The reporting party advised that he had been notified by E-Trade that an unknown subject had attempted to change his account information and access his funds. The changes were not implemented and there was no loss. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #07-0831-003.

An officer contacted a juvenile subject in regards to an on-going investigation. The juvenile subject was found to be extremely intoxicated and unable to care for his safety. He was transported to the hospital for treatment. This case was forwarded to Juvenile Court for prosecution. Report #07-0801-002.
The reporting party advised that on 08/03/07 at approximately 1412 hours, a driver traveling northbound on Quarry Road struck a sign and fence post and fled the scene. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #07-0803-001.
An officer stopped a driver for a vehicle code violation. A records check of the passenger revealed he had a no bail warrant from San Francisco PD for possession of controlled substance, a $5,000.00 warrant from San Francisco PD for under the influence of a controlled substance, and two $20,000.00 warrants from San Francisco PD for possession of a controlled substance. An officer investigated a suspicious vehicle parked in a parking stall of a closed business and discovered approximately 14 bullet holes throughout the body of the vehicle. Subsequent investigation revealed that the vehicle was stolen and had been involved in an earlier drive-by shooting in San Francisco. Officers from the San Francisco Police Department responded to the scene, gathered evidence and ultimately towed the vehicle for further investigation. The vehicle was removed from the Stolen Vehicle System. Case closed. Report #07-0804-002.
Theft/Possession of Dirk Arrest
Officers responded on a report of subjects taking recyclables. Two subjects were contacted and subsequent investigation revealed that they had illegally taken copper cables and wires. One subject was also in possession of two knives. Both subjects were arrested and booked at the jail. Case closed. Report #07-0831-002.
Welfare Check/5150 Committal
Officers responded on a report of a subject wanting to hurt herself with a knife. They determined that she was a danger to herself and others and placed her on a 72 hour psychiatric hold. Case closed. Report #07-0830-003.
The reporting party advised that between 08/29/07 and 08/30/07 her parked vehicle was struck by another vehicle. The driver of the other vehicle fled the scene without leaving identifying information. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #07-0830-002.
Possess Controlled Substance Arrest
An officer investigated a suspicious vehicle occupied by two subjects. A probation search of the female passenger led to the discovery of methamphetamine and paraphernalia. She was arrested and booked at the jail. Case closed. Report #07-0830-001
Annoying/Threatening Phone Calls
The reporting party advised that on 08/27/07 at 2323 hours, he received two threatening phone calls. There is possible suspect information. This case is on-going. Report #07-0827-001.
On 08/13/07 officers responded on a report a suicidal subject with a firearm. The firearm was taken away from the subject prior to police arrival. At that time the subject was placed on a 72 hour psychiatric hold. Subsequent follow up has revealed that there is a restraining order on file that prohibits the subject from being in possession of firearms. This investigation is on-going. Report #07-0828-003.
Driving Under the Influence
An officer responded to a report of a reckless driver. The driver was stopped and subsequent investigation led to his arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol. He was transported to First Chance where he was issued a notice to appear. Case closed. Report #07-0826-001.
An officer responded on a welfare check of a subject sleeping in his parked vehicle. A records check of the subject revealed he had a $30,000.00 warrant from San Francisco PD for driving under the influence, a $276.00 warrant from San Francisco for failure to appear, a $208.00 warrant from San Francisco for failure to appear and a $276.00 warrant from San Francisco for failure to appear. The reporting party advised that between 06/15/07 and 08/13/07 an unknown suspect entered the residence and took electronics, jewelry and collectable coins. The value of the loss is $12,874.00. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report #07-0823-002.

A records check of the driver revealed he had a $5,000.00 warrant from San Bruno PD for vandalism and a $2,000.00 warrant from San Francisco SO for driving with a suspended license. Attempted Burglary/Commercial
The reporting party advised that between 08/15/07 and 08/16/07 an unknown subject attempted to force entry into the business via the front door. There was minor damage to the door. An officer investigated allegations of a subject taking food and alcohol from his employer and distributing them to minors. The subject was interviewed and confessed. This case has been forwarded to the District Attorney?s office for prosecution. Case closed. Report #07-0817-004.

The reporting party advised that on 08/16/07 between 1800 hours and 1900 hours, an unknown subject smashed the window of his locked vehicle and took his GPS system and cell phone. The reporting party advised that between 08/15/07 and 08/16/07 an unknown subject entered her unlocked vehicle and took a video player and her purse containing credit cards, checks and cash. The value of the loss is $510.00. The credit cards were later used to make numerous unauthorized purchases. The amount of the fraudulent purchases is unknown at this time. This case is on-going. While investigating a suspicious vehicle stuck on an embankment, an officer discovered the vehicle had been reported stolen in San Francisco. The officer discovered a subject under the vehicle attempting to remove the bumper. Subsequent investigation led to the arrest of the subject. He was booked at the jail. Case closed. The reporting party advised that on 08/10/07 at 1215 hours, he arrived home and found a male juvenile inside the residence taking approximately $5,000.00 worth of jewelry. Officers responded, took the juvenile into custody and subsequently booked him at Hillcrest Juvenile Detention Facility. Case closed. Report #07-0810-003.

The reporting party advised that on 08/10/07 at 0732 hours, she heard a crash outside her residence. When she looked outside, she saw a male subject standing next to her parked vehicle. Illegal Poss. Disabled Placard

The reporting party advised that on 08/04/07 at approximately 1300 hours, he gave an unknown subject permission to enter his place of business as a courtesy to make a phone call and use the restroom. At 1430 hours on the same day, the reporting party discovered that several items were missing from his office. On 08/08/07 at 1030 hours, the reporting party was notified by his bank that his Visa card had been used without his permission. This case is on-going. Report #07-0808-002.
