Using the live security CCTV from his vehicle computer, an officer viewed a suspect walking around inside a locked, secured yard. When officers attempted contact, two suspects were seen fleeing the scene. Subsequent investigation revealed that the officer had interrupted a theft. One of the suspects was later arrested by Daly City PD while driving a stolen vehicle. He was booked for possession of a stolen vehicle and the attempted grand theft. Case closed. The reporting party advised that a subject had used a fraudulent power of attorney to obtain a loan, using her property as collateral. The suspect then defaulted on the loan and the mortgage company is attempting foreclosure on her property. This investigation is on-going. Report #07-1024-001.

Barking Dog Complaint (BMC)
The reporting party advised that a neighbor?s dogs often bark, disturbing her peace. The owner of the dogs has tried several measures to stop his dogs from barking but the problem persists. This case has been forwarded to the City Attorney for review. Report #07-1022-002.

Driving Under the Influence
Officers responded to a report of a vehicle which had struck a tree and contacted the driver. Subsequent investigation into the accident revealed that the driver had been driving while under the influence of alcohol. The driver was arrested and booked at the main jail. Case closed. An officer contacted two suspicious subjects in the area. A records check revealed that one of the subjects had a no bail warrant from San Joaquin County SO for possession of narcotics for sale. He was arrested and booked at the main jail. Case closed. Report #07-1020-001.
Officers responded to a report of a subject causing a disturbance at the business. A records check of the male subject revealed he had a $7,500.00 warrant from San Francisco PD for theft. He was arrested and booked at the jail. Case closed. Report #07-1017-003.
Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated person sitting at the bench near the bus stop. Subsequent investigation revealed that the subject was too intoxicated to care for himself. He was transported to First Chance. Case closed. Report #07-1018-003.

An officer investigated a vehicle parked illegally with the engine running and lights on. Subsequent investigation revealed that the driver had been driving while under the influence of alcohol. The reporting party advised that on 10/12/07 at 1730 hours, an unknown male subject approached four 8 year old boys, told them to stay where they were and that he would be back to pick them up. The subject?s vehicle is described as a forest green, older model sedan with black rims. The subject is described as a white male in his forties, with a thin goatee. Brandish Replica Gun/Juveniles
The reporting party advised that while walking her dog, she was startled and scared by two male juveniles playing with replica toy guns. The initial investigation and the subsequent follow up by the School Resource Officer revealed that there was no malice or intent by the juveniles to brandish the toy guns as real guns. Case closed. Possession of Narcotics/Arrest
An officer conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle code violation. Subsequent investigation revealed that the driver had a suspended driver?s license and that she was in possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia. She was arrested and booked at the jail. Case closed. Report #07-1016-001
Officers responded to a report of two females physically fighting. Both parties were unsure as to how the fight started or who the aggressor was and there were no witnesses. Possess Cigarettes/Juvenile
The reporting party advised that on 10/09/07 a student was found to be in possession of a cigarette. She was released to her mother. This case has been forwarded to Hillcrest and to the School Resource Officer for review. Case closed. Report #07-1009-002.
The reporting party advised that on 10/07/07 at 1640 hours she was walking on the shoulder of the roadway when a vehicle traveling the same direction struck her. After a verbal altercation, the driver of the vehicle used his vehicle and struck her again, hitting the victim in the stomach area with his front bumper. Officers located the driver and arrested him for assault with a deadly weapon (the vehicle). The suspect was booked into jail. This case has been forwarded to the District Attorney?s Office for prosecution. Case closed. Report #07-1007-003.
The reporting party advised that between 10/07/07 and 10/08/07, an unknown subject took his 2008 Chevrolet Silverado pick up out of the parking lot while he was at work. The vehicle was later recovered in Daly City with only the ignition cylinder damaged. Case closed. Report #07-1008-001.
An officer located a large amount of debris and garbage dumped on the shoulder of the roadway. Subsequent investigation led to a contractor who was contacted and advised to remove the debris. Officers responded on a report of a vehicle having been driven into the lagoon. Subsequent investigation revealed that the vehicle was unoccupied, stripped of components and that it had been stolen in San Francisco between 10/06/07 and 10/07/07. The reporting party advised that on 10/05/07 at 1900 hours, her landlord assaulted her with a large kitchen knife after they were involved in a verbal argument.
