A DMV check revealed that the driver was in violation of a restraining order and was driving on a suspended drivers license. The subject was taken into custody and transported to the county jail. On 06/25 between 1700 hours and 2110 hours, a vehicle was burglarized via rear passenger side window smash by an unknown suspect. A black suitcase containing miscellaneous clothing and a laptop were taken. The estimated value of the stolen items and broken window was $2,750. There is no suspect information at this time. Sometime between 06/24/17 at 2000 hours and 06/25/17 at 0800 hours, a vehicle was broken into via rear driver side window smash. A bag containing miscellaneous clothing was stolen from the trunk of the vehicle. The estimated cost of the bag and the contents is $300. There is no suspect information at this time. Upon contact it was determined that the subject was intoxicated to the point that he was unable to care for himself. The subject was taken into custody and transported tot he county jail. Upon investigation it was determined that the driver was in possession of methamphetamine and had also thrown out a couple of bags of methamphetamine,The driver was arrested and taken to the county jail. On 6/4 at 0118 hours, an officer contacted the occupant of a parked vehicle with its hazard lights on. Upon checking on the welfare of the driver, the officer determined the driver of under the influence of a controlled substance. On 6/1 at 1257 hours, officers responded to a call of a male subject brandishing a gun. Upon police arrival the victim had already left the scene and could not be identified. The male subject was questioned and denied the brandishing. A BB gun was found in the subject's trunk and was turned over to the police for destruction.
