Stolen Vehicle/Recovery
The reporting party advised that on 4/29/07 between 0230 hours and 1911 hours, an unknown subject took her vehicle by unknown means. The vehicle had been towed to a tow yard due to having had her keys stolen earlier in the night in San Francisco. The vehicle was taken after the tow company dropped it off in front of their yard. On 04/30/2007, this vehicle was recovered undamaged in San Francisco. Case closed.

The reporting party advised that on 4/26/07 she discovered that an unknown subject had used her social security number in order to open an additional account with her cellular phone carrier. Her carrier refused to give her any specific details. There is no suspect information at this time.

Drunk Driving Arrest
An officer stopped a vehicle for a vehicle code violation. Subsequent investigation revealed that the driver had been driving while under the influence of alcohol. The driver was arrested and booked at the main jail. Case closed.

Threatening Calls
The reporting party advised that on 04/27/07 at 1344 hours, he received two phone calls from an unknown caller threatening his life. The caller did not identify himself and the reporting party did not recognize the voice or phone number. The reporting party requested the incident be documented but no further action taken. Robbery/Domestic Violence
Officers responded to a report of an in progress assault and battery. Subsequent investigation revealed that the male subject had slammed the female subject into a wall and pulled her hair. He also forcibly took her cell phone. The male subject was arrested while trying to flee the scene. He was transported to the main jail and booked. Case closed.

Death Investigation
The reporting party advised her downstairs tenant had not been seen nor heard from for approximately three days, nor had he been to work. Officers made entry to the residence and discovered that the 75 year old male was deceased. There were no signs of violence or foul play. Case closed.

An officer participated in a joint enforcement detail with Alcohol Beverage Control and other north county departments to work an underage decoy operation throughout the north county. An employee at a local market sold an underage decoy alcohol without checking her identification or verifying her age. The employee was cited and released at the scene. Case closed.

CPS Report
The reporting party advised that a student stated that she had been disciplined by her mother with a frying pan. An officer responded and spoke to the student. A subsequent investigation with Child Protective Services was conducted and all parties involved were interviewed. The investigation showed no signs of abuse warranting the removal of the children from their home. Child Protective Services will conduct further counseling with the family.
