On 11/29 at 2311 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle for driving under the speed limit. Upon contact the driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol. The driver was cited and released to the staff at First Chance. Report #16-1129-003

On 11/28 at 1024 hours, an officer located a vehicle with switched plates. The officer conducted a records check on the registered owner of the vehicle and found a $10,000 warrant out of Marin County. The subject was found at a nearby business and taken into custody. Sometime between 11/27 and 11/28, an unknown suspect(s) attempted to enter a building but were unsuccessful. During the same time frame a scooter was taken from the rear patio deck of the yacht club. On 11/27 at 2113 hours, officers repsonded to an assist call. Upon arrival it was determined to be a verbal argument between a family about a cell phone. One subject had been drinking alcohol. On 11/27 at 1547 hours, an officer contacted a subject with an open container of alcohol. Upon contact the subject showed signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Tests were conducted and the subject was taken into custody for being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of methamphetamine. Case closed by arrest. Report #16-1127-001

On 11/26 at 2233 hours, a subject reported that she had received a threatening message on Facebook from an ex boyfriend. The subject wanted no police intervention, but only advice. Advice was given. Case taken as information only. Report #16-1126-002

On 11/26 at 0342 hours, officers were contacted by Colma Police about an elderly Brisbane resident in their city who needed assistance in getting home. Brisbane police went to Colma and escorted the subject back to his home on Brisbane. While there, officers noticed the subject may be in need of adult services. A report and referral has been submitted to Adult Protective Services for assistance. Report #16-1126-001

Sometime between 11/19 and 11/24, an unknown suspect smashed the back window of the victim's vehicle and took a suitcase. The total loss is estimated to be $750. Case suspended pending further investigative leads. Report #16-1124-002.

On 11/23 at 0840 hours, an officer located a vehicle reported stolen out of San Francisco. The vehicle was towed from the scene and taken out of the stolen vehicle system. Case closed. Report #16-1123-001

On 11/22, officers were contacted by a subject who stated he had left an envelope with $1000 in his hotel room for a short period while he checked out. When he remembered, the money had already gone missing. This case has been suspended due to lack of evidence. Report #16-1122-001

On 11/19 at 0112 hours, an husband and wife were involved in a dispute that turned physical. The primary aggressor was arrested and booked into the county jail. Case closed by arrest. Report #16-1119-001

On 11/17 and officer was called to an abandoned vehicle call. Upon arrival a DMV check revealed that the vehicle's registration was 11 years past due and had not been reported as stolen. The vehicle was towed from the scene. Report #16-1117-003

On 11/17 between 0600 and 0715 hours, an unknown suspect burglarized a victim by smashing two windows. Sunglasses and other miscellaneous items were taken. The total estimated loss is under $1000. There is no suspect information at this time. Report #16-1117-002

On 10/30, a subject left his watch in his hotel room after he checked out. The subject has called the hotel numerous times asking about the watch, but the watch can not be found. This report was taken for information only. Report #16-1117-005

On 11/16 at 2355 hours, SFPD called to advise there was a stolen vehicle in our city. The owner of the vehicle has a GPS allowing them to track the vehicle. The vehicle was located unoccupied. The vehicle was then turned over to the owner. Case closed. Report #16-1117-001

On 11/15 at 2014 hours, a subject called police to file a police report for fraud. The subject stated that someone had opened an eBay account using his information then fraudulently sold tickets on eBay. Ebay is handling the investigation but asked for a local police department report. Case taken for information only. Report #16-1115-001

On 11/14 between 1300 and 1839 hours, unknown subjects made entry into a home by breaking a sliding glass window. Nothing was taken while the subjects were in the home. The home was again burglarized on 11/16, this time an old wallet was taken. This case has been suspended pending further investigative leads. Report #16-1114-002, 16-1116-002

On 11/14 at 11117 hours, a subject threw a rock at a moving vehicle. The subject was contacted and while at the county jail he was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and a pipe to smoke it. case closed by arrest. Report #16-1114-001

On 11/12 at 1742 hours, officers responded to a collision involving a motorcycle. Upon arrival it was determined one of the involved parties was under the influence of alcohol but was being transferred to the hospital. This case will be forwarded to the District Attorneys office for review. Report #16-1112-002

On 11/12 at 1310 hours, a subject reported his custom truck stolen. Due to inconsistencies an investigation revealed that the truck was not stolen, but in the possession of a friend of the subject reporting it. This case is still under investigation. Report #16-1112-001

On 11/11 at 1420 hours, an officer noticed a vehicle with expired registration. A DMV records check revealed a $30,000 warrant out of San Francisco. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was booked into the county jail. Case closed by arrest. Report #16-1111-001

On 11/10 at 1030 hours, officers responded to a call of a fraudulent credit used to check into a hotel room. Upon contact, one subject was seen throwing items into the tub that were found to be heroin and paraphernalia used to use heroin. On 11/8 at 2109 hours, an officer smelled a heavy odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle in front of her. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver and passenger were cited for possession of marijuana and minor in possession of alcohol. Case closed by arrest. Report #16-110-004
