Burglary/Residential
While on patrol, an officer noticed an open front door to one of the residences under construction. The front door was damaged, appearing to have been pried open with an unknown tool. No one was found inside. Subsequent follow-up with the owner of the property revealed nothing had been taken and the damage to the door had happened during construction work. Report #07-0501-002

Warrant Arrest
While on a civil standby request, an officer ran a records check on the parties involved. One of the subjects had a $1,500.00 warrant out of San Francisco PD for driving with a suspended license. The subject was issued a notice to appear and released at the scene. Case closed. Report #07-0501-003.

Warrant Arrest
An officer contacted two suspicious subjects looking into a parked vehicle. A records check of one of the subjects revealed he had a $100,000.00 warrant out of Santa Clara County for possession of methamphetamine and a $2,000.00 warrant out of San Francisco County for driving with a suspended driver?s license. Possession of Marijuana
An officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle which made an illegal u-turn. During the contact, officers located a plastic bag containing 31.9 grams of suspected marijuana. The driver was taken into custody and booked into jail on driving on a suspended license and possession of marijuana over an ounce. Case closed. Report #07-0531-002.

Trespass / Grand Theft
After reviewing video surveillance footage, officers discovered a theft caught on video related to an open gate on 5/27/07. A report was taken for the crime and from surveillance footage a TRAK flier was generated and distributed. An immediate response to the flier from the San Mateo Vehicle Theft Task Force aided in an arrest of the suspect on 5/31/07. A search warrant was executed on the suspect?s home and car which resulted in several items found relating to the suspect?s involvement. This case has been forwarded to the District Attorney?s Office for prosecution. Case closed. Report #07-0531-001.

Officers were dispatched to a female who had called the Suicide Crisis Center stating she wanted to harm herself but could not specify through what means. Officer contacted the female caller and through the services of SMART, deemed the female a danger to herself. The female caller was transported to Peninsula Hospital for observation. Case closed. Driving Under the Influence
An officer contacted a driver that had stopped his vehicle in a lane of traffic, blocking the roadway. Subsequent investigation revealed that the driver had been driving while under the influence of alcohol. The subject was arrested, transported to First Chance and issued a notice to appear. The reporting party advised that on 05/25/07 between 1900 hours and 2030 hours a suspect entered his unlocked shed and removed motorcycle helmets and leather gear. While investigating a disturbance call, an officer stopped a subject suspecting that he may have been involved. It was determined he had not been involved, but a records check revealed he had a $10,000.00 warrant from San Mateo County Sheriff for vandalism. The subject was arrested and booked at the main jail. The reporting party advised that at 2348 hours, she discovered that three juvenile subjects had snuck into her house to visit with the reporting party?s juvenile ward. Coroner?s Case
The reporting party advised that she found her 93 year old grandmother laying face up on the bathroom floor, cold to the touch and unresponsive. Officers responded with Fire Department personnel. An officer stopped a driver for vehicle code violations. A records check revealed that the driver had a no bail warrant from Alameda County for prostitution, a $2,500.00 warrant from Marin County for prostitution, and a $3,000.00 warrant from San Francisco for prostitution. Officers assisted the Narcotics Task Force in serving a search warrant on a residence where it was suspected there was an indoor marijuana grow.
