to the District Attorney?s office with a request that an arrest warrant be issued for both suspects. Report #08-1011-001.
The reporting party advised that between 10/08/07 and 10/09/07, an unknown subject smashed his vehicle?s side window, keyed graffiti on the hood, poured gasoline into the interior of the cab, slashed portions of the interior and slashed all four tires. The estimated loss is $2,200.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #08-1009-002.
An officer saw a subject known to have no bail warrants walking in the area. The first no bail warrant was out of South San Francisco for driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license. The other two no bail warrants were out of San Mateo County SO, both for driving with a suspended license. The subject was contacted, arrested and booked for the warrants. Case closed. The reporting party advised that on 10/07/08 between 1315 hours and 1330 hours, an unknown subject smashed the rear window of his vehicle and took 12 bottles of wine. The value of the loss is $400.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #08-1007-003.

The reporting party advised that on 10/05/08 between 1150 hours and 1630 hours, an unknown subject smashed the rear passenger window of his vehicle and took a duffle bag containing miscellaneous clothing, $156.00 in cash, a box of vitamins and a small ice chest.
