Informational Case
The reporting party notified police that sometime between 5/30-6/1, her passenger van was damaged and one of her trees were pruned without her permission. It is believed a landscaping crew hired by the city maybe responsible for the damages. It is believed the damages were unintentionally. A case was taken for information purposes only. Vehicle Burglary
The victim reported to police that sometime between 0400-1000 hours, unknown suspect(s) cut a perimeter fence behind the property. Upon entering the property, the suspect(s) unlocked eight vehicles on the lot. At this time, it is believed nothing was taken. Report taken and suspended pending further suspect information. Domestic Violence
The victim reported to police that her husband stabbed her with keys numerous times on the knees and legs. The husband also hit her head against the wall. Officers are familiar with this couple. The victim was transported to the hospital. Officers went to locate the suspect and arrested him. The suspect was booked at the San Mateo County Jail. Report # 13-0630-0002

Poss. of Controlled Substance
Officers were dispatched regarding a patron refusing to leave and showing off a bag of suspected cocaine. Upon arrival, the patrons identified the subject to the officers who contacted him. When officers asked him to show what he had, they saw a bag of suspected cocaine. The subject was arrested. The suspected cocaine tested positive. The subject was booked at the San Mateo County Jail. Stolen Vehicle Recovery
The reporting party informed police of a stripped vehicle parked in the area for the past 4 days. Officers responded and saw the interior was stripped as well as the tires. A registration check of the vehicle showed it was reported stolen out of San Francisco. The vehicle was recovered and the owner was informed. Report # 13-0624-0001.

Assault w/Great Bodily Injury
The victim reported to police he was struck by the suspect after an argument. The victim had visible abrasions to both knees which were bleeding. He also complained of pain to his head area. Paramedics examined him and recommended he go to the hospital based on his head injury. The suspect was located and claimed self defense. Furnishing alcohol to a minor
Officers from Brisbane were working as part of an Alcohol Beverage Control operation targeting businesses selling alcohol to minors. An underage decoy was sent into a local business to buy alcohol. The clerk sold alcohol to the decoy. The clerk and the establishment were issued a criminal citation for the violation. Report #13-0623-0003.

Grand Theft/Vandalism-Property Damage
The victim reported to police that a known suspect was seen taking his boat to an area outside of the marina and drilling holes into the boat in an attempt to sink it. The victim?s tools and battery are also missing. Officers made attempts to contact the suspect and arrest him, but he was not located. A report was taken and officers will continue their attempts to locate and arrest the suspect. Report # 13-023-0004.

Coroner?s Case
Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Monterey St. on welfare check. The reporting party said she had not heard from her friend for at least a week. Officers checked the residence and believed the subject was inside the house. With the assistance of the fire department, officers made their way inside and located the subject deceased. There were no indications of criminal activity and it appeared to have been natural causes. The coroner responded and took possession of the body. Report # 13-0623-0001.

An officer was conducting a patrol check in the area when he noticed damage to the lawn of three businesses. It appeared someone had intentionally driven their vehicle onto the lawns of the businesses causing damage. A Brisbane officer was working as part of the San Mateo County Gang Task Force and was in the city of East Palo Alto. The officer contacted a suspicious person who was on probation with a search and seizure clause. The officer searched the subject and found less than an ounce of marijuana in his possession. The officer also contacted the person?s probation officer who placed him on a hold for violating the terms of his probation. The subject was arrested and booked at the San Mateo County Jail. The victim reported to police he received mail from a financial institution. When he opened it, he discovered there was a credit card in his name which he did not apply for.
