The reporting party does comeback to their former common home to pick up his mail from time to time. During this incident the reporting party said that his wife pushed him several times to get him out of the house when he walked in. The wife and son of the reporting party stated that she never pushed the reporting party but only held him in an attempt to stop him from coming in.
