Officers spoke to the victim and she refused to provide any statement. Officers spoke to the husband and he advised they got into an argument because the female was intoxicated. The male grabbed the female to stop her from coming into the room and she fell backwards. A report was taken and forwarded to the DA's office for review.

The subject became aggressive and began yelling insults and making insensitive comments towards the fire personnel. The subject continued yelling insults at Fire and Police personnel as he left the Fire Station on his own.

Officers contacted a suspicious vehicle parked on the side of the roadway. Officers located drug paraphernalia (glass pipes) in plain view and one of the occupants was holding paraphernalia in his own hand. When officers tried to detain one of the occupants, he faked a seizure. Paramedics arrived and transported him but on the way he woke up and declined medical treatment and told them that he faked the seizure to avoid arrest. He was also in possession of fentanyl.
