The reporting party advised that between 04/05/08 and 04/06/08, an unknown subject entered two of his unlocked parked vehicles and took a pair of prescription sunglasses, a tire gauge and a hands free microphone. The value of the loss is $315.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #08-0406-001.
An officer towed a grey 1988 BMW 740IL for having expired registration in excess of six months. The vehicle was entered into SVS. Case closed. Report #08-0408-001.
The reporting party advised that on 04/17/08 between 1200 hours and 2300 hours, an unknown subject cut the catalytic converter off of his vehicle and took it. The value of the loss is $900.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #08-0424-001.
The reporting party advised between 04/07/08 and 04/30/08, an unknown subject entered an unsecured rear storage yard adjacent to their business and removed sections of aluminum with copper wiring from a refrigeration machine. An officer towed a green 2000 Honda Civic for having expired registration in excess of six months. The vehicle was entered into SVS. Case closed. Report #08-0402-002.
Officers responded to the area on a report of subjects possibly drinking and smoking marijuana while parked in their vehicles. Subsequent investigation revealed that one subject was in possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was cited and released at the scene. Case closed. Report #08-0403-002.
Officers responded to a report of suspicious subjects in the area and contacted two subjects. A records check revealed that one of the subjects had a $10,000.00 warrant from the San Mateo County Sheriff?s Department for being under the influence of a controlled substance and giving false information to a peace officer. The subject was arrested and booked at the jail. Case closed. Report #08-0421-001.
The reporting party advised that on 04/03/08 between 0556 hours and 0900 hours, an unknown subject smashed the rear window of his vehicle. Nothing was taken. The value of the loss is $150.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #08-0403-001.
An officer discovered a cut chain link fence leading into a yard housing a fleet of utility trucks and equipment. Several of the tool boxes attached to the trucks had been opened. Company personnel were contacted and confirmed tools were taken from the trucks. The value of the loss is $3,000.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Viol/DV Restraining Order
Officers responded on a report of a violation of a domestic violence restraining order and contacted the two subjects involved. Subsequent investigation revealed that the male subject violated the order. He was arrested and booked at the jail. Case closed. Report #08-0420-002.
The reporting party advised that between 04/11/08 and 04/14/08 an unknown subject used a black marker to write graffiti on one of the pipe structures. This case has been forwarded to the School Resource Officer for further follow up. Report #08-0416-003.
The reporting party advised that on 04/20/08 between 1130 hours and 1430 hours, an unknown subject entered her residence and took jewelry and two laptop computers. The value of the loss is $21,800.00. This investigation has been forwarded to the detective for further follow up. Report #08-0420-001.
The reporting party advised that on 04/13/08 between 0100 hours and 0200 hours, an unknown subject forcibly kicked in the door to his residence and took an IPod, two jackets, a crossbow, a mini motorcycle, a duffle bag and a plastic bin containing a remote control car and components. The motorcycle and bin with its contents were recovered. Subsequent investigation led to possible suspect information. This case has been forwarded to the detective for further follow up. The reporting party advised that between 04/11/08 and 04/14/08, an unknown subject sprayed graffiti on a vacant house on Sierra Point. The homeowner was located and advised on the graffiti. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #08-0414-001.
An officer investigated a suspicious vehicle. A records check of the occupant revealed that he had a $1,000.00 warrant from San Francisco PD for driving without a license. The subject was cited and released at the scene. Case closed. Report #08-0411-004.
The reporting party advised that between 04/04/08 and 04/07/08, an unknown subject took 150 feet of electrical copper cable from a generator kept on the business?s loading dock. The estimated loss is $975.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #08-0407-003.
An officer attempted to stop a driver for a vehicle code violation. The vehicle failed to yield and was pursued. The driver finally yielded and was arrested and booked at the main jail. Case closed. Report #08-0411-001.
An officer towed a silver 2004 Buick Regal for being parked in excess of 72 hours. The vehicle was entered in SVS. Case closed. Report #08-0429-001.
An officer located a disabled vehicle and contacted the driver. The driver had been reported missing and was not taking his medications. He made threats to hurt himself and was placed under a 5150 W & I hold. He was transported to Peninsula Hospital for evaluation and was removed from MUPS. Case closed. Report #08-0407-001.
