A DMV license check discovered the vehicle had been reported stolen out of San Francisco. Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop but the vehicle sped off and was actively evading the officers. The reporting party advised that on 06/24/2011 at approximately 0630 hours, he and a truck driver got into a verbal argument regarding a delivery. An officer observed two subjects load several pieces of a metal construction frame into the bed of a pickup truck at a closed business.
