On 11/28 at 1024 hours, an officer located a vehicle with switched plates. The officer conducted a records check on the registered owner of the vehicle and found a $10,000 warrant out of Marin County. The subject was found at a nearby business and taken into custody. Sometime between 11/27 and 11/28, an unknown suspect(s) attempted to enter a building but were unsuccessful. During the same time frame a scooter was taken from the rear patio deck of the yacht club. On 11/27 at 2113 hours, officers repsonded to an assist call. Upon arrival it was determined to be a verbal argument between a family about a cell phone. One subject had been drinking alcohol. On 11/27 at 1547 hours, an officer contacted a subject with an open container of alcohol. Upon contact the subject showed signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance. Tests were conducted and the subject was taken into custody for being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of methamphetamine. Case closed by arrest. Report #16-1127-001

On 11/26 at 0342 hours, officers were contacted by Colma Police about an elderly Brisbane resident in their city who needed assistance in getting home. Brisbane police went to Colma and escorted the subject back to his home on Brisbane. While there, officers noticed the subject may be in need of adult services. On 11/10 at 1030 hours, officers responded to a call of a fraudulent credit used to check into a hotel room. Upon contact, one subject was seen throwing items into the tub that were found to be heroin and paraphernalia used to use heroin.
