The reporting party advised that an unknown suspect entered his locked vehicle between 0100-1000 hours on 09/30/07, and took several items from the vehicle totaling a loss of $495.00. The unknown suspect entered through a locked door but left no signs of forced entry to any of the locks. Case closed due to lack of suspect leads. Report #07-0930-005.
The reporting party advised that an unknown subject entered his locked vehicle between 0100 hours to 1330 hours on 09/30/07, and took sunglasses and several miscellaneous items totaling a loss of $300.00. The unknown suspect entered through a locked door but left no signs of forced entry to any of the vehicle locks. Case closed due to lack of suspect leads. Report #07-0930-004.

The reporting party advised that between 1600 to 2330 hours, an unknown vehicle struck his vehicle causing it to move approximately 25 feet from where he/she originally parked the car. The reporting party believes that it may have been a large truck that was making a delivery. Attempted Animal Poisoning
The reporting party advised that between 09/03/07 and 09/04/07 an unknown subject left rat poison on her front porch where her dogs have access. No poison was ingested by her dogs. This case has been suspended pending further leads Report #07-0904-003.
Officers located a male subject selling art work out of the back of his van on private property. Officers contacted the male subject and conducted a warrants check on him. The male subject had two outstanding warrants out of San Francisco totaling $5284.00 for a failure to appear and a driving while on a suspended license. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was cited out of both warrants and released at the scene. Case closed. Report #07-0927-001.
The reporting party advised that another driver changed lanes in front of her vehicle, causing a collision. The other driver did not stop, fleeing the scene without giving her any information. The reporting party?s vehicle sustained minor damage to the front bumper. This case has been suspended pending further leads. Report #07-0904-002.
The reporting party (mother of a juvenile) arrived at the police department parking lot to report that her 14 year old son got out of their car after they were involved in a verbal argument. The juvenile was located at Bayshore and Valley by officers. The juvenile made suicidal statements to the officers on scene. The juvenile was transported to the hospital by ambulance to be evaluated by psychiatric staff. Case closed. Report#07-0925-002.
An officer discovered an unoccupied vehicle fully engulfed in flames in a parking lot. Subsequent investigation revealed the vehicle had been stolen in San Francisco. The vehicle was towed and removed from SVS. Case closed. Report #07-0903-001.
An officer contacted the occupants of a suspicious vehicle. A records check revealed that one of the occupants had a $5,000.00 warrant from San Francisco PD for possession of a controlled substance. He was cited, given a court date and released at the scene. Case closed. Report #07-0904-001.
Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a tinted window violation and it was discovered that the driver had five outstanding warrants for his arrest for driving on a suspended drivers? license. Driver was arrested and transported to the county jail. Case closed. Report #07-0924-001.
On 09/24/07 at approximately 1620 hours a red Toyota Previa struck the victims garage and fled the scene. An area search was conducted with negative results. Case suspended pending suspect information. Report# 07-0924-003
Between 09/10/07 and 09/23/07 and unknown suspect removed a fiberglass step ladder from the victim. Case closed due to lack of suspect leads. Report# 07-0923-001
The reporting party advised that sometime in September of 2007 an unknown subject opened a Chase Credit Card using his name. The reporting party was made aware of this fraudulent account by the credit card company. A records check of the fraudulent activity revealed this account was open using an address in Bridgeport, Connecticut. This case has been forwarded to the Bridgeport Police Department for review and investigative follow up. Case closed. Report #07-0920-001.
An Officer located a suspicious vehicle at the above listed area and it was discovered that the passenger had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. During the booking process the suspect started to make suicidal statements and was subsequently transported by ambulance to the hospital for psychiatric evaluation. Case closed. Report# 07-0917-001
The reporting party advised between 09/14/07 and 09/15/07, an unknown subject wrote in permanent marker ?CBK? on one of their interior walls on the teen center. The reporting party advised that she may have developed a suspect through talking to some of the juveniles who visit the teen center. This case is on going. This case has been forwarded to the School Resource Officer for review and follow up investigation. Report #07-0918-001.
While conducting a routine traffic enforcement stop, Officers discovered that the driver had an outstanding $5,000 warrant out of San Francisco for being an unlicensed driver. The warrant was confirmed and the driver was cited out on the warrant and released from the scene. Case closed. Report #07-0918-002.
The reporting party advised between 09/13/07 and 09/14/07, an unknown subject punctured two of his tires on his vehicle. A shop inspection of the tires revealed that the tires were punctured by a small sharp rod, similar to a dart gun. The total estimated loss is $180.00. An Officer observed a pit bull off its leash running around in the area while its owner was exercising. A tether leash was provided to the owner and the owner was cited for the leash law violation. Case closed. Report# 07-0915-001
While on patrol, Officers located a subject known to have an outstanding no bail warrant for his arrest. The subject was placed under arrest for a no bail warrant for a parole violation out of the California Department of Corrections. The subject was transported to the San Mateo County Jail where he was booked. Case closed. Report #07-0914-002.
The reporting party advised that he woke up to someone calling him from outside his bedroom window. The reporting party opened his window, looked out to his back yard and saw a male subject holding a knife, looking at him. The victim recognized the suspect as someone he knows. The suspect was later contacted at his residence and interviewed. The suspect is on probation and was not to be in possession of a knife. This case has been sent to the District Attorney?s Office for review and prosecution. Case #07-0914-001.
The reporting party advised between 09/11/07 and 09/12/07, an unknown subject smashed out the driver?s side window of her 1996 Lexus 400, which was parked in her carport. The victim advised that nothing inside the vehicle was disturbed or taken. This case has been suspended pending further leads. Report #07-0912-001.
The reporting party advised that on 09/10/07, they received a yellow envelope containing a two page letter which did not make any sense. Officers took possession of the letter and investigated the written contents of the letter. The letter did not make reference to any threats and did not focus on anything specific. The reporting part advised that she and her live-in boyfriend were involved in an argument regarding the use of their vehicle. The reporting party advised that as the argument took place, her boyfriend forcibly grabbed her purse from her, threw a tomato at her, striking her in the back and disabled her cell phone by removing the subscriber identity module (SIM card). The boyfriend left in her vehicle without her permission. The boyfriend was located, arrested and cited out with a promise to appear court date. This case has been forwarded to the San Mateo County District Attorney?s Office for prosecution. Report #07-0912-003.
While conducting a passing check, Officer discovered new graffiti in the tunnel. The vandalism occurred at an unknown time and date. Officer sent photos of the graffiti to neighboring agencies for any similar type of graffiti. This case has been suspended pending any further suspect leads. Case #07-0909-001.

Officer contacted a suspicious person in the area. Subsequent investigation revealed that the subject was in possession of a stolen mountain bike and paraphernalia. He was arrested and booked at the jail. Case closed. Report #07-0908-001.

The reporting party advised that between 09/05/07 and 09/06/07 an unknown subject took her blue 1985 Nissan pick-up truck from in front of her residence. The vehicle was entered into SVS. This case has been suspended pending further leads. Report #09-0706-002.

Controlled Substance/Under the Influence
An Officer stopped a driver for a vehicle code violation. Subsequent investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia. The reporting party advised his roommate had been missing since 09/02/07. Later in the day, she was located by officers on San Bruno Mountain, dehydrated and confused. She was transported to the hospital. Case closed. Report #07-0905-003.

The reporting party advised that while driving through Brisbane on Bayshore Blvd., she and her husband were involved in a verbal argument in their vehicle. She requested her husband to stop the vehicle and let her out. After he stopped the car, she exited the vehicle. Her husband also exited the vehicle and pushed her as he passed her. The reporting party?s husband got back into their vehicle and drove to San Francisco Airport where he caught his scheduled flight to Texas for a business trip.
