Driving Under the Influence
While on routine patrol, Officers located a vehicle and driver that had driven their vehicle onto the railroad tracks. The driver failed a field sobriety test was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Report #12-0602-001.

Coroner?s Case
The reporting party advised that on 06/30/2012 at 1200 hours, she went to her ex-husband?s home to check on him. She had not heard from him and became worried. When she entered the residence she found her ex-husband lying on the ground in the dining room and was unresponsive. The Brisbane Fire Department arrived and pronounced the husband deceased. The San Mateo County Coroner?s Office responded to the scene and took possession of the body. Report #12-0630-001.

Domestic Battery
The reporting party advised that he and his domestic partner were involved in a verbal argument. The incident escalated into mutual shoving and one of them throwing a potted plant through a glass window. Based on the totality of the circumstances, both parties were separated for the night. An Officer was dispatched to a report of a natural death. When the officer arrived he and the property manger located an elderly male subject lying down on his side, inside the bathroom. Domestic Violence
The reporting party advised that on 06/29/2012 at 0800 hours, she was physically assaulted by her boyfriend. After her boyfriend assaulted her, he destroyed her cellular phone and disabled her home phone line. Her boyfriend then fled the scene with the rental vehicle that she was renting without her permission. This case is on going. Report #12-0629-001.

The reporting party advised that she wanted to report her patient missing. The care taker advised that her patient was last seen leaving his father?s home in San Bruno on 06/22/2012 at 1900 hours. Her patient was to come strait home but never showed up. The male subject was entered into the missing persons system. The subject was located on 06/24/2012 at his father?s home in San Bruno. The reporting party advised that on 06/21/2012 at 1410 hours, an unknown subject took his cell phone after he had set it down and left it unattended. The cell phone provider located the phone via GPS. The phone was located with another company employee where the victim works. The suspect stated he found it and was planning on returning it when he went back to work. The reporting party declined to press charges. Report #12-0621-003.

The reporting party advised that her mom had told her that she was involved in an intimate relationship with a coworker. The daughter became worried that the relationship may not have been consensual being that her mother suffers from psychological issues. The victim stated that she could not remember the exact location of the incident but it was somewhere in Brisbane at a co workers house. This case was suspended due to the victim?s refusal to cooperate. Report #12-0622-001.

Stolen Vehicle Recovered
The reporting party advised that had located his stolen vehicle after he had placed a reward on Craigslist.com, and received several calls and emails that it had been seen in Brisbane, CA. Officers were dispatched to a commercial alarm activation. When officers arrived they located a container storage that had its locking mechanism destroyed. Missing Persons Located
Officers were dispatched to the area of Geneva and Bayshore on a cell phone ping of a missing person from Las Vegas. The missing person was in the company of two other juvenile females. Officers located all three females and safely arranged for them to be returned to their parents in Las Vegas. Report #12-0615-002.

The reporting party advised that the suspect took a swing at her during a verbal argument. Officers arrived and located the suspect across the street. The suspect resisted arrest and then attempted to run away while in handcuffs. The suspect was placed in the WRAP restraint device, to restrict her movement. Officers were dispatched to a report of a disturbance. When officers arrived they discovered that two subjects were attempting to calm one of their friends down who had been drinking too much.
