The reporting party advised that an ex-employee has been hacking into her company?s computers, accessing information and interfering with company business. This investigation is on-going. Report #07-0501-001.

While on patrol, an officer noticed an open front door to one of the residences under construction. The front door was damaged, appearing to have been pried open with an unknown tool. No one was found inside. Subsequent follow-up with the owner of the property revealed nothing had been taken and the damage to the door had happened during construction work. Report #07-0501-002

While on a civil standby request, an officer ran a records check on the parties involved. One of the subjects had a $1,500.00 warrant out of San Francisco PD for driving with a suspended license. The subject was issued a notice to appear and released at the scene. Case closed. Report #07-0501-003.

An officer contacted two suspicious subjects looking into a parked vehicle. A records check of one of the subjects revealed he had a $100,000.00 warrant out of Santa Clara County for possession of methamphetamine and a $2,000.00 warrant out of San Francisco County for driving with a suspended driver?s license. An officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle which made an illegal u-turn. During the contact, officers located a plastic bag containing 31.9 grams of suspected marijuana. The driver was taken into custody and booked into jail on driving on a suspended license and possession of marijuana over an ounce. Case closed. Report #07-0531-002.

After reviewing video surveillance footage, officers discovered a theft caught on video related to an open gate on 5/27/07. A report was taken for the crime and from surveillance footage a TRAK flier was generated and distributed. An immediate response to the flier from the San Mateo Vehicle Theft Task Force aided in an arrest of the suspect on 5/31/07. A search warrant was executed on the suspect?s home and car which resulted in several items found relating to the suspect?s involvement. Officers were dispatched to a female who had called the Suicide Crisis Center stating she wanted to harm herself but could not specify through what means. Officer contacted the female caller and through the services of SMART, deemed the female a danger to herself. The female caller was transported to Peninsula Hospital for observation. Case closed. An officer contacted a driver that had stopped his vehicle in a lane of traffic, blocking the roadway. Subsequent investigation revealed that the driver had been driving while under the influence of alcohol. The subject was arrested, transported to First Chance and issued a notice to appear. An officer contacted a subject in regards to his involvement in another case. A consent search revealed the subject was in possession of a switchblade knife. The subject was arrested, issued a notice to appear and released. Case closed. Report #07-0526-003.

The reporting party advised that on 05/25/07 between 1900 hours and 2030 hours a suspect entered his unlocked shed and removed motorcycle helmets and leather gear. While investigating a disturbance call, an officer stopped a subject suspecting that he may have been involved. It was determined he had not been involved, but a records check revealed he had a $10,000.00 warrant from San Mateo County Sheriff for vandalism. The subject was arrested and booked at the main jail. The reporting party advised that at 2036 hours, one of his clients attempted to strike him. When the reporting party blocked the blow, the suspect tripped and fell against a door frame, injuring his (the suspect?s) head. The reporting party transported the suspect to the doctor. The reporting party advised between 05/20/07 and 05/21/07 an unknown subject entered his unlocked vehicle and took several compact disks, an emergency roadside kit and his vehicle registration. The estimated loss is $200.00. Report #07-0521-001.

The reporting party advised that at 2348 hours, she discovered that three juvenile subjects had snuck into her house to visit with the reporting party?s juvenile ward. The reporting party advised that she found her 93 year old grandmother laying face up on the bathroom floor, cold to the touch and unresponsive. Officers responded with Fire Department personnel. An officer stopped a driver for vehicle code violations. A records check revealed that the driver had a no bail warrant from Alameda County for prostitution, a $2,500.00 warrant from Marin County for prostitution, and a $3,000.00 warrant from San Francisco for prostitution. She was also found to be in possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. She was arrested and booked at the main jail. Report #07-0513-002.

An officer contacted two subjects suspected of smoking marijuana. No contraband was found. A records check revealed one of the subjects had a no bail warrant from Santa Clara County for felony probation violation, possession of drugs for sale and being under the influence of a controlled substance. The reporting party advised that while in her office, an unknown female subject entered her office and began to strike her and pull her hair, causing injury. Officers assisted the Narcotics Task Force in serving a search warrant on a residence where it was suspected there was an indoor marijuana grow. Numerous stashes of harvested marijuana, 76 marijuana plants, ecstasy pills and methamphetamine were found in the residence. Three subjects were arrested and booked at the main jail. Surveillance video footage shows two subjects enter a locked PG&E storage yard on 5/30/07 at approximately 0120 hours. After entering the yard, both subjects proceeded to load approximately 200 pounds of scrap copper into their pick up.

The reporting party advised between 05/19/07 and 05/22/07, she began to receive sexually explicit voicemails on her cellular phone. The victim states she believes that the messages sounded pre-recorded and she did not recognize the voice nor has she ever received these messages in the past. The calls were restricted and

The reporting party advised that on 05/06/07 at 0507 hours, three suspects were caught on surveillance tape in the company?s yard, forcing entry into locked storage containers and parked vehicles and taking approximately 50 feet of copper wire and a work jacket. An officer responded to a call of an abandoned vehicle. A record check of the vehicle revealed that it was reported stolen out of Alameda County. The officer contacted the owner and the vehicle was picked up. The vehicle was removed from SVS. Case closed. Report #07-0507-002.
