Sometime between 1/14 and 1/24, an unknown suspect forced entry into an unoccupied home by breaking the window on the back door. While in the home, the suspect took cash and jewelry. This case is currently under investigation. Report #17-0124-004

On 1/24 at 1505 hours, an officer contacted a subject known to be on probation. A search was conducted and the subject was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. The subject was cited and released from the scene. Report #17-0124-003

On 1/22 at 0111 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a person on a bicycle. It was later determined that the subject was in possession of methamphetamine. The subject was cited and released from the scene. Report #17-0122-001

On 1/20 at approximately 2332 hours, an unknown suspect(s) walked into an open garage door and took a bicycle without permission. The suspect then went back into the garage and took a pair of sunglasses from an unlocked car. There is little suspect information at this time. Report #17-0120-003

On 1/9, a known suspect called into a business annoyed an operator and stated that there was a bomb in the building. The employees are familiar with the subject who has numerous other similar cases and is currently on probation for threats. On 1/18 at 1609 hours, an officer contacted a subject known to be on probation with search and seizure. During the search, methamphetamine was phone in the subjects vehicle and home. The subject was taken into custody and transported to the county jail. Report #17-0118-001

On 1/17 at 1231 hours, an officer contacted two subjects on bicycles who were riding recklessly. A records check revealed a restraining order for the subjects and the restrained person was taken into custody for the violation. Case closed by arrest. Report #17-0117-001

On 1/16 at 2221 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle for running a stop sign. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was taken into custody and transported to the county jail. Case closed by arrest. Report #17-0116-004

On 1/16 at 1523 hours, an officer contacted a subject who was subsequently found to be in possession of two glass pipes commonly used to smoke methamphetamine. The subject was cited and released from the scene. Report #17-0116-002

On 1/15 at 1818 hours, a probation search was conducted. during the search, the probationer was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. Another subject at the scene was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and also had 3 felony warrants. Both subjects were taken into custody. Case closed by arrest. Report #17-0115-003

On 1/15 at 0508 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle. upon contact the driver displayed signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance. On 1/13 at 0007 hours, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. The driver was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and was also found to failed to register as an offender. The was booked into the San Mateo County Jail. Report #17-0113-001

On 1/11 sometime between 1730 and 1750 hours, an unknown suspect(s) forced entry into a vehicle by smashing the window. The suspect took miscellaneous items while in the vehicle. On 1/9 at 1144 hours, officers responded to a call of a stabbing that had just occurred. Upon arrival the suspect was taken into custody. Through an unprovoked attack, the victim suffered a small laceration and puncture wound. This case has been forwarded to the District Attorney's Office for review. Case 17-0109-001

On 1/5/2017 at 2220 hours, a suspicious subject was contacted in the parking lot. A records check revealed a $5,000 warrant out of San Mateo County. Upon conducting a vehicle search a pipe used to smoke methamphetamine was located. The subject was transported to the county jail and booked for the warrant and paraphernalia. Case closed by arrest. On 1/8 at 1518 hours, a known subject yelled and created a disturbance. The subject was advised he is no longer allowed on the property and will be arrested for trespassing should he come back. Report #17-0105-001

On 1/5 at 0052 hours, an officer noticed a vehicle with registration expired over 6 months. A DMV records check revealed the vehicle registration expired in 2015. The vehicle was towed from the scene for registration expired over 6 months. Case closed. Report #17-0105-001

On 1/1 at 0635 hours, officer contacted an agitated subject who was running around naked and covered in blood. The subject was familiar to police and was placed on a 72 hour psychiatric hold for being a danger to himself and others. Report #17-0101-002

On 1/1 at 1309 hours, an officer located a vehicle with expired registration over 12 months. The vehicle was towed for registration expired over 6 months. Report #17-0101-004

On 1/1 at 0630 hours, officers responded to a fire in an apartment. The apartment was unoccupied, but a subject who was just previously placed on a psychiatric hold rents the apartment. No one was injured as a result of this fire. This fire is under investigation by the Brisbane Fire Department, case taken for information only. Report #17-0101-003

On 1/1 at 0244 hours, officers contacted a subject known to be on probation with search and seizure. Upon contact it was determined that the subject was under the influence of methamphetamine. The subject was cited and released to the staff at First Chance. Report #17-0101-001
