Officers responded to a report of a subject causing a disturbance. The subject was determined to be a danger to himself and others and placed under a 72 hour hold. While being restrained, the subject fought with the officers, causing injuries to them both. The subject was transported to Peninsula Hospital. Case closed. Report #08-0702-001.

The reporting party advised that between 07/28/08 and 07/29/08 an unknown vehicle struck his parked truck. The reporting party advised that on 07/30/08 at 1900 hours, during a routine child exchange with her ex-boyfriend, he violated a restraining order of a peaceful contact by laughing at her while they conducted the child exchange. The reporting party advised that on 07/21/08 between 1500 hours and 1630 hours, an unknown vehicle struck his parked Volvo. The reporting party advised that between 06/25/08 and 07/11/08 an unknown subject took her son?s bicycle. On 07/17/08 a friend of the reporting party saw a male juvenile riding the stolen bicycle, confronted him and recovered the bicycle. There is suspect information. While working a county wide ?roadblock? for a suspect and vehicle involved in an armed robbery in San Mateo, an officer saw the suspect vehicle. The officer stopped the vehicle and the two occupants/suspects were taken into custody without incident. Case closed. Report # 08-0714-001.
Officers responded to a report of a female subject passed out on the sidewalk. The subject was located and found to be so intoxicated she could not care for herself. She was arrested and booked at the jail. Case closed. Report # 08-0714-002.
Domestic Related Incident
Officers responded to a report of a husband and wife arguing. Subsequent investigation revealed there had been no crime; it had been a verbal, not physical altercation. They were provided with a domestic violence resource packet. Case closed. Report# 08-0709-003.
The reporting party advised that an ex-employee had been terminated on 05/30/08. She failed to return a lap top computer, credit card and cellular phone that belonged to her employer. The value of the loss is $1,900.00. This case is on-going. Report# 08-0709-004.
