On 3/29 at 2029 hours officers responded to a disturbance call of an upset juvenile who was breaking things. Upon arrival it was determined that the juvenile was a danger to himself and others and was placed on a 72 hour psychiatric hold. The juvenile was transported to the hospital by ambulance. On 3/29 at 1818 hours and officer responded to a vehicle creating a hazard. Upon arrival, the officer noticed a subject sleeping behind the wheel with the engine running. It was determined the driver had been driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol and was subsequently taken into custody. Case closed by arrest. Report #15-0329-003.

On 3/8 at 0039 hours, an officer located a vehicle with a smashed window. A registration check on the vehicle revealed the vehicle was a rental. An attempt to locate a responsible was met with negative results. Report taken for information at this time. Case suspended pending further investigative leads. Report #15-0328-001.

On 3/28 at 2015 hours an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle. A DMV records check revealed the driver had a warrant out of Daly City for $5,000. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was taken into custody and transported to the San Mateo County Jail. Case closed by arrest. Report #15-0328-002.

On 3/28 at 2345 hours an officer contacted a traffic enforcement stop. After contact, it was determined the driver had been driving while under the influence of a controlled substance. The driver was also found to be in possession of a methamphetamine, 2 pipes used to smoke methamphetamine and an open bottle of alcohol. The subject was taken into custody and transported to the San Mateo County Jail. Case closed by arrest. Report #15-0329-001.

On 3/27 at 1324 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle with expired registration. It was also revealed the driver had an expired driver?s license from 2006. The driver was cited and released from the scene and the vehicle was towed. Report #15-0327-001.

On 3/26 at 0543 hours, Officers responded to a missing 16 year old female. The mother and her family who were visiting from Idaho told officers her daughter had met a boy on a social media web site and had left to see him. No one has been able to find or contact the missing juvenile. The female was entered into the missing person system, a ?be on the lookout? was broadcast throughout San Mateo county and a flyer was sent out for information. The juvenile was located in San Jose on 3/30. Case Closed Report #15-0326-001.

On 3/26 at 2335 hours, an officer contacted a subject who was found to be in possession of marijuana without a medical marijuana card. The subject was cited and released from the scene. Report #15-0326-002.

On 3/25 at 1645 hours, an officer responded to a report of a dog that had bitten another dog and its owner. The person who was bitten declined any medical attention. Peninsula Humane Society was called and on 3/26 they took control of the dog who had bitten the other dog and person. The dog will be evaluated for 10 days to determine if it is a vicious dog. On 3/23 at 0140 hours, an officer located a vehicle that had struck the fence, left the roadway and was stopped near the railroad tracks. After investing the collision and speaking with the driver it was determined the driver had been driving under the influence of alcohol. The driver was cited and released to a sobering facility. On 3/23 at 0610 hours, Officers responded to a suspicious person call. Upon arrival officers recognized one of the subjects form prior calls for service. It was determined that the subject was under the influence of methamphetamine. The subject was taken into custody and transported the San Mateo County Jail. Case closed by arrest. On 3/23 at 1245 hours, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and later determined the registration tabs were not registered to the vehicle. The driver admitted to knowing the tabs were not his. The tabs were taken from the vehicle and the driver was cited. This case will be forwarded to the District Attorney?s office for review. On 3/23 at 1644 hours, officers contacted a subject regarding graffiti in the area. At the time of contact, the subject was riding a newly painted bicycle. It was determined the subject was in possession of a bicycle that was stolen on the 400 of Visitacion Ave, report #15-0322-004. The subject was also determined to be under the influence of methamphetamine. The subject was transported to the San Mateo County Jail. Case closed by arrest. Report #15-0323-006.

On 3/24 at 1451 hours, officers responded to a call of 2 male subjects in a verbal argument. Upon arrival it was determined the male subjects were in a physical altercation and one subject was bleeding from the face. The other subject resisted officers and was eventually taken into custody and transported to the San Mateo County Jail. Case closed by arrest. Report #15-0324-001.

On 3/22 at 1653 hours an officer located a suspicious subject called in by a local business owner on the 400 block of Valley Dr. The subject was located and determined to be under the influence of methamphetamine. The subject was taken into custody and cited and released to a sobering facility. Case closed by arrest. Report #15-0322-001.

Sometime between 3/21 and 3/22, an unknown suspect(s) took an unsecured bicycle without permission. The bicycle was left in the bushes, while the owner slept at a friend?s house. Case suspended pending further information. Report #15-0322-004.

On 3/30 at 0833 hours, officers contacted a subject on private property. The subject had been told on 3/29 that he was no longer allowed on the property. The subject was taken into custody for trespassing. During the booking process the subject was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. The subject was transported to the San Mateo County Jail. On 3/20 at 1010 hours, an officer contacted a subject near the railroad tracks. It was later determined that the subject was under the influence of methamphetamine, was in possession of a pipe and more methamphetamine. Case closed by arrest. Report #15-0320-001.

On 3/20 at 1450 hours, an officer made contact with a subject known to have two warrants out of Brisbane. The warrants were confirmed and the subject was taken into custody and transported to the San Mateo County Jail. Case closed by arrest. Report #15-0320-003.

On 3/19 at 0756 hours, an officer located a subject walking on the railroad tracks. The subject ran once he saw the officer and continued to run after the officer told him to stop. The officer was able to catch up to the subject who was later taken into custody for unlawful entrance without permission, resisting/obstructing a police officer and committing a violation while on parole. On 3/19 at 1050 hours, an officer contacted a subject in a parked car in a no parking zone. It was determined the vehicle had not been registered since 2003 and was towed from the scene. During an inventory search of the vehicle, methamphetamine was found in the vehicle. The subject was arrested and transported to the San Mateo County Jail. Case closed by arrest. On 3/18 sometime between 0300 and 0900 hours, an unknown suspect(s) smashed the rear window of the victim?s vehicle. The unknown suspect(s) took an empty suitcase from the vehicle. The cost of the suitcase is approximately $300. There is no suspect information at this time. Case suspended pending further investigative leads. Report #15-0318-001.

On 3/17 at 1631 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle with expired registration tabs. It was later determined the driver had a suspended driver?s license and also had marijuana in the vehicle. The driver was cited and released from the scene. Report #15-0317-001.

On 3/17 at 1930 hours during a foot patrol of the area, officers contacted a subject found to be trespassing on private property. The subject was also found to be in possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. The subject was taken into custody and transported the San Mateo County Jail. Case closed by arrest. On 3/15 at 1915 hours, an officer was dispatched to a report of a suspicious vehicle. Upon contact with the occupant it was revealed he was in possession of less than an ounce of marijuana without a medical marijuana card. The subject was cited and released from the scene. Report #15-0316-001.

On 3/15 at 0454 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle. Upon investigation it was revealed the driver had been driving the vehicle under the influence of methamphetamine. The driver was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine and an open container of alcohol. Case closed by arrest. Report #15-0315-002.

On 3/14 at 0922 hours, an officer observed graffiti on the pillars of the 101 overpass. The officer recognized the graffiti from an arrest San Francisco Police had made on 3/12 for 27 counts of vandalism. This case will be forwarded to SFPD for informational purposes. Report #15-0315-002.

On 3/14 at 1420 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle with expired registration. After investigating further, the officer determined the tabs on the vehicle had been taken from another vehicle. This case is ongoing. Report #15-0314-001.

On 3/14 at 2126 hours, an officer made contact with two subjects in a suspicious vehicle. Upon investigation it was determined that both subjects were under the influence of methamphetamine. Both subjects were transported to First Chance and cited and released from the scene. Case closed by arrest. Report #15-0314-002.

On 3/13 at 0106 hours, officers responded to a call of a worker who had their foot run over with a forklift. The worker refused any medical aid and took herself to the hospital. A calOSHA report was taken and submitted. Case closed. Report #15-0313-001.

On 3/13 at 0805 hours, officers responded to a burglary that occurred sometime between 3/9 and 3/12. The victim stated an old computer monitor that was no longer in use had been taken. There is no suspect information at this time. Case suspended pending further investigative leads. Report #15-0313-002.

On 3/11 at 0008 hours, officers located a parked suspicious vehicle. A DMV records check revealed the vehicle had been reported as stolen out of San Francisco. A felony car stop was conducted and two juveniles were found in the vehicle. The juveniles were interviewed and then released to their parents. Case forwarded to Hillcrest Youth Service Center for charges to be filed. Report #15-0311-001.

On 3/11 at 0008 hours while investigating a stolen vehicle, a Brisbane officer located a reported missing juvenile in the vehicle. See case above. The juvenile was returned to the parents and was taken out of the Missing Person System. Case closed. Report #15-0311-002.

On 3/9 at 1706 hours, an officer responded to a call of a male subject who had decided to walk to the train station. The subject had not been seen for a few hours and the police were notified. A missing persons report was completed. At 2252 hours, the subject was located by his father at the Village Shopping Center. Case closed. Report 15-0309-003.

Sometime between 3/5 and 3/9, an unknown suspect(s) cut a hole in the business fence and removed a fuel can from a trailer. The fuel can was later found nearby. There is no suspect information at this time. Case suspended pending further investigative leads. Report #15-0309-004.

On 3/9 at 2159 hours, officers located a male subject known to have a $10,000 warrant out of Brisbane. The warrant was confirmed and the subject was taken into custody without incident. Case closed by arrest. Report #15-0309-005.

On 3/6 at 1019, officers responded to a report of a hit and run. The reporting party stated sometime overnight his porch and mailbox were damage. Vehicle parts were found nearby and officers were able to identify the vehicle. This case is ongoing. Report #15-0306-003.

On 2/1 the reporting party came to the Brisbane Police Department to report that an unknown suspect(s) had opened a line of credit in his name and used it to buy items worth $476. There is no suspect information at this time. This case has been suspended pending further investigative leads. Report #15-0306-004.

On 3/6 at 1820 hours, officers responded to a suspicious person call. Upon contact one subject displayed signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance. The subject resisted officers and was subsequently taken into custody. While at the jail, the subject was found to be chewing on empty baggies believed to contain methamphetamine. The subject was then transported to the San Mateo County General Hospital. Case to be forwarded to the District Attorney?s Office for charges to be filed. Report #15-0306-007.

On 3/4 at 0414 hours, officers responded to a report of a commercial burglary. Upon arrival the officers were told the suspects were seen in a secured lot and when the reporting party called to them the suspects ran from the scene. Nothing was taken from the business. An area check was conducted but the suspects were not found. This case has been suspended pending further investigative leads. Report #15-0304-001.

On 3/3 at 1056 hours, a female passenger was contacted after she walked away from a traffic stop. During contact the female gave the officer a false name. After further investigation it was the revealed the female had several warrants and was under the influence of a controlled substance. On 3/1 at 1434 hours, an officer conducted a traffic enouncement stop. During the stop it was revealed that the driver was driving on a suspended driver?s license. The driver was cited and released and the vehicle was towed from the scene. Report #15-0301-001.

On 3/1 at 2117 hours, an officer contacted a suspicious person yelling at patrons at a local business. Upon contact a records check revealed warrants for the subject out of San Mateo County and San Francisco County.
