Fraudulent use of Credit Card
The reporting party advised that he was informed by his credit card company that his credit card information had been used in a suspicious manner. The reporting party confirmed that several transactions were made without his consent. It is unknown at this time how the suspect(s) obtained his credit card information or where the fraudulent transactions took place. The reporting party is awaiting a detailed printout of the fraudulent transactions from his credit card company. This investigation is on-going. Report # 11-0603-0002.

The reporting party advised that on 06/30/2011 between 1300 to 1330 hours, an unknown subject entered an unblocked modular trailer office and took two laptops. Evading Arrest Felony
The reporting party advised on 06/24/2011 at approximately 0020 hours, there was a white Acura Integra parked under a covered parking stall that appeared suspicious. The vehicle was occupied by two subjects. As units arrived in the area, they saw the vehicle traveling south on South Hill Drive. A DMV license check discovered the vehicle had been reported stolen out of San Francisco. Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop but the vehicle sped off and was actively evading the officers. After a short pursuit, the officers terminated the pursuit in the interest of public safety. This case has been suspended pending further leads or suspect information. Report # 11-0624-0001.

Battery
The reporting party advised that on 06/24/2011 at approximately 0630 hours, he and a truck driver got into a verbal argument regarding a delivery. During the verbal argument a physical altercation took place between the driver and the reporting party. The reporting party requested prosecution and signed a citizen?s arrest. The driver was issued a promise to appear and released at the scene. This case has been forwarded to the San Mateo County District Attorney?s office for prosecution. Case closed. Hit and Run
The reporting party advised that on 06/22/2011 at approximately 1007 hours, the reporting party?s vehicle?s hood was struck unsecured equipment that was in the vehicle traveling in front of her. After her/his vehicle was struck by the falling equipment, the vehicle carrying the load continued without stopping. The reporting party stated that the driver in front of her was aware of the equipment that fell out but did not stop to exchange accident information. The reporting party advised sometime between 06/08/2011 and 06/22/2011, an unknown subject gained access into a fenced in area containing the HVAC unit for the building. The reporting party advised that several copper parts to the HVAC unit were taken leaving the HVAC unit inoperable. The estimated loss is $25,000.00. INS deportation hold
While on routine patrol, an officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic enforcement stop. After contacting the driver and completing a records check for warrants, the driver was discovered to have an INS deportation warrant. The driver was taken into custody without incident, transported to jail and book on a hold per request of INS. Case closed. Report # 11-0623-0001.

Protection from Dogs
The reporting party advised that on 06/20/11 at approximately 1755 hours, a loose pitbull approached the reporting party and jumped up on him / her. The reporting party was not harmed but characterized the dog as displaying aggressive behavior. The dog returned home and the owner was cited for Brisbane Municipal Code section 6.04.060 (a) ? Public Intoxication
The Brisbane Police Department received a complaint of a female subject that was walking into traffic. Officers made contact with the female who was found to be too intoxicated to care for her own safety. The female subject had facial injuries consistent to falling while intoxicated. The female was transported to a medical facility for her injuries. This case has been forwarded to the San Mateo County District Attorney?s office for prosecution for Public Intoxication. INS deportation hold

Vehicle Burglary
Officers responded to the report of a smashed window on a parked vehicle. Officers located the vehicle and noticed that the vehicle appeared to have been burglarized. The officers were able to locate the registered owner of the vehicle who was a guest at a nearby hotel. The registered owner advised that numerous items of personal property were taken from the vehicle with a total value of approximately $2300. The reporting party advised that between 06/14/11 at approximately 1600 hours, and 06/15/11 at approximately 1100 hours, unknown suspects vandalized seven high-end vehicles that were parked in a storage lot. The storage lot is surrounded by a security fence. The subject(s) threw rocks over the security fence and struck the vehicles. The damage was estimated at approximately $12,000. Officers responded to the report of a vehicle fire. A vehicle had been fully set ablaze and it was determined to likely be a case of arson. An investigation was conducted and it was revealed that the vehicle was an unreported stolen vehicle out of San Francisco. There were no leads generated. Assault and Battery
The reporting party advised that on 06/09/11 he was assaulted on two separate occasions by a subject known to him. On both occasions the reporting party was grabbed around the collar and thrown to the ground. The reporting party requested that the subject not be arrested; however, he asked that a police report be generated and the case be forwarded to the District Attorney and charges be filed. Officers responded to the report of an alarm at the middle school. Upon arrival officers discovered three juveniles inside of the school who were in the process of burglarizing a classroom. The juveniles were in possession of stolen school property and they admitted to entering two classrooms and taking property. Recovered Stolen Vehicle
An officer located a parked vehicle that had two license plates that did not match. An investigation revealed that the vehicle was an outstanding stolen vehicle out of San Bruno. It was discovered that a local resident was in the process of purchasing the vehicle from an unknown subject. The vehicle was towed from the scene and the resident was referred to San Bruno PD. An officer observed two subjects load several pieces of a metal construction frame into the bed of a pickup truck at a closed business. The officer made a traffic stop on the pickup truck as it attempted to leave the area. An investigation was conducted and it was confirmed that the subjects took the items without permission. Suicide Attempt
Officers responded to the report of a possible overdose at a local hotel. Officers arrived and found the subject to be unresponsive, but alive. A suicide note was found at the scene. Medics responded and treated the subject. It is unknown what the subject ingested. She was placed on a 72 hour hold and was transported to the hospital by AMR. Case closed. Report # 11-0606-0003.

Possession of Marijuana
An officer conducted a welfare check on the sole occupant of a parked vehicle. It was discovered that the occupant was experiencing a medical emergency. The officer also discovered that the subject was in possession of a large quantity of marijuana (+ 28.5 g). The subject admitted to having smoked marijuana. The subject was transported to the hospital by AMR. This case was submitted to the San Mateo County District Attorney?s Office for Review. Case closed. Report # 11-0604-0001.

Officers responded to the report of a commercial burglary in-progress. The reporting party advised that unknown subjects attempted to pry open one of the roll-up doors at the business.
